Farmlands to Remain Open During Covid-19 Alert Level 4

We can now confirm that Farmlands has been identified as an essential service so they are open for business and will be able to service and supply during the COVID-19 Alert Level 4. 

What does this mean for you?

- Our stores will remain open, however, you will need to call or email your order in first.

Once you have placed your order, the following process will apply:

1.    Farmlands store staff will advise on the availability of product

2.    They will agree on a suitable time for you to collect your order from the designated collection points at the store

3.    This will be a contactless collection process, allowing you to get the critical inputs you need but ensuring they are all following best practice to keep all safe

4.    Your order will be charged to your Farmlands Card/Account as they cannot accept cash sales

Please note that if they don’t answer your call or email immediately please be patient and will get back to you as soon as they can.

- Our Technical team will still be on the road. 

They will need to establish some protocols around how they visit you.  They will communicate these to you as soon as thay can.
