Judicial report: Trainer Mrs M Mann was fined $100-00 under the minor infringment Rule 69.11 when she presented HOMEBUSH CECIL starter in race 5 -1.6 kgs over from his last race start on 1.11.11

DIAMOND RAIDER ( N Green) succsefully completed a requalifying trial under Rule 81
HAIR SHE IS was a scratching in race 2 ,there was a misunderstanding when the dog was scratched for last Sunday,s meeting ,After hearing from the club The Stewards did not impose a penalty on this occasion .The two reserve dogs were runners in this race

Race 1	Founders Day 18th December Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing in to the first turn CHEVERTON (fav) ran up on to the heels of WINSOME BUSTER and had to change ground outwards with him colliding with UNO JAG ,both these dogs ran wide at this point losing ground WINSOME DELTA and FIND PEDRO came together and jostled as they raced in to the first turn when FIND PEDRO was trying to cross to the rail CHEVERTON made up a bit of ground how ever the leading dogs had got away from them and they finished mid field
Race 2	November Maiden Series Heat 1 - C0q - 318 Heat 1	FORECASTER was slowest away from the start Soon after the start TIME FOR LIVIN and LAMAR'S LADY came together for a stride Racing in to the first turn LAMAR'S LADY came over on to THRILLING AGENT with LAMAR'S LADY being checked sideways ,at this point wider out on the track STRAPPED FOR CASH ran in and collided with PINT STAR with both dogs becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides Just before the home turn TIME FOR LIVING ran in and collided with STRAPPED FOR CASH ,these two dogs were at the rear of the field at this point As the field straightened for the run in LAMAR'S LADY ran in and collided with THRILLING AGENT causing them to become unbalanced for a stride or so , they finished in 3rd and 4th placing at the line
Race 3	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	IMAGINATION was akwardly away from the boxes losing several lengths , and racing down to the first turn IMAGINATION ran on to the back of TWIN RIVERS causing IMAGINATION to be checked and lose more ground ,she ran on well to finish in behind the placgetters at the line ONE WILD THING was hard to box and the Stewards have given permission for the dog to be put on the box 1st list
Race 4	November Maiden Series Heat 2 - C0q - 318 Heat 2	COOL AND DRY stood in the boxes losing 3 or so lengths at the jump Racing in to the first turn KARLA LEWINSKY came in and collide with SCARPA with both dogs becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides ,with KARLA LEWINSKY being off stride and making the first turn akwardly ,a few strides further on KARLA LEWINSKY was pushed from behind as she tried to get over ,taking the line of COOL AND DRY with her going back through the field finishing in last placing at the line KARLA LEWINSKY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 5	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2	Soon after the jump LOCKLINNIE and ART ATTACK came together and bumped ,soon after HOMEBUSH CECIL was tighened out of racing room as TODD moved in and AGENT VICTOR came out off the rail Racing in to the first turn TODD and AGENT VICTOR came together and jostled for several strides as they attempted to keep there positions as STILL NO WIVES from wide out came down tightning them all together at that point DECLARATION ran in to the back of STILL NO WIVES and was forced to check back to the rear as the field raced down to the first turn ,and was forced to race very wide in to the first turn , ART ATTACK came out wide under her when trying to avoid being checked as LOCKLINNIE and HOMEBUSH TUI raced up inside of these dogs at that point
Race 6	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C2/3 - 527	Racing in to the first turn JETSUN GENES and ICHI NI came together with ICHI NI becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides and going out wide losing 3 lengths at this point MACHIN SHIN had to move out and took BINGO STARR wide out around the first bend in avoiding the heels of ICHI NI in this incident FANCY STEP was away well and was able to cross to the rail racing around the first turn ,she was observed to drop back 5 or so lengths in the running finishing in last placing at the line FANCY STEP was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found ,the connections of FANCY STEP were advised that the dogs next starts will be watched closely
Race 7	The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3	In the run down to the first turn DARK FANCY made contact with the running rail when clear of other dogs DARK FANCY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found Soon after the start RUBY TRON came out and collided with SPARTACUS ,RUBY TRON kept on an outwards track racing widest in to and around the top bend also in the home straight resulting in RUBY TRON covering a lot of extra ground through out the running
Race 8	Reel-Fishin.com Stakes - C1 - 527	Soon after the start DELICHON URBICA raced across the face of the field causing tightning and checks to HOT POOTIE, TATA SAFARI, EDWARD CULLEN and PAMPEST for a few strides Racing around the first turn PAMPEST was hampered for several strides being held up when caught in behind HOT POOTIE DELICHON URBICA went to the front from here ,she led in to the back straight where she ran out wide then changed ground inwards dropping back through the field from the point of racing in to the top bend and finishing in last placing at the line DELICHON URBICA was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 9	Jack's Wholesale Meats Series Final - C1f - 318	Soon after the start SAND BUSTER caught the heels of VIBURNUM and stumbled for a stride or so losing a couple of lengths at that point and was not able to get in to contention from there on in
Race 10	Christmas & The Dogs 24th November Sprint - C3/4 - 318	Soon after the start WINSOME ACHEIVER raced across the face of the field causing tightning and checks to RHODA HOLMES, SNICKO, TAILSIN BLUE for a couple of strides Racing in to the first turn WINSOME ACHEIVER kept racing over towards the rail putting pressure on CAWBOURNE MADZ who was tightened on to LENNONVILLE at this point TALIESIN BLUE was able to gain a run through on the inside resulting in LENNEONVILLE running out of room being severly checked back towards the rear and stumbling with BIG LASS and RHODA HOLMES having to change ground outwards sharply in avoiding running in to LENNONVILLE LENNONVILLE had his chances extinguished in this incident finishing in the rear runners at the line
Race 11	Magness Benrow Sprint - C2 - 318	LIVING THE DREAM was akwardly away from the boxes Racing in to the first bend there was tightning between runners with SAFARI PARTY running out of clear racing room and going back a length or so As the field raced in to the home straight HIT DA NOS ran down towards the rail and collided with SAFARI PARTY putting this dog off balance for a couple of strides
Race 12	Carol's TABS Sprint - C5 - 318	In the run down to the first turn PUNK DINO was hampered for a few strides as BEATRIX KIDDO came in and BENGINEER came out with PUNK DINO being checked sideways when being pushed in to the shoulder of BENGINEER ,with PUNK DINO going back a couple of lengths Raing in to the top bend BEATRIX KIDDO ran on to the back of PUNK SCOOTER with both these dogs losing ground after josting for a couple of strides Racing in to the home straight ROLLED OATS and PUNK DINO ran in to each other as both dogs changed ground inwards and outwards with them becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides
