Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Race 5 a 650 metre race was started manually as the course electrician was not able to fix the switch in time
The boxes where checked before kenneling and were working well,The course curator Mr C Courtney advised the stewards that he had found a problem with the switch and had contacted the electritian who was coming to fix the problem
There was an altercation between two licensed persons in the vicinity of the stirup area and public area's
The racecourse invesigator Mr B Oliver was contacted and he arrived with an investigation ongoing

Race 2	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C1 - 375	HOTWAX was awkwardly away from the start BINGO STARR ran out wide in the home straight ,he still hung on well to win
Race 3	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C2 - 375	Racing in to the first turn FIGIAN SAM caught the heel of ROTOVEGAS GIRL and stumbled for a stride , a few strides further on there was tightning as THRILLING CLOVER attempted to gain a run through the field causing CORPORAL JONES out on to FIGIAN SAM and BIG LASS with these dogs all jostled together for several strides and they lost ground to the rear and never got in to contention from there on in
Race 4	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C1 - 375	From the jump TUIS PLEASE ran out as RED RULES ran in causing IMAGINATION and BIT OF VISION to be checked back at that point, RED RULES then ran out and cannoned in to LlAMEDOS who was pushed out in to the hind quarters of THRILLING RAY Racing in to the first turn TUIS PLEASE ran in on towards the rail and caused severe tightning to IMAGINATION and BIT OF VISION who was forced over and made contact with the rail BIT OF VISION was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities were found
Race 5	Thrilling Quest Distance Greyhound of the Year Stakes - C1d - 650	CORNELIUS a favoured runner stumbled on leaving the boxes with this costing him a better position in the early run in to the first turn Racing in to the first turn COLD FINGERS cut down to the rail causing THRILLING APRIL to be checked back losing a couple of lengths and she was not able to get in to contention from there on in
Race 6	Matanuska Sprinter of the Year Sprint - C3/4 - 375	RHODA HOLMES stumbled slightly on leaving the boxes, RHODA HOLMES was forced to check off the heels of BAD STATE as the field approached the home turn when attempting to make ground ,she lost momentum and ground at this point.
Race 7	Linda Martin Strike Rate Trainer Stakes - C1 - 457	From the jump STRIKE ONCE came over on to CAPTAIN COUTTS and ICHI NI causing them to become unbalance for a stride or two In regaining his balance STRIKE ONCE went out wide on the track Racing down to the first turn CAPTAIN COUTTS came in as SHIRONA came out with them coming together , a few strides further on CAPTAIN COUTTS ran in towrds the rail and tightened ICHI NI and SHIRONA causing them to lose ground at that point SHIRONA ran wide across the top bend and in to the home straight.
Race 8	Regent Hurricane Middle Distance Greyhound of the Year Stakes - C3/4 - 457	Soon after the start THRILLING CAIRO came over on to MR CHINO causing him to stumble for a stride Racing in to the first turn ASTON RED came down on to THRILLING BOSS and tightened him for several strides THRILLING BOSS lost ground back to midfield and ran on well late in the race for 2nd position at the line
Race 9	David Schofield Leading Trainer Stakes - C5 - 457	In the race down down to the first turn THRILLING FONZ ran on to the heels of ASSEGAI and lost a couple of lengths
Race 10	Matanuska Greyhound of the Year Sprint - C5 - 375	Racing in to the first turn CAWBOURNE STARS came out on to ONE TOUGH COOKIE On the point of the home turn ONE TOUGH COOKIE came down on to CAWBOURNE STARS with both dogs becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides BENGINEER (fav) may have spoilt his chance of winning by racing wide out in the home straight
Race 11	Clubhouse Sports Bar Stakes - C2 - 457	From the boxes ASCENDING FORCE and RUN FOR US raced tightly together ,as they raced in to the first turn ASCENDING FORCE tried to race on to the rail ,however RUN FOR US kept him out ,this resulted in both dogs being hampered and going back to the rear where they never got in to contention from there on in
