| Race 1 | Super Pets Sprint - C0 - 295 | OKUKU WEE MAN received a check soon after the jump as CAWBOURNE MILLY ran inwards with OKUKU WEE MAN settling last. On the bend DIXIE LEE ran outwards to find clear room and in doing so contacted BIG GIRL WELSHY for a stride. |
| Race 2 | Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C1 - 295 | CAWBOURNE CHLOE received a buffeting from both sides in the run down the back and was further checked along with OHOKA DUKE into the bend as HOMEBUSH SARGE crossed to the lead. |
| Race 3 | Amber Cleaning Services Maiden Final - C0f - 295 | EXCUSE PLEASE ran outwards soon after the jump colliding with KNOW MISTAKE. CAWBOURNE CASEY then ran inwards checking both of these runners. Into the bend CAWBOURNE CASEY galloped on the back of TRICKY HARRY and lost her feet falling with EXCUSE PLEASE being badly checked trying to avoid these runners. AUSSIE HAKA fell just after the line after being checked. Post race veterinary checks were carried out on CAWBOURNE CASEY and AUSSIE HAKA revealing no abnormalities. |
| Race 4 | Johnny Midnight At Stud Stakes - C0 - 520 | KNOW SURPRISE was keen to get out from the rail in the early stages and came together PLAY PRETEND in the process. FINAL GESTURE was also checked in this incident. Into the back straight CHIPEWYAN and PHAEDRAS FIRST appeared to come together and lose momentum. On the home bend OKUKU CRACKER checked outwards off NAEVIA and pushed OHOKA ASHLEY wider. Following the race FINAL GESTURE was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed no injury. When questioned on the poor performance of the bitch kennel representative Luke Philips informed Stewards that she would now be retired. |
| Race 5 | Robbie's Bar & Bistro Sprint - C1 - 295 | OHOKA SUMMER and WHAT WHERE WHEN were the last to jump. HARD HABITS ducked inwards at the jump checking CAWBOURNE COOKIE and LYNDOUR GEM for a stride. Into the bend HARD HABITS ran inwards tightening CAWBOURNE COOKIE, LYNDOUR GEM, OHOKA SUMMER and MRS. PATCH all of whom lost ground. |
| Race 6 | Garrard's Horse & Hound Dash - C0 - 295 | PIED WARRIOR, NIKAU DANNY and HOMEBUSH BORIS were all slow to jump. COLLIE JEWEL ran very wide into the bend and pushed FUR PATROL wider with NIKAU DANNY having to scout wide to get around these dogs. The Stewards viewed the replays of the performance of COLLIE JEWEL in relation to the dog running out on the bend. The replays were inconclusive as to whether marring had occurred and as a result no further action was deemed necessary other than to inform the connections that an improved performance is expected at his next start. Kennel representative Matt Roberts informed Stewards that the dog would trial in company with other dogs before his next start. |
| Race 7 | I Pave Concrete Stakes Final - C1f - 520 | STILL HELINA stumbled for a stride at the jump and settled last. RUSSELL HART checked outwards off HALF THROTTLE into the first bend and into the paths of OHOKA ZOE and OKUKU SURPRISE with the latter dog being badly checked and losing his chance. OKUKU DREAMER checked outwards off STILL HELINA into the back straight and lost a length. Post race veterinary checks of RUSSELL HART and OKUKU SURPRISE revealed no injuries. |
| Race 8 | McInerney's Thank Blair Shaw Dash - C1 - 295 | The favourite WHAT A PEANUT and CAWBOURNE ELLEN were the last to jump. UNO IMOGENE shifted outwards in the early stages tightening CAWBOURNE ELLEN and MULBERRY NIPPER with these runners settling at the rear. |
| Race 9 | Little Brown Jug Stakes - C1 - 520 | HOMEBUSH IRIS ducked inwards at the jump checking ENABLE and FELIXSTOWE. KNOW FUTURE got on the back of HOMEBUSH IRIS for a stride into the bend with both runners losing ground. |
| Race 10 | Wizelee At Stud Sprint - C2 - 295 | This race was delayed by three minutes due to a race from Pukekohe running late. SOMETIMES ALAN was badly dragged down into the bend with the whole field being affected to some degree. CAWBOURNE BUNDY, ANOTHER BLEND and APATCHIE SCOTT were the worst affected losing their chances. Post race veterinary checks of CAWBOURNE BUNDY and SOMETIMES ALAN revealed no injuries. |
| Race 11 | Buy Sell & Exchange Sprint - C1 - 295 | SPIRAL EBONY was last to jump. CAWBOURNE AVA ran inwards in the back straight with LADY IN SHADES receiving a check and dropping to the rear. Into the bend CAWBOURNE AVA was tightened and lost ground. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Dash - C2 - 295 | LIGHTNING FEVER was last to jump. HOMEBUSH SARINA ran inwards in the early stages coming together with CULVIE CORGI for a stride. |
