GENERAL

An information was lodged alleging that Mr T Music (Secretary/Manager Christchurch GRC) was negligent in failing to scratch ROSIES CHOICE when notified, with that runner being declared a late scratching in consequence. Mr Music admitted the breach with a JCA hearing to be heard at a date to be confirmed.
