KNOW FAREWELL (3) - contacted BOOTSTRAP BILL early stages then tightened that runner into bend. Checked by HOMEBUSH ARCHIE on bend dropping to rear. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. SMASH DRAGON (5) - tightened on bend as MITCHAM KING ran outwards. Ran outwards final turn pushing NONILLION wider. Ran wide around bend. GOLDSTAR MONROE (7) - pushed GOLDSTAR JUSTICE down track into bend then tightened by GOLDSTAR SHAGGY losing ground. GOLDSTAR SHAGGY (9/8) - slow to jump. Ran inwards into bend tightening GOLDSTAR MONROE.
Race 5	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C2 - 295	MR MUPPET (1) - ran outwards early stages contacting GOLDSTAR DAWSON and RING CLOWN with resultant tightening to outside runners. Assessed by vet and found to have a wrist injury with a 21 day stand down recommended. GOLDSTAR DAWSON (2) - contacted by MR MUPPET early stages. Pushed inwards by MEMOIR back straight making heavy contact with the rail dropping to rear. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. BARBARA'S ANGEL (6) - pushed inwards by MEMOIR early stages becoming unbalanced and forcing THEROUX down the track. MEMOIR (7) - ran inwards early stages forcing BARBARA'S ANGEL inwards.
