| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295 | WHAT WHERE WHEN was the last to jump. The favourite HOMEBUSH BATMAN ran inwards and came together with CAWBOURNE ELLEN with these runners both losing ground. FIERY FLOWER also ran outwards at this stage contributing to the tightening. CAWBOURNE ELLEN got her muzzle stuck on the lure and took some time to be freed with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 2 | Challenge Opawa All Up Stakes - C1 - 520 | KNOW SPARK ran inwards soon after the jump colliding with PADDO SCORE with these runners settling at the rear. |
| Race 3 | Manupouri Margaret Sprint - C0 - 295 | CAWBOURNE FLICK crossed in front of the field soon after the jump with FULL OF VINO receiving a check on the inside. In the run down the back OKUKU WEE MAN was keen to run outwards with MAKE YOUR MARK, ANOTHER REBEL and CAWBOURNE MILLY all being tightened as a result. ANOTHER REBEL ran inwards on to CAWBOURNE FLICK in the run home. Stewards viewed the head on replay of the finish and were satisfied that no muzzle contact had occurred. |
| Race 4 | Little Brown Jug Maiden Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | BUBBA WHO was very slow to jump and then ran wide into the first bend when at the rear. NAEVIA ran outwards into the first bend checking HOMEBUSH EDITH who lost ground. In the back straight KOMBUCHA received a check and lost ground. She made ground for fourth. |
| Race 5 | I Pave Concrete Dash - C0 - 295 | CAWBOURNE AVA, HOMEBUSH BRITNEY and EXCUSE PLEASE were all slow in a very ordinary start. BELFAST SUZY crossed to the rail in the back straight firstly checking CAWBOURNE CASEY and then HUSKER DU who received a terminal check and lost its chance. HOMEBUSH BRITNEY and EXCUSE PLEASE were forced wide around this melee. A post race veterinary check of HUSKER DU revealed no injury. |
| Race 6 | Little Brown Jug Maiden Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 2 | CHIPEWYAN ran inwards in the early stages checking JEMMAS ASSASSIN for a stride. JEMMAS ASSASSIN then attempted to run outwards and ran into the path of FUNNY MONEY and fell. FUNNY MONEY lost ground at this stage. JEMMAS ASSASSIN regained her feet and completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. At the end of the back straight the pacemaking KNOW BONUS faltered and pulled up with BORIS MANKINI being severely interfered with in behind. KNOW BONUS was found to have a fractured femur with a 28 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 7 | Borat At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295 | OHOKA DUKE ran outwards in the early stages with OKOTOKS, OKUKU OLLIE and HOMEBUSH KALAMA all being tightened for a few strides. In the home straight CAWBOURNE CHLOE was checked and lost momentum as the winner HOMEBUSH CRAIG ran inwards short of the line. |
| Race 8 | Little Brown Jug Maiden Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 3 | HOMEBUSH LACEY was slow to jump. HOMEBUSH BORIS checked outwards off OKUKU CRACKER into the first bend and lost ground. LADAKH was dragged down into the first bend and dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. On the first turn the pacemaking trio of OHOKA ASHLEY, STILL HELINA and KNOW MISTAKE jostled together for a few strides. |
| Race 9 | Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwis Living With Cancer Sprint - C2 - 295 | SPEEDY LEESHELLE was tightened in the early stages dropping to the rear along the inside. Into the bend CAWBOURNE HELEN was crossed by SOMETIMES ALAN and lost ground. On the home bend HOMEBUSH LENNY was badly checked by his kennelmate SPEEDY LEESHELLE and dropped out to finish last. |
| Race 10 | Willy What At Stud Dash - C1 - 295 | ANOTHER WISH ran inwards in the back straight with CAWBOURNE TOBES, OHOKA SUMMER and LADY IN SHADES all being tightened and losing ground. ZOES KEY was badly checked into the bend when racing in tight quarters in between runners. |
| Race 11 | Go The All Blacks Stakes - C1 - 520 | The two favourites OHOKA ZOE and KNOW FUTURE came together soon after the jump and settled at the rear. They both ran on well late to be in behind the placegetters. Andy McCook the co-trainer of the winner SEISMIC STORM was questioned in regards to the improved performance of the bitch. He informed Stewards that following her fall at Otago she had been freshened and had been trialling well of late. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Dash - C2 - 295 | LIAM TITLE was slow from the inside. CULVIE CORGI remained wide in the early stages hampering the two favourites ELITE PALACE and DAUNTING for a short time with these two runners having to settle back in the field. ELITE PALACE ran on late for fourth. |
