Track: Good There was a delay to the start of Race 5 while the lids were checked by the Club Electrician who confirmed them to be in order. They would be checked again by him prior to the start of tomorrow's meeting.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295	MUSTARD FUDGE was slow to jump. Into the bend MUSTARD FUDGE improved on the inside of CAWBOURNE SHOT and BLUESKY WONDER with all three coming together losing ground. Into the home straight RED VENOM and SAFE AND SECURE collided heavily with both sustaining severe checks. Both were subject to veterinary checks which revealed no injury to either dog.
Race 2	I Pave Concrete Dash - C3 - 295	BOTANY ZENA ran in sharply after the jump tightening SURFIN' BIZAAR, YALDHURST FLYER, ONE COOL CAT and BOSCA FELLA. Into the bend MOODY MAN ran outwards colliding with BOSCA FELLA, ONE COOL CAT and YALDHURST FLYER who all lost ground. MOODY MAN continued his outward movement coming in contact with WHERE'S MY SEAT around the bend.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4 - 295	Both TEPIRITA TIKI and REDLINE CHAOS were slow to jump. Into the bend BIGTIME SLAMMER moved down towards the rail tightening LES BAXTER who lost ground. Soon after TEPIRITA TIKI improved along the rail before moving outwards checking CAWBOURNE CART, MARLENE'S BABE, UNO HARRIET and LES BAXTER on his outer.
Race 4	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C3 - 295	CAWBOURNE BUNDY and FLASH TRAV were slow to jump. Into the bend CAWBOURNE BUNDY clipped the heels of FLASH TRAV. Soon after OHOKA KERRY ran wide taking the line of WHERE'S JOHN CEE who ran very wide around the bend as a result.
Race 5	Murray @ Re/max Real Estate Ph.3715005 Stakes - C2/3 - 520	This race was 8 minutes late in starting due to an issue with the lids which was checked by the Club Electrician prior to the dogs being loaded away and the race starting. IT'S NOT EASY was very slow to jump and ran wide around the first bend.CROSSFIRE MAX ran in after the jump tightening BRASSED OFF and MICKER MORRIS. Into the first bend SHUNT APPEAL moved away from the rail before being crossed by CAWBOURNE INDY and drifting towards the rear. BRASSED OFF checked out off the heels of SHUNT APPEAL into the back straight.
Race 6	Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwis Living With Cancer Dash - C5 - 295	LIAM BALE was tightened by HOMEBUSH REECE soon after the jump. EXCITING KYLE ran outwards soon afterwards checking GENERAL VIEW and LINDSAY CLEEVE who both lost ground. Into the bend EXCITING KYLE ran outwards colliding with GOTCHA LIFE resulting in GENERAL VIEW and LINDSAY CLEEVE being forced wide.
Race 7	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Stakes - C4 - 520	GUTTER BLACK and GENERAL BOWIE were slow to jump. Into the bend GUY BAXTER moved down towards the rail tightening TEDDY MARCELLO and MIXED GRILL before colliding with TIMS TIGER soon after. GENERAL BOWIE checked off heels as a result settling a clear last. Into the back straight an improving GUTTER BLACK tightened TIMS TIGER and MIXED GRILL who both lost ground.
Race 8	Borat At Stud New Zealand Oaks Final - R/Af - 520	CORE POWER checked SOFIA'S GIRL soon after jumping. CORE POWER checked out off the heels of CAWBOURNE OCKY around the bend as CAWBOURNE OCKY went to the lead. KATE LEIGH and KNOW WHICH came together into the back straight when racing near the rear. SURELY YOU JEST struck the hindquarters of CORE POWER when improving across the top.
Race 9	Shirley Veterinary Centre Sprint - C5 - 295	PURE AND SPECIAL ran in after jumping to collide with CAWBOURNE LORNA. WEE PING DOLL, SWITCH FORWARD and FOUR ONE CHARLIE came together soon after. Into the bend KNOW RIVAL moved off the rail tightening ALBIE'S LAD before CAWBOURNE LORNA ran out tightening WEE PING DOLL and SWITCH FORWARD.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C5 - 520	AWESOME BENDER and MAMAJA were slow to jump.
Race 11	Dave Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C5 - 295	WICHITA LINEMAN wa slow to jump. FIREMAN'S RAFFLE and CAWBOURNE ICE came together in the run to the bend before FIREMAN'S RAFFLE collided with GET OUT THERE with both losing ground, FIREMAN'S RAFFLE coming back on WICHITA LINEMAN.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C5 - 295	Into the bend JACKSON CAT ran inwards tightening DA BOSS and ANOTHER NICK.
