Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	FOUR BY TWO was a shade slow from the inside but recovered quickly. AKON STAR was held up on the home turn when MATES UNITE weakened in front of him.
Race 2	Sister Cities Cup Next Thursday Dash - C2 - 295	WAFFLER and BABY FALOU came together into the bend with BABY FALOU being dragged down for a stride. She dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing no abnormalities. WHERE'S MY SEAT was found to have a hip support injury following the race with a ten day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C3 - 520	GENERAL BOWIE and the favourite ITS NOT EASY were slow to jump. SOFIAS GIRL ran outwards in the early stages firstly checking MOLLY PARTON and JAG YOU ARE and then pushing SITE AN EXCUSE and GENERAL BOWIE wider. ITS NOT EASY recovered from its slow start to be handy on the home turn but only battled in the run home. ITS NOT EASY was difficult to box in this event. Following consultation with co-trainer Dave Fahey it was agreed that this dog be boxed first in its upcoming engagements.
Race 4	Chats Bar & Cafe Lightning Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 1	The favourite PRETTY GOOD received a check as he tried to get to the rail in the back straight and lost a length. On the home turn PRETTY GOOD was again badly checked when contacting LINDSAY CLEEVE on his inside.
Race 5	Chats Bar & Cafe Lightning Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 2	The favourite CAWBOURNE FELIX began fairly to be midfield on the rail. When improving along the inside he was tightened and lost ground as WANDY CHICK crossed from wider out. DA BOSS and KNOW RIVAL were also affected in this incident running wide and losing ground.
Race 6	Chats Bar & Cafe Lightning Sprint - C5q - 295 Heat 3	PERSIAN OIL weighed in 3.1 kgs under his last race weight in Australia. Trainer Malcolm Grant informed Stewards that this weight loss was planned. LES BAXTER and KNOW ATTENTION were slow to jump. The favourite OBSESSED received a nasty check as ALWAYS A STORY ran outwards in the back straight and made solid contact with OBSESSED with this runner losing its chance. JACKSON CAT checked off the heels of ALWAYS A STORY on the home bend and lost ground. ALWAYS A STORY then ran outwards pushing KNOW ATTENTION wide around that bend.
Race 7	Trackside Dining 22/9 Ph.3386145 Stakes - C3/4 - 520	LAGOON BEACH BOY ran inwards in the early stages contacting KNOW WHICH with that runner dropping to the rear. KNOW WHICH made up a heap of ground to finish second. GUTTER BLACK ran outwards into the first bend pushing LAGOON BEACH BOY wider around that bend.
Race 8	Jet Pets Sister Cities Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 1	DYNA FRIER, BADJA BALE, KNOW SPUNK and SAM I AM were all tightened soon after the jump as the outside runners began well and crossed to their inside. Into the bend CAWBOURNE INDY contacted KING OF CLUBS and ran outwards into the path of DYNA FRIER and back inwards checking BADJA BALE. CAWBOURNE INDY dropped to the rear after these checks with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 9	Jet Pets Sister Cities Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 2	GRIPEN BALE was checked soon after the start and dropped to the rear. He remained last throughout and wasn't appearing to be hitting out freely with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. MORIARTY and MAMAJA came together soon after the jump.
Race 10	Bill's Bar & Bistro Dash - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH TIME and KNOW WONDER were slow to jump. GEORGIE LEE and VISUAL ILLUSION came together soon after the jump. HOMEBUSH TIME was tightened into the bend as GEORGIE LEE crossed to the rail with HOMEBUSH TIME losing ground.
Race 11	Penny Lane Music Stakes - C5 - 520	SABRE DANCE ran outwards soon after the jump checking TEDDY MARCELLO. The favourite AWESOME BENDER was badly checked by TIJAN into the first bend with AWESOME BENDER losing ground. AWESOME BENDER did well to get up for a close fourth.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	AKAISHA BALE was last to jump. BENJI LAFOURCHE and TOM FINN came together into the bend losing ground.
