Judicial report: OUR TOY BOY and TALEEDY TROOPER both completed satisfactory trials under riule 81.
STONES RIVER was stood down for 28 days for marring another runner in race one under Rule 80.1a this was the dogs first offence
PRETTY SECRET has been stood down under Rule 81 to complete a satisfactory trial

Race 1	Awapuni Stakes C0 - C0 - 375	Soon after leaving the boxes STONES RIVER inititally turned in slightly to follow the lure ,but ran straight out on to and marred ALANA HALL for several strides The trainer of STONES RIVER was shown a replay of the race and readily agreed with the Stewards to a charge of marring under Rule 80.1a STONES RIVER was stood down for 28 days this being the dogs first offence JUKE BOX BOY was away well from the boxes and close to the lead in the early part of the race , racing in to the first turn he got up on to the back of BREAKING MELODY nas this dog tried to get closer to the rail JUKE BOX BOY was forced to check back at this point an went back through the field where he was tightened between runners and fell JUKE BOX BOY regained his feet to finish on to the lure some distance behind the fieldand was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found JUKE BOX BOY regained his feet to finish on to the lure a distance behind the field and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 2	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 375	CULLEN'S IMPACT and IN OR OUT were slowest away with IN OR OUT losing 4 or so lengths CULLENS IMPACT was able to recover and make good ground around the field to win LISSADELL REBEL was handy in the early run in to the first turn , he was then tightened by outside runners and was checked back losing his position , he was not able to get back in to contention from there on in
Race 3	Woodville Dash C1 - C1 - 375	WHER'ES WALLY(fav) was away well from the boxes ,then soon drifted back to the rear and ran wide in to the home stretch finishing in last position at the line WHER'ES WALLY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 4	Peter Sinclair Photos C1 - C1 - 457	From the boxes SHERMAN FLYER cut down across the face of the field causing tightning and checks to BIGTIME UNO, GO BOOF, GLANADDIS BOY , BOTANY ADAM and NIGEL THE LEGIN who all jostled together for several strides
Race 5	Shannon Dash C2 - C2 - 375	DON'T KNOW (fav) was slow away ,continued to make ground up througout the race to finish in 2nd position at the line
Race 6	Hokowhitu Sprint C2/3 - C2/3 - 375	On entering the the first turn PRINCESS SNOWY found herself in tight quarters and had to check back off the heels of BOMBER MAN causing her to lose a couple of lengths at that point PRINCESS SNOWY attempted to make ground through the field as they approached the home turn but ran out of room she tried to switch to the outer for a clear run ,but was not able to make the ground up in the run to the line
Race 7	Marton Dash C2/3 - C2/3 - 375	From the boxes HOMEBUSH ALEXwas away well and raced across colliding in to OUT BY FIVE who was able to regain his balance swiftly crossing over to the rail in the lead and carry on to win THRILLING LYRIC was first away from the boxes ,she soon drifted back to the rear and was noticed to be galloping uncomfortably through out there after finishing towards the rear THRILLING LYRIC was sent for a vet check where she was foundto have suffered a pectoral injury with a 7 day stand down recommended
Race 8	Foxton Dash C5 - C5 - 375	CONFICATED and SHE ROCKS came together as they raced in to the first turn
Race 9	Sparkys Bar And Restaurant C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	Soon after the start RYBENBROOK FLASK came across on to BIRCHGROVE BILLY pushing him over on to CAUGHT THE EYE and MR METICULIOUS with all these dogs being tightened and jostled for a few strides CAUGHT THE EYE tried to keep his line in the run down to the first and MR METICULOUS kept trying to keep his line with both dogs racing tightly together for a distance and both lost ground to the rear
Race 10	www.racingdogs.co.nz C5 - C5 - 375	BERELLA CHELSEA was away well from the jump and was handy in to thefirst turn then was forced to check back off heels of ADDIS SUNSET with both dogs losing ground towards the rear where they were not able to get back in to contention from there on in
Race 11	Fielding Dash C4 - C4 - 375	Soon after the start JENNINGS came across on to LARA PINTER with both dogs being tightened slightly THRILLING GRIZZ raced wide in to the home straight ,he ran on well for 4th placing at the line
Race 12	Pahiatua Stakes C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	PRETTY SECRET was away well with the field ,she started going bacwards as they entered the first turn , she was observed to be uncomfortable in her galloping action and finished some lengths last at the line PRETTY SECRET was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found Mr J Bell trainer was spoken to regarding the dogs performance todayand the Stewards elected to have the dog perform a satisfactory trial. PRETTY SECRET has been stood down to do a satisfactory trial under rule 81 due to the poor performance today
