Judicial report: Trainer John McInerney was fined $100 under the Minor Infringements Table after he admitted a breach of Rule 69.11 when ANOTHER REBEL weighed in 1.6kgs above his last race weight on 9 September 2011. During the meeting random searches of vehicles and trailers were carried out.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH DAPHNE ducked inwards at the jump contacting HOMEBUSH ROSEBUD and CAWBOURNE CHLOE who lost ground. CAWBOURNE TOBES then ran outwards again checking HOMEBUSH ROSEBUD. In the home straight ANOTHER REBEL ran outwards and turned its head towards CAWBOURNE TOBES with WHAT WHERE WHEN being badly checked in behind. A post race veterinary check of ANOTHER REBEL revealed no injury. Stewards charged ANOTHER REBEL with failing to pursue the lure under Rule 80.1.b. Trainer's representative Johnathon McInerney admitted the breach and ANOTHER REBEL was stood down for 3 months (2nd charge) and must complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Stakes - C0 - 520	FUNNY MONEY was last to jump. OLD OZARK was badly checked into the first bend as CHIPEWYAN crossed from his outside and tailed the field thereafter. BORIS MANKINI was in front on the bend out of the straight but eased appreciably dropping away to seventh before making up ground again. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. Trainer Alison Lee viewed the film with Stewards and admitted that the dog was in breach of Rule 80.1.b in that he failed to pursue the lure. Accordingly the dog was stood down for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory trial. On the home turn HOMEBUSH GWEN dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Murray Wigley @ Ray White Ph.3715005 Dash - C1 - 295	JAFFA GUN was tightened soon after the jump as BILLY DABYNE ran outwards in the early stages. The favourite MY SOLUTION was three lengths clear on the home turn but eased in the straight finishing a close second. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. Stewards charged the dog with failing to pursue the lure under Rule 80.1.b. Co-trainer Dave Fahey admitted the breach after watching a replay of the race with the dog being stood down for 3 months (2nd offence) and ordered to undertake a satisfactory trial.
Race 4	Amber Cleaning Services Maiden Sprint - C0q - 295 Heat 1	SECRET ICE was last to jump. FERAL FOX ran outwards on the bend and checked SECRET ICE who lost ground.
Race 5	Amber Cleaning Services Maiden Sprint - C0q - 295 Heat 2	HOMEBUSH BRITNEY and ICEBERG RAPPER were the last to find their paws. BELFAST SUZY ran outwards as KNOW MISTAKE crossed to the rail in front of her with AUSSIE HAKA and EXCUSE PLEASE receiving checks as a result.
Race 6	Amber Cleaning Services Maiden Sprint - C0q - 295 Heat 3	LINDOP wanted to run wide after the jump and came together with HOUSTON dropping to the rear. LOTSA STYLE and OKUKU WEE MAN came together into the bend and lost ground with HOUSTON being forced wide around these runners. OZARKS CROWN was inconvenienced in this incident.
Race 7	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C0 - 520	SHADOW WOLF was last to jump. HAMPDEN SPIRIT and OKUKU CRACKER came together twice in the early stages with HOMEBUSH LACEY running inwards and checking them both soon after. HAMPDEN SPIRIT dropped out after this with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. JEMMAS ASSASSIN turned its head outwards towards STAR CHICA in the back straight. A post race veterinary check of JEMMAS ASSASSIN revealed no injury. After viewing the films trainer Marcie Flipp elected to admit the charge of failing to pursue the lure with JEMMAS ASSASSIN being stood down for 28 days and required to trial.
Race 8	Churchills Hotel Dash - C2 - 295	LIGHTNING FEVER stumbled at the jump settling last. GLENMORE LASS was keen to get away from the rail checking APATCHIE SCOTT in the process. These two dogs were then tightened towards the end of the back straight and dropped out to the rear.
Race 9	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C1q - 520 Heat 1	SENSITIVE LAND tried to get away from the inside in the early stages coming together with CAWBOURNE HEIDI. Soon after WHAT A AMATE ran inwards and made firm contact with SENSITIVE LAND who dropped out to finish a long last. A post race veterinary check of SENSITIVE LAND revealed no injury but the dog was reported to have had diarrhoea and dehydration. Trainer John Guthrie informed Stewards that the dog would be spelled for a short time before racing again.
Race 10	Borat At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295	BELFAST MUNCHA and RULEBOOK RAY came together for a stride soon after the jump. Favourite OKUKU OLLIE was dragged down for a stride on the bend by FIERY FLOWER who then ran outwards on to BELFAST MUNCHA with these two runners losing ground.
Race 11	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C1q - 520 Heat 2	SERAPHINE JEWEL and TARGET HAND came together into the first bend with SERAPHINE JEWEL badly checked as a result. A post race veterinary check of SERAPHINE JEWEL revealed no injury. KNOW SPARK ran wide around the first bend pushing SEISMIC STORM wider with these runners losing ground.
Race 12	Johnny Midnight At Stud Sprint - C3 - 295	OSWALD BOATENG ran inwards checking FULLA PRIDE in the run down the back straight. SWIPER BEEJAY ran wide into the bend and lost ground.
Race 13	Angler's Arm Tavern Dash - C2 - 295	LIAM TITLE was the slowest to jump. HOMEBUSH TIME ran inwards soon after the jump tightening runners on her inside. Soon after SOMETIMES ALAN also ran inwards with MULBERRY NIEPER and FEARSOME MCKAY both being checked and dropping to the rear. Into the bend THATS COOL ran outwards making contact with an improving LIAM TITLE who lost ground.
Race 14	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C1q - 520 Heat 3	CAWBOURNE BUNDY and KNOW FUTURE were the last to jump. OKUKU DREAMER ran inwards in the run to the first bend on to OHOKA ZOE who in turn ran inwards checking MULBERRY ROSE who lost ground. MISS OZARK ran outwards checking KUNG FU TEDDY into the first bend with this runner losing ground. CAWBOURNE BUNDY was handy until the home turn when he compounded to finish last. The connections of CAWBOURNE BUNDY reported that the dog had tied up badly and informed Stewards that his immediate future racing would be restricted to sprints.
Race 15	Speight's Sprint - C3 - 295	EXCITING KYLE, HOMEBUSH LIGNITE and KILKENNY came together in the early stages. REDDY BOY was checked into the bend and lost ground.
