Judicial report: After kennel representatives received a warning on 23.09.11 in relation to the non presentation of registration papers, 8 Greyhounds trained by J.T.McInerney were again presented to race without their papers. However, after hearing an explanation for the non presentation of the papers which resulted from the fact that they were inadvertantly left in the vehicle which was taken as a replacement for the vehicle involved in an accident enroute to Dunedin races, no further action was considered necessary.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305	INTENSE ZOOM and HOMEBUSH SIENNA were slow to begin losing three lengths. INTENSE ZOOM who drew box 1 then headed out to race very wide covering extra ground and she finished in 2nd last place. HOMEBUSH SIENNA shifted in and made contact with the rail on the first corner and lost further ground and she was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. BELLA SIENNA checked off the heels of ANITA WIN on the bend losing several lengths and she finished in last place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	MEGA RUSH was slow to begin losing three lengths. LISSADELL JASPER shifted in from the start and jostled HOMEBUSH BRITNEY and HOMEBUSH SUE who both lost ground. CAWBOURNE MILLY shifted in on the first corner and checked HOMEBUSH BRITNEY and also HOMEBUSH SUE who fell. MEGA RUSH who was following HOMEBUSH SUE was also checked losing ground. HOMEBUSH SUE was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite WHAT A PEANUT was slow to begin losing two lengths but he then secured a clear run throyugh on the rail to win well. URUTI STORM shifted in on the first corner and checked PICK A PEPPER who went back onto BOND ECLIPSE and they lost four lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 Final - C0f - 305	ENAZUMA was slow to begin losing three lengths. BREAKING MELODY and CAWBOURNE COOKIE jostled together on the first corner and CAWBOURNE COOKIE went back and was galloped on and dragged down by ENAZUMA who also lost ground.. They finished in the last two places and were examined by the Vet and CAWBOURNE COOKIE was cleared of injury but ENAZUMA was stood down for 14 days with a suspected throat infection. LEOS GIRL was also affected and lost ground in the incident.
Race 5	Morrie Gibbons Signs C2 - C2 - 305	CRYSTAL SAL shifted in from the start and caused a slight check to TALEEDY TROOPER who lost a little ground. TALEEDY TROOPER shifted in on the first corner and checked ANOTHER BLEND and HOMEBUSH TAYLOR who both lost ground with ANOTHER BLEND being the most affected and she went back to last but made up ground to finish in 5th place. YALDHURST FLYER checked over the heels of CRYSTAL SAL approaching the home turn and ran very wide over extra ground into the straight and finished in last place.
Race 6	Broad Roofing Services C2 - C2 - 305	IN OR OUT was slow to begin losing three lengths but he made up ground to finish in 4th place.The favourite AMBLE UP was handy on the first corner but was checked losing three lengths. AMBLE UP and HOMEBUSH BRUCE collided on the home turn when racing back in the field.
Race 7	GEON Wellington C2 - C2 - 305	GO CRASH shifted out from the start and checked LANSVALE SPARK who went back to the rear and stayed back throughout to finish in last place. HOMEBUSH ALEX was one of the slowest to begin and then jostled with TERROR JIM for several strides going to the first corner and they both lost ground and finished in the rear group.
Race 8	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	The start of this race was delayed by two minutes at the request of T.A.B control. HAYLEYS WISH was slow to begin losing three lengths and she then checked off the heels of MY GIRL MARINA going to the first corner losing further ground and finished in 2nd last place. The outright favourite MY GIRL MARINA was only away from the start fairly and settled back in the field. She then ran wide covering extra ground on the bend and finished in last place and was examined by the Vet in an endeavour to establish any reason for the poor performance and no abnormalities were found.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	MISS SNOW ANGEL was a little slow to begin and then ran wide on the first bend losing further ground but did make up ground over the concluding stages. SECRET CHLOE appeared to go off stride on the first corner and began to drift. She was then checked on the bend when going back and finished several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. SECRET CHLOE'S Trainer advised that the dog will now be retired.
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	CAWBOURNE ELLEN was slow to begin losing four lengths. OH EMM EYE checked off the heels of GROOVY SHANE on the first corner and went back causing checks to CAWBOURNE ELLEN and LISSADELL REBEL with all three dogs losing ground. OH EMM EYE recovered the best of the three and she finished in 3rd place.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	BRANCH LANE was slow to begin losing three lengths. WAIRERE MIRACLE and BIGTIME UNO collided on the bend and BIGTIME UNO fell and WAIRERE MIRACLE lost several lengths. NELLY FLAHERTY was unable to avoid the incident and was also checked and fell with BRANCH LANE and HOMEBUSH CRAIG also affected losing several llengths. BIGTIME UNO suffered a fractured foreleg and was euthanased and NELLY FLAHERTY suffered a quadricep injury and was stood down for 10 days.
Race 12	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	IMA ROYAL, SLATERS MATE, REQUEST FUNDING and CAWBOURNE AVA were all slow to begin. IMA ROYAL, SLATERS MATE and REQUEST FUNDING were all checked on the first corner losing several lengths and all chance of a first three placing.
