Race 2	Clarkson's Sign Studio Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA GIRLS GET (3) - contacted on jumping by OPAWA COREY. Jostled with KNOW ACCOUNT first bend. Referred to the Veterinarian as a precaution with no clinical abnormalities found. KNOW ACCOUNT (5) - jostled with OPAWA GIRLS GET first bend. GLIMPSE (7) - referred to the Veterinarian presenting with a fractured toe on its right hind foot with a 60 day incapacitation issued. Must trial prior to resuming. OPAWA COREY (9/4) - collided with OPAWA GIRLS GET on jumping.
Race 3	Suck It Up Ltd Sprint - C1 - 295	PASCALE JEWEL (1) - jostled with MITCHAM DAWN early stages. MITCHAM DAWN (2) - jostled with PASCALE JEWEL early stages before being obligated to check off heels. BILLY BUDD (4) - last to jumping after marginally coming up with the lid.
Race 4	Balcairn Stockfoods & CopRice Dog Food Dash - C1 - 295	SEA SPRAY BERT (1) - crowded entered the bend. HOMEBUSH ZENA (3) - raced in tight quarters entering the bend. BUTTERFLY CHILD (4) - slow early. SOZIN'S QUEEN (5) - crowded early stages. TABBY (6) - turned outwards early stages when crowding SOZIN'S QUEEN.
Race 5	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes Heat 1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	MILAN (2) - awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend before having its heels dragged by USAIN BALE falling to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down as a precaution for 5 days. USAIN BALE (3) - climbed on the heels of MILAN entering the bend. weakened final bend. OPAWA WAYNE (4) - hindquarters raced on early stages. MISS CAIRO (5) - raced on the hindquarters of OPAWA WAYNE early stages. PARIS BANDIT (6) - checked entering the bend. UNCLE FRANK (7) - terminally checked entering the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 6	greyhoundauctions.co.nz Dash - C2 - 295	TAIERI SNAPSHOT (2) - collided heavily with JOYFUL TEARS in the run to the bend. Shouldered with GAOLDSTAR LARSON approaching the bend and again exiting it. JOYFUL TEARS (4) - heavily contacted from the inside by TAIERI SNAPSHOT in the run to the bend before being obligated to race in tight quarters losing ground. Climbed on heels rounding the bend losing its balance and falling to the track. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury with a 5 day precautionary stand down imposed. YANIRA BALE (5) - raced in restricted room in the run to the bend. Hampered and coursed wide rounding the bend. CRAB APPLE (6) - shouldered with GOLDSTAR LARSEN early stages. Raced in restricted room in the run to the bend. Dragged down rounding the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have gastrocnemius injury to its right hind leg with a 28 day incapacitation issued. GOLDSTAR LARSON (7) - shouldered with CRAB APPLE early stages. Shouldered with TAIERI SNAPSHOT approaching the bend and again exiting it.
Race 7	Casswoods for Carpet Binding & Mats Dash - C1 - 295	ARCHIE'S ALBA (5) - raced in restricted room forcing the hindquarters of RIEKO outwards. RIEKO (6) - hindquarters raced on approaching the bend. Turned outwards rounding the bend by ARCHIE'S ALBA. GOLDSTAR MONROE (7) - slow early. AMURI ROCK (8) - raced on the hindquarters of RIEKO approaching the bend.
Race 8	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes Heat 2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	CAPTAIN TIM (3) - awkward out of the boxes. Crowded entering the first bend. GO GLOW (5) - checked outwards across heels early stages. FEAR ALL POUNAMU (8) - crowded entering the first bend.
Race 9	Real Pet Foods Rolleston Sprint - C2 - 295	Not all films were available for the purpose of reporting this race. ALTERNATE SHOT (1) - shouldered briefly with GOLDSTAR ALASKA exiting the bend. KNOW FAREWELL (2) - jostled with HUSTLE ACE approaching the bend. HUSTLE ACE (3) - jostled with KNOW FAREWELL approaching the bend. GOLDSTAR ALASKA (5) - shouldered briefly with ALTERNATE SHOT exiting the bend.
Race 10	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes Heat 3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	OHOKA MEGAN (2) - slow early BALDRICK (4) - placed in restricted room entering the bend. GOLDSTAR VALE (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages. ADOBE FLAME (6) - slow early. MY GIOVANNI (9/8) - Stewards queried the improved performance of this runner with Trainer H Anderton. Mr Anderton explained that the greyhound had impressed him in a weekend trial. He added that the greyhound had been getting back in its races and today found the front going into the first bend which afforded it an uninterrupted run throughout.
Race 11	Angler's Arms Tavern Sprint - C3 - 295	GOLDSTAR WYNTER (2) - crowded early stages. Climbed on the heels of IYLAH JEWEL approaching the bend. MINE HUNTER (3) - hampered early stages. Shouldered with MITCHAM GINNY approaching the bend. MITCHAM GINNY (4) - crowded early stages. Shouldered with MINE HUNTER approaching the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend having to check and becoming awkward in its gallop. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have sustained a torn right pin muscle with a 28 day incapacitation issued. GOLDSTAR WILLA (5) - crowded inside runners early stages. IYLAH JEWEL (7) - dragged down approaching the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR YANKEE (8) - awkwardly placed to the outside of MITCHAM GINNY entering the bend before being positioned on heels having to check.
Race 12	RE-ENERGISE Dash - C4 - 295	CHROME (2) - jostled with SUCK IT UP in the run to the bend. SUCK IT UP (4) - jostled with CHROME and BLACK VINYL in the run to the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. BLACK VINYL (5) - jostled with SUCK IT UP in the run to the bend. TAIERI MISSILE (8) - shouldered with MR MUPPET exiting the bend. MR MUPPET (9/1) - shouldered with TAIERI MISSILE exiting the bend.
