Trainer R Wales denied a breach of Rule 44.1 that alleged that he failed to present OPAWA PICK at or before the specified time for the above race meeting resulting in it being declared a late scratching.

At a hearing held today at Addington Raceway the Adjudicative Committee, after hearing evidence from Mr Wales and the Stewards, upheld the charge and imposed a fine of $300.00.
