Judicial report: A hearing was held in to the running of LOOSE GENIUS in race two
After viewing the film the stewards elected to lay a charge of non pursuit against LOOSE GENIUS under Rule 80.1a
After hearing evidence from the Steward and the Trainer Mrs Mann the charge was dismissed by the Adjudicating Steward after he found that the evidence was inconclusive in his opinion from the video coverage
LOOSE GENIUS was stood down under Rule 81. to do a satisfactory trial due to an unsatisfactory performance.

Race 1	Stephen Marsh Racing Sprint - C0 - 375	STAR BOUND and FORECASTER were the slowest away Racing in to the first turn STAR BOUND went out wide and took FORECASTER with him STAR BOUND kept out wide until the home straight but had covered a lot of extra ground and finished towards the rear
Race 2	Innovative Homes Stakes - C1 - 457	Soon after the start LOOSE GENIUS was observed to ease and go back losing 3 to 4 lengths when clear of interference Racing in to the first turn PAMPEST caught a heel of LOOSE GENIUS with this dog being checked slightly with it over reacting to this going back to the rear by 4 or so lengths and never getting in to contention from there on in LOOSE GENIUS was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found (refer judical)
Race 3	Fond Foods Sprint - C1 - 375	Soon after the jump SPARTACUS raced across and collided with CREAMY RICE who was bumped across on to FIGIAN SAM with these dogs all coming together jostling for several strides a few metres further on CREAMY RICE ran in on to TODD and pushed this dog on to WINSOME JAMES who made contact with the rail at that point where he went back to the rear he was further hampered when tightened between FIGIAN SAM WINSOME JAMES was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 4	Te Awamutu Self Storage Stakes - C1 - 457	EDWARD CULLEN made contact with the running rail racing in to the turn when tightened by DEADLY SNIPER ,he went back through the field and recovered some ground to finish in midfield EDWARD CULLEN was sent for a vet check
Race 5	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C3 - 375	ROTOVEGAS girl was slow away Racing in to the first turn VIBURNUM checked back off the heels of THRILLING LEE as this dog came acrposs and took her racing line VIBURNUM lost a couple of lengths at this point
Race 6	Varvatos at Stud Stakes - C4 - 457	All clear
Race 7	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C4 - 375	BIG LASS was awkwardly away from midfield losing 4 or so lengths ,she tried to make ground up but could not get a clear run and ran very wide in to the home straight finishing in last position at the line OUT BY FIVE led until close to the home turn then ran wide which may have cost it a closer finishing placing than 3rd at the line
Race 8	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C5 - 457	Racing down to the first turn FANCY MILLY was checked back as ENOUGH IS ENOUGH came down on to the rail
Race 9	Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C5 - 375	Racing down to the first turn THRILLING GRIN headed down to the rail resulting in COLLISION RISK and CAWBORNE DUDE being tightened and squeezed for room for a few strides,both these dogs lost some ground at that stage
Race 10	Presland Tocker Insurance Services Stakes - C2 - 457	On leaving the boxes RUN FOR US and HUSTLER bumped for a stride As the field raced in to the first turn HUSTLER came down on to RUN FOR US and THRILLING APRIL tightning them ,at the same time BINGO STARR made ground up on the rail leaving RUN FOR US with no room ,he was forced to check back to the rear and was not able to get back in to contention from there on in
Race 11	All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C3 - 457	Soon after the start there was tightning and jostling in midfield as HOLLALICIOUS came out and ASCENDING FORCE tried to go in resulting in MR CHINO and TEDDY RHODE being tightened for a stride or two when clear of this HOLLALICIOUS was still trying to get out wider and became unbalanced for a couple of strides as he went in to the first turn but did not lose any ground
