Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Trainer Stephen Evans was issued with a final warning in regards to cellphones on the track. Handler Dylan Voyce was reminded of his obligations in so far as the dress policy is concerned. Trainer Ray Casey was fined $50.00 under the Minor Infringements Table for a breach of Rule 71.4 after a handler was not present to catch OKUKU CRACKER in Race 4.

Race 1	Super Pets Stakes - C0 - 520	ANOTHER WISH was last to jump. OKUKU LILLY and JONNY JET came together on the first bend with JONNY JET running outwards and checking HALF THROTTLE who lost ground. On the home turn OKUKU LILLY was checked from behind by KNOW FUTURE and lost momentum.
Race 2	Active Electrical Christchurch Ltd Dash - C1 - 295	TOTALLY CONFUSED ran inwards into the bend and this combined with FEARSOME MCKAY coming off the rail resulted in both dogs being checked and losing ground with THATS COOL being forced wide around these runners.
Race 3	www.willywhatatstud.com Sprint - C0 - 295	ANOTHER REBEL and SEA SPRAY TICH were slow to jump. ANOTHER REBEL ran outwards and bumped OKUKU BOBO on two occasions in the home straight. Stewards viewed the head on replay of the race but it was inconclusive as to whether any muzzle contact had occurred.
Race 4	Katz'n K9z Stakes - C0 - 520	GO CARTER and KNOW SPARK came together into the first bend with GO CARTER being badly checked and losing its chance. A post race veterinary check of GO CARTER revealed no injury. CAWBOURNE TOBES ran outwards on the home bend pushing KNOW SPARK very wide when both dogs were towards the rear.
Race 5	Sensative Harry At Stud Dash - C1 - 295	ALWAYS A STORY was keen to get away from the inside and received a check in doing so losing ground with COOLS THE TUNE also being inconvenienced at this stage.
Race 6	David Emerson Consultancy Stakes - C1 - 520	SMOOCHA was last to jump. SERAPHINE JEWEL, SWEET APPEAL and JUST TEASING were all tightened as WHERES THE KEYS crossed the front of the field in the early stages. DUDLEY RAMA ran outwards in the run to the first bend badly checking MY BLIND SIDE and SWEET APPEAL who lost ground.
Race 7	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH CRAIG ran inwards soon after the jump making contact with OKUKU WEE MAN and HAMPDEN SPIRIT for a stride. Following the race CAWBOURNE CHLOE appeared to be slightly sore with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 8	Wizelee At Stud Sprint - C2 - 295	SHARI JEWEL and LYNDOUR GEM were both tightened soon after the jump as LES HART crossed to the rail in front of them. Into the bend MEANDER ducked inwards badly checking LYNDOUR GEM and SHARI JEWEL who lost their chances.
Race 9	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520	TRACKSIDE crossed the field from his outside draw and tightened a number of runners including OHOKA ZOE, CROSSFIRE MAX, CAWBOURNE HEIDI and MERMAN JEWEL who all lost ground.
Race 10	Johnny Midnight At Stud Sprint - C4 - 295	WANDY CHICK and the favourite DEMOGRAPHIC were the last to leave the traps. DEMOGRAPHIC then looped the field to challenge for the lead on the turn but ran wide and lost a couple of lengths. DEMOGRAPHIC ran on well in the straight for second.
Race 11	www.racingdogs.co.nz Sprint - C2 - 295	DOGGER BANK ran outwards soon after the jump causing tightening to OPAWA BLACK, HOMEBUSH TIME and KNOW ATTENTION. On the turn KNOW ATTENTION ran outwards checking CHARLI CLANG while OPAWA BLACK and JOHNNIE GEORGE came together in behind these runners.
Race 12	Garrards Horse & Hound Dash - C3 - 295	VAMPIRES SHADOW and GOSS SAGE were the slowest to jump. VAMPIRES SHADOW ran on well for third.
