Judicial report: RUN FOR US (W Steele) applied to the stewards for the endorsement under rule 80.7 on the dogs papers as it has completed more than 10 clears runs

| Race 1 | September Maiden Series Heat 1 - C0q - 375 Heat 1 | PERCENTAGE MAN stood in the boxes and lost approx 5 or so lengths ,racing across the top bend he ran on to the heels of KARLA LEWINSKY and went back a couple of lengths and could not get in to contention from there on in KARLA LEWINSKY was only fairly away from the start and was bumped and jostled between STAR BOUND and AGENT VICTOR for some distance resulting in KARLA LEWINSKY going back towards the rear and never recovered to get in to the race from there on in AKKADIAN also received a bump from STAR BOUND as they raced in to the first turn KARLA LEWINSKY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 2 | Happy Birthday Karlene Sprint - C2 - 375 | Soon after the start SNIKO came across the face of the field causing ELEPHUNK over on to SAFARI PARTY who was jostled for some stides ,a bit further on as the field raced in to the first turn SAFARI PARTY was hampered again as THRILLING KITE bumped her putting her off balance for a stride or two with SAFARI PARTY losing a couple more lengths at that point and was not able to make ground up there after finishing midfield at the line. |
| Race 3 | September Maiden Series Heat 2 - C0q - 375 Heat 2 | COTSWALD PRINCE was slow away by a couple of lengths ,he tried to make up ground going in to the first turn he ran on to the back of TWIN RIVERS where he had to check back and went outwards in to the path of EXCITING DREAM both these dogs ran very wide around the top bend at that point Racing in to the home straight FLYING REAPER who had been racing wide ran down and collided in to EXCITING DREAM causing this dog to lose momentum for a stride or so |
| Race 4 | Greyhounds North Maiden Distance Series Heat - C0d - 650 | SHIRONA was away with the field but raced in the rear throughout the journey finishing in last position at the line SHIRONA was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found The trainer of Shirona was spoken to by the Stewards regarding the run and a better performance next run would be exspected |
| Race 5 | Happy Birthday Mike Lozell Sprint - C1 - 375 | WHATA LADY was akwardly from the boxes Racing down to the first turn FIGIAN SAM came down on to DOWNEY(fav) and CRYSTAL BANNER causing these dogs to be tightened with DOWNEY being checked back towards the rear losing 3 to 4 lengths ,DOWNEY recovered well to run on late for 4th placing at the line CRYSTAL BANNER tried to get out wide racing across the top and she took STILL NO WIVES wide across the top bend and in to the home straight ,they covered a lot of extra ground as a result of this and finished in the rear at the line CRYSTAL BANNER was sent for a vet check and was found to be suffering from a left strained carpus with a 21 day stand down recommended |
| Race 6 | Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Heat 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1 | SHARKIES DREAM was slow away losing approx 4 lengths From the jump EDWARD CULLEN came out as WINSOME JAMES ran in towards the rail ,this resulted in PEKING TOM (favourite) being tightened severly and almost stopped in his tracks ,PEKING TOM went back to the rear but quickly recovered to race up on the rail to a handy position finishing in 2nd placing at the line and was a good effort from this dog. |
| Race 7 | Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C3 - 375 | CAWBOURNE STEFFI was slow away from the boxes losing 3 or so lengths and was not able to recover from that to get in to contention there after Racing in to the first turn KARMA RHODE was forced to check back off the heels of MARKS PET as this dog was racing out wide ,both these dogs raced wide across the top bend . |
| Race 8 | YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C4 - 375 | BIG LASS was away akwardly from midfield and then had to check off heels as UNO JAG raced across the face of the field towards the rail causing tightning to CHA CHA CHAINSAW, THRILLING CAIRO, OPAWA BLACK and SHARMANS MAGIC with these dogs going back a couple of lengths at this point, they all recovered quickly to race in to prominent positions there after |
| Race 9 | Varvatos at Stud Sprint - C5 - 375 | Racing in to the first turn PRESSURE POINT came across on to MY JACK ATTACK with these two dogs being tightened for a few strides |
| Race 10 | Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Heat 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 2 | BUCCAN ROAD having his first start for 6 months raced in the rear all the way finishing in last position at the line, The trainer requested a vet check on the dog where no abnormalities were found |
| Race 11 | NZ Racing Series Final - NZRSf - 457 | Soon after the start COLD FINGERS and HONG KONG LOUIE came together for a couple of strides ,HONG KONG LOUIE then went out and tried to make ground up ,but was forced to race wide across the top bend and was unable to get down towards the rail until the field straightened for the run in |
| Race 12 | All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C3/4 - 457 | TIMS TIGER (fav) came out of the boxes akwardly and was soon in the rear , he made ground up throughout the running to finish in 4th position at the line LADY MARRIANNE was checked by OSTIS RUBY when this dog cut down underneath her as they raced in to the first turn LADY MARIANNE went back to the rear and was not able to get in to the race there after. |
