LISSADELL JASPER shifted in on the first corner and collided with BIGTIME ALLGO and they collided again a couple of strides later losing several lengths and all chance and finished at the rear. |

HOUSTON shifted out from the start and jostled JUST ANYTHING who eventually had to check losing three lengths and he stayed well back to finish in last place. |

MARJI MAYCEE and THAT IS ALL came together and bumped on the first corner with both dogs losing ground and they finished at the rear. |

Soon after, JAG YOU ARE shifted out and checked LOTTO PROFIT who went back to last but recovered to go on and win the race. JAG YOU ARE continued to shift out and forced MR JAZZ MAN very wide going into the first corner over extra ground. |

| Race 6 | Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305 | CAWBOURNE ELLEN was observed to be in season when being prepared to race and was a late scratching. CAWBOURNE CHLOE went up to challenge the leader GUNNA EXCITE on the bend but was checked and went back onto RUSSELL HART and they lost several lengths and finished in the rear group. HOMEBUSH CRAIG was slow to begin and was then checked losing ground on the first corner when HAYLEYS WISH shifted in towards the rail and HOMEBUSH CRAIG stayed back to finish in last place. |
| Race 7 | GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305 | HOMEBUSH CINDY shifted in from the start and jostled NELLY FLAHERTY and CAWBOURNE MILLY. HOMEBUSH CINDY continued to shift in and caused checks to IN OR OUT, PARRA SPARRA, CAWBOURNE MILLY and NELLY FLAHERTY on the first corner and they lost several lengths and finished in the last four places. |
| Race 8 | Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305 | BOTANY HORNET shifted in from the start and inconvenienced CHASIN CROWS and BINTY FLAHERTY for a couple of strides and BOTANY HORNET was also unbalanced in the incident and settled at the rear of the field. The favourite KILMAINHAM CHILL was slow to begin losing four lengths and he then ran a little wide on the bend and finished in 6th place. JUST TOM was also a little slow to begin but recovered well to win the race. |

| Race 10 | Couper Catering C1/2 - C1/2 - 305 | SINGLE SCULLER shifted out soon after the start and collided with HOMEBUSH JODIE with both dogs losing ground and they settled at the rear and stayed there to the finish. |
| Race 11 | Wanganui Security C1/2 - C1/2 - 305 | HOMEBUSH TAYLOR, BOTANY ANN and REQUEST FUNDING were all a little slow to begin. One of the favourites HOMEBUSH TAYLOR recovered to be handy enough on the first corner but was checked losing four lengths when HOMEBUSH ZITA shifted in and she never recovered and finished in last place. |
