| Race 1 | ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR C1/2 - C1/2 - 305 | The two best supported runners STIFF and LACHLAN VALLEY were the slowest to begin and they failed to make up much ground and finished in 5th and 7th places. HOMEBUSH DAPHNE was checked back to the rear on the first turn and she stayed in that position until the finish. |
| Race 2 | WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM C1 - C1 - 520 | RUN BROADY RUN was checked soon after the start losing three lengths and he stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. NIGEL THE LEGIN was observed to be galloping awkwardly and he dropped back during the running to finish a long last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a suspected ruptured blood vessel and tricep muscle swelling. |
| Race 3 | GUTHRIE BOWRON C1/2 - C1/2 - 305 | The favourite JACKSON CAT was checked back to last soon after the start and then on the first corner JACKSON CAT, ACE DRUMARD, AHANE JOY and PSYCHOTIC were all checked losing several lengths. HOMEBUSH JAG was very handy approaching the straight entrance when he was checked and went back to last and finished in that position. HOMEBUSH JAG appeared sore after the race, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with pain in an infraspinatus and bicep femoris muscles. |
| Race 4 | HARRISON HIRE MASTER - C2/3 - 520 | HOMEBUSH MELL was checked racing into the back straight when MAJOR HIT moved in towards the rail. |
| Race 5 | VITA POWER C3 - C3 - 305 | BERELLA CHELSEA ran in from the start and checked ROYAL MINTY and HOMEBUSH DUSTY who lost ground and settled at the rear. ERIC PHOENIX was handy and adjacent to the rail on the first corner when he was checked and went back to last. BIGTIME PAL was also checked in the incident and he too lost ground. |
| Race 6 | OFFICEMAX C2/3 - C2/3 - 520 | One of the favourites RUN RILEY RUN was bumped and pushed wide on the first corner and went back to the rear. He continued to run wide over extra ground on both bends and finished in 2nd last place. |
| Race 7 | CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C3/4 - C3/4 - 305 | Soon after the start BEARLY NORMAL and CAWBOURNE DUDE collided and both went back through the field losing several lengths . BEARLY NORMAL moved out on the bend and pushed MISS ARKANSAS wide and both covered extra ground. |
| Race 8 | KEENAN CONCRETE C4/5 - C4/5 - 520 | FLIRTINI was checked going into the first corner losing several lengths and went back to last. She was making ground and disputing 3rd place approaching the home turn but ran wide and dropped back to finish in 5th place. |
| Race 9 | BILDERBECK CONSTRUCTION C4/5 - C4/5 - 305 | BOMBER MAN raced onto the back of HOMEBUSH JUST on the home turn causing that runner to move out and force JILL BAXTER and SCOTT NO WIVES wide into the straight. SCOTT NO WIVES recovered best of those involved and he finished in 3rd place. One of the favourites POWERFUL ENEMY did not get the best of runs and was hindered on two or three ocassions and finished in last place. |
| Race 10 | MICKEY'S SUPER LIQUOR C1D - C1d - 645 | GONE ZILLA was checked back to last soon after the start losing four lengths but he improved quickly once on the final bend and ran on well for 3rd place. |
| Race 11 | BROAD ROOFING SERVICES C4/5 - C4/5 - 305 | ELITE LUKE began a little awkwardly and settled at the rear but did make up some ground to finish in 5th place. SCOTT NO FUNDING checked off the back of OPAWA MEGASTAR on the first corner, went back to the rear and finished in 2nd last place. |
| Race 12 | MEDIA WORKS C4 - SPECA - 305 | MISTER WHISKER was slow to begin and settled last but made up ground to finish in 5th place. HUTT PARK FLYER was checked on the first corner, went back to last and finished in that position. |
