Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3/4 - 295	TOM FINN ran inwards into the bend and tightened the favourite ICE ICE AMY along with ELITE PALACE and FOUR TO MIDNIGHT with these runners all losing ground.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Ray Anderson Dash - C3 - 295	TRILOGY SERIES and HOMEBUSH LIGNITE were slow to jump. Into the bend FULLA PRIDE tried to run outwards contacting DISTINCT IMAGE who in turn ran into the path of TRILOGY SERIES. This runners then jumped on the back of FULLA PRIDE who fell. HOMEBUSH LIGNITE also was badly checked in this incident. FULLA PRIDE returned the reverse way to find the lure with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. SHARI JEWEL ran outwards just after this pushing CAWBOURNE SHOT wider around that bend.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C5 - 295	RONS SAINT received a check as DA BOSS ran inwards at the jump. RONS SAINT then ran sharply towards the rail losing ground and appeared to come into contact with the rail into the bend. This dog remained last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. Following the race DEMOGRAPHIC was found to have a torn triceps muscle with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 4	Anthony & Sydney Cleeve Stakes - C3/4 - 520	BENJI LAFOURCHE and JAG YOU ARE were the last to jump.
Race 5	$5000 Bonus Quaddie Dash - C5 - 295	CAWBOURNE CATCH ran inwards into the bend and struck the running rail dropping out to last with a post race veterinary check revealing a small skin wound requiring sutures with a five day stand down recommended. Soon after HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN was tightened and lost ground along the inside with LES BAXTER being held up in behind him.
Race 6	www.racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C2 - 520	ITS NOT EASY was last to jump. SONIC DUFFER ducked outwards soon after the jump checking HOMEBUSH EDITH and INGA THE WINGA for a stride. Into the first bend CAWBOURNE JAKE wanted to run outwards and pushed MOLLY PARTON wider in doing so.
Race 7	Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwis Living With Cancer Dash - C3 - 295	The favourite ALICANTE was checked at the start as LES HART ran inwards. ALICANTE was never hitting out well after this and finished last with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis muscle with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 8	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C3 - 520	AKON STAR was last to jump. GENTLE HAND ran inwards in the early stages and this combined with BOTANY GARETH angling outwards meant that SLENDER CHANCE and LAGOON BEACH BOY were tightened and lost ground. The favourite SIDESHOW BOB lost a length into the first bend as KNOW PEACE crossed him and made contact for a stride. SIDESHOW BOB made ground late for a close fourth.
Race 9	Sensative Harry @ Stud Sprint - C5 - 295	BLACK PAN was last to jump. In the run down the back straight ANOTHER MATE, WANDY CHICK, the favourite PRETTY GOOD and UNO HARRIET all came together when racing in tight quarters. Of these runners PRETTY GOOD ran on well for third. Into the bend CAWBOURNE FELIX was tightened and hit the running rail losing ground with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 10	David Emerson Consultancy Stakes - C5 - 520	GRACE HILL tried to angle outwards into the first bend and contacted MIXED GRILL who lost some momentum. GRACE HILL then tightened RINGOS COLT as CROSS TO DAPTO was trying to cross from the outside. The resulting check caused CROSS TO DAPTO to take a heavy fall with RINGOS COLT losing a lot of ground. CROSS TO DAPTO was carried from the track with a post race veterinary check revealing soreness in the left groin and hip support.
Race 11	Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C5 - 295	This race was delayed by three minutes due to an enquiry at the Cambridge harness meeting. NOBLE ENFORCER was the last to jump. PURE CHEMISTRY ran a touch wide on the bend pushing RED VENOM over extra ground.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C3/4 - 295	ANOTHER BREEZE ran inwards at the jump and checked AKAISHA BALE and JACKPOT JACKIE who dropped to the rear. BOTANY ZENA ran inwards badly checking ANOTHER BREEZE into the bend with that runner losing ground and his chance.
