Judicial report: Trainer Alison Lee was fined $100.00 under the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when HERE EYE AM weighed in at 35.2 kgs which was 1.6 kgs above his last race weight on 7 October 2011. Trainer Andy McCook was reminded of his obligations and received a final warning in so far as kennelling times for split kennelling.

Race 1	Super Pets Stakes - C3 - 520	SONIC DUFFER was the last to jump. Into the first bend GENTLE HAND ran outwards checking an improving SONIC DUFFER who dropped back to the rear. DUCHESS MAKAYLA ran wide around the first bend losing ground. AKON STAR dropped out over the concluding stages finishing last with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 2	www.racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C3 - 295	DAUNTING and SWIP TASTIC came together for a stride in the early stages. Wider out HOMEBUSH BATMAN received a slight check from OSWALD BOATENG into the bend and soon after SWIP TASTIC lost a length as RAISINS crossed in front of him.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4 - 295	HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN and TORQUED UP came together for a stride soon after the jump. On the home bend an improving HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN was held up when attempting to improve and lost momentum finishing well back in the field.
Race 4	Buy Sell & Exchange Stakes - C2 - 520	HERE EYE AM was last to jump. ITS NOT EASY ran inwards in the early stages checking CROSSFIRE MAX and KNOW PERIL who dropped to the rear. CROSSFIRE MAX and OHOKA ZOE ran wide into the first bend.
Race 5	$5000 Bonus Quaddie Stakes - C5 - 520	KNOW WHICH ran outwards in the run to the first bend checking KNOW PEACE who dropped to the rear. Following the race FIFTH EDITION was found to have split webbing with a ten day stand down recommended.
Race 6	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C3 - 295	BIGTIME FORCE ran inwards at the jump tightening HOMEBUSH SARGE and FULLA PRIDE for a few strides. FULLA PRIDE wanted to get to the outside into the bend and checked BLUESKY WONDER in the process with both runners losing ground.
Race 7	Amber Cleaning Services Dash - C5 - 295	TEPIRITA TIKI was last to jump. The favourite BIG GIFT was fairly away and remained in midfield throughout. She was checked by the Veterinary Surgeon following the race with no abnormalities being found.
Race 8	Murray Wigley @ Ray White Ph 3715005 Stakes - C4 - 520	KNOW SPUNK was last to jump. KNOW SPUNK angled inwards when improving into the first bend tightening GRACE HILL and TIJAN who went down on her nose for a stride losing ground.
Race 9	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C5 - 295	FIREMANS SALUTE, DOGGER BANK and ANY BAD HABITS were slow to jump. FIREMANS SALUTE was then tightened along the rail into the bend when attempting to improve and ran outwards checking DOGGER BANK for a stride.
Race 10	Waterloo Cup Heat - C5q - 520 Heat 1	EMILY BAXTER ducked outwards soon after the jump and checked BASILIO BALE who dropped to the rear. SHUNT APPEAL checked off the back of EMILY BAXTER into the first bend and lost ground with BASILIO BALE in behind being badly affected and losing ground and its chance.
Race 11	Active Electrical Christchurch Ltd Dash - C5 - 295	KNOW ATTENTION was slow to jump and then stumbled soon after settling last. RONS SAINT dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	AINT THAT COOL was tightened and appeared to hit the rail in the back straight dropping to the rear. FREDDIE BAXTER fell heavily at the lure. Post race veterinary checks on these two runners revealed no injuries. No head on view was available for this race.
