Judicial report: HOME BUSH TUI ( G Hunt) was represented to the vet under Rule 82 ,He was stood down on the 9.10.2011 for a right wrist injury
HOMEBUSH TUI has been cleared by the vet as from today 30.10.2011 to race

Race 1	Auckland Co-op Taxis Sprint - C1 - 318	PERCENTAGE MAN stood in the boxes missing the start by 5 or so lengths ,he attempted to make up ground midrace but ran out of condition finishing in last placing at the line Racing in to the first turn WORLD CUP MISS cut in under FRIZZLE FRAZZLE causing this dog to check back and lose a couple of lengths , he recovered well to finish in 3rd placing at the line
Race 2	Race Replay @ www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	HAIR SHE IS was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be suffering from a spike wound on her left fore with a 5 day stand down recommended From the boxes MOON WARROWER tried to run straight inwards as JUST DELTA from box 3 ran out wards severly checking and tightning FLYIN REAPER ,STABILE EYES ,with MOON WARROWER being checked back at this point as he tried to race over towards the rail STABILE EYES kept on an outwards movement as the field raced in to and around the first turn As the field raced across the top bend LITTLE BITTY GAL was put off balance as FLYIN REAPER made up ground on her inside pushing her outwards, in regaining her balance MOON WARROWER raced up on her inside and pushed her sideways out on to SCARPA at that point The Stewards reviewed the footage at this point as there where concerns that LITTLE BITTY GAL may have turned her head towards SCARPA , but this was not the case as the dog was only trying to rebalance to get around the corner LITTLE BITTY GAL was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found The connections of MOON WARROWER were shown the start of the race and in the Stewards opinion there was enough doubt due to the interference on leaving the boxes to not charge the dog for non prsuit and his racing manners will be closely watched in the future
Race 3	Trophies Plus Sprint - C3/4 - 318	Racing down to the first turn DOSSIE was heading over to the rail from midfield and ran in on CORPORAL JONES for a few strides with CORPORAL JONES being pushed on to the running rail losing ground to the rear CORPORAL JONES was not able to recover and finished towards the rear ,he was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found PLAY THE WHISTLE (fav) was in the early lead racing in to the first turn when FLYING FLYNN galloped up on his heels causing him to go out wide and he was in discomfort there after finishing some lengths behind the field at the line PLAY THE WHISTLE was sent for a vet check where he was found to have suffered a metacarpal injury with a 14 day stand down recommended
Race 4	Protector Safety Sprint - C1/2 - 318	There was no head on coverage for this race from Trackside TEN FOUR raced out wide across the top bend where he covered a fair bit of extra ground through out this part of the race In the run down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling as THRILLING KITE came out on to LLAMEDOS, CAWBOURNE STEFFI and TEN FOUR for several strides
Race 5	Auckland Vending Sprint - C2 - 318	JETSUN BELLE was a late scratching pre kenneling when found to be in season before leaving for the track Soon after the start DALLAS BEAUTY and TEAM JACOB came tyogether for a couple of strides ,as they straightened MATILDA'S BEST came out on to THRILLING PETRA, CAPTAIN RICHIE and PUNK PORTSEA with these dogs all being checked ,CAPTAIN RICHIE went out wide from this point and ran wider across the top bend PUNK PORTSEA was able to change ground inwards to the rail and gained a charmed run through to catch DALLAS BEAUTY on the line
Race 6	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C5 - 318	In the run down to the first turn GLOW BELLE DOLL got on the heels of PUNK SCOOTER a couple of times as PUNK SCOOTER came out off the rail GLOW BELLE DOLL and PUNK SCOOTER lost ground back to the rear filling the last two placings at the line
Race 7	$15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	THRILLING APRIL was well away from the inside box and was contesting the lead to the post first time around when she was observed to shorten stride THRILLING APRIL went back through the field to the rear and once she got to the outside of the other runner attempted to make up ground and did so to finish in 4th placing at the line THRILLING APRIL was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a right hock strain with a 5 stand down recommended
Race 8	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C4/5 - 527	In the run to the post first time around HAVE A YAP (fav) struck trouble from tightning as outside runners came across resulting in him being checked back at that point ,as the field raced towards the back straight EMBLAZING and SURFING AL jostled for a couple of strides with HAVE A YAP being checked back again when in behind these dogs HAVE A YAP was never able to get in to contention from there on in finishing midfield at the line HAVE A YAP was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found EMBLAZING was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a spike wound with a 7 day stand down recommended
Race 9	Reel-Fishin.com Sereis Final - C5f - 318	All Clear
Race 10	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C2/3 - 527	Racing in to the first turn SWIFT SWINGER got on heels and ran out wards in to the line of HAIR HE IS who ran in to THRILLING PUNCH with FANCY STEP running out of room colliding with THRILLING PUNCH at this point ,these dogs all lost ground for a few strides THRILLING PUNCH recovered well to try and chase down the two leaders how ever the effort told on him in the last few metres to get headed off for third placing
Race 11	Bethells Farmstay for Dogs on Facebook Sprint - C4 - 318	As the field raced in to the first turn LENNONVILLE from out wide raced across on to AUSTIN WILD and was tapped in behind by CAPTAIN COUTTS resulting in LENNONVILLE losing his footing going down on his nose and falling with AUSTIN WILD having to hurdle over him AUSTIN WILD and CAPTAIN COUTTS both were forced to go out wide around the top bend CAPTAIN COUTTS made up good ground there after to finish in 2nd placing at the line LENNONVILLE regained his footing and finished on to the lure some distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing down in to the first turn CHEVERTON (fav) and SAFARI PARTY were vying for the lead as they were crossing over towards the rail with REALON RAPTURE getting on the heels of SAFARI PARTYcausing this dog to lose his footing in behind as CHEVERTON kept coming over putting pressure on these dogs ,this allowed WHAT'S SHE PAYNE to gain a clear run through for several strides then she was forced to run outwards in avoiding the heels of SAFARI PARTY taking CHEVERTON ,TAILSIN BLUE and REALON RAPTURE wide across the top bend where they were not able to get bin to contention from there on in SAFARI PARTY was sent for a vet check when found to be bleeding from a foot at the lure and was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a minor spike wound with no stand down recommended
