| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C0 - 295 | OKUKU ZIP ran outwards in the run down the back straight pushing COLLIE JEWEL wider. |
| Race 2 | Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C0 - 295 | NEW ORDER, SYRIPS GIRL and PIED WARRIOR were all slow to jump. SHAME ON EAMON ran outwards at the jump and this combined with FIVE OF HEARTS angling inwards resulted in FERAL FOX being tightened and losing ground. FIVE OF HEARTS ran outwards into the bend checking SYRIPS GIRL for a stride with these two runners again coming together on the home turn with SHAME ON EAMON being held up in behind. |
| Race 3 | Mainland Press Stakes - C1 - 520 | HOMEBUSH CRAIG and TEDDY NOVA came together into the first bend losing ground and forced LINDOP wide with that runner dropping to the rear. On the home turn ALCATRAZ BOY checked off NAEVIA and lost momentum running on well for a close fourth when balanced. ALCATRAZ BOY was found to have a sprained toe following the race with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 4 | Trackside Dining NZ Cup Ph.338-6145 Stakes - C1 - 520 | CAWBOURNE JAKE ran outwards checking BIG GIRL WELSHY and DUKE OF FERN into the first bend with OHOKA ASHLEY being held up in behind these runners and dropping to the rear. |
| Race 5 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 1 | CAWBOURNE LISA received a check when handy on the home turn as PRETTY GOOD shouldered up on her inside. As she was recovering from this check CHEETAH WOODS checked her from behind as he was looking for racing room with both of these runners losing momentum. A post race veterinary check of CAWBOURNE LISA revealed no abnormality. |
| Race 6 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 2 | Permission was granted for BIG GIFT to have a dew claw strapped with this information being passed on to the public. SORRY VANDERFORD was tightened soon after the jump as NATALIA BALE ran outwards with SORRY VANDERFORD dropping to the rear. NATALIA BALE continued her outwards movement into the bend and combined with HOMEBUSH REECE angling inwards ensured that PURE AND SPECIAL and MISSYS DAUGHTER being tightened and losing ground. CAWBOURNE FELIX was noticed to have blood around the dew claw area following the race with a post race veterinary inspection confirming this although no stand down was imposed. |
| Race 7 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 3 | RED VENOM ran inwards at the jump checking the favourite CAWBOURNE OCKY along with PURE CHEMISTRY with these runners dropping to the rear. Into the bend AVONDALE ELITE ran outwards again checking CAWBOURNE OCKY who lost her chance at this stage. On the bend RED VENOM was forced wide as AVONDALE ELITE continued to angle wider on the track. |
| Race 8 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 4 | The favourite HALF AS MATE was badly tightened and lost ground along the inside as FIRE HAWK crossed in front of him in the back straight. |
| Race 9 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 5 | The favourite FIREMANS SALUTE was last away with the second favourite MY JACK ATTACK sandwiched between runners at the jump dropping to the rear. Into the bend ANOTHER GON ran inwards and KNOX angled outwards with HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN running into the back of these runners and receiving a bad check. A post race veterinary check of HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN revealed no injury. In the home straight MY JACK ATTACK ran inwards sharply when finishing well and checked UNO HARRIET who lost ground in this incident. |
| Race 10 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 6 | In a tightly compact field into the bend HOMEBUSH LIGNITE, FAIR MOVIN, MATES UNITE, IMA SPICE and CALLAHAN all came together and lost ground with IMA SPICE and MATES UNITE the worst affected dropping to the rear. KINGA MIKE the favourite was denied a gap on the home turn and switched to the outside of the pacemaking ANOTHER BREEZE finishing on for second. |
| Race 11 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 7 | MIRAGE checked outwards off COOL JORDIE into the bend and was badly dragged down going back on to HOMEBUSH SARGE who fell and FREDDIE BAXTER who was badly checked and lost his chance. HOMEBUSH SARGE regained his paws and completed the race taking another tumble at the lure when somersaulting the field. Post race veterinary checks of MIRAGE and HOMEBUSH SARGE revealed minor cuts but no stand downs were deemed to be needed. |
| Race 12 | Borat At Stud Galaxy Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 8 | ROTKARA MOMENTS and TEPIRITA TIKI were the last to jump. REAL CLEVER was keen to run outwards in the back straight and into the turn pushed FOUR BY TWO and TEPIRITA TIKI wider with these dogs losing ground and their chances. |
