Judicial report: MM GRANT was fined $100.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of RUDE RODNEY, a starter in Race 9, weighing in 1.8kgs above his last race start weight of 8 July 2010.

Race 1	Barron's Supplies Ph.3859438 Sprint - C4 - 295	The race start was held up due to a malfunction with the photo finish computer which could not be restored with the race starting at 5.06pm. The Judge determined his placing visually without the aid of the photo finish. The equipment was restored prior to the 2nd race. TUNZA REVS ran out after the start colliding with SAFE AND SECURE losing ground as a result. Into the bend ROTKARA LUCY moved away from the rail coming in contact with SAFE AND SECURE.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C5 - 295	DA BOSS was slow to jump and when improving along the rail into the bend was tightened by LIAM BALE. After the start STRAIGHT OFF ran inwards checking SUNSET BOMBER. Around the bend BOB BAXTER checked out off HAYLEY'S ACE.
Race 3	www.racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C3/4 - 520	All clear.
Race 4	Super Pets Distance - C0d - 645	CROSSFIRE MAX and LOU BALE came together soon after the start when racing towards the rear.
Race 5	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C4 - 295	LIAM TITLE clipped the heels of BIGTIME SLAMMER soon after the jump. ALBIE'S STAR checked out off FOUR ONE CHARLIE as the dog drove to the lead forcing CONTINUE and KNOW NEED wide. A trailing LIAM TITLE checked off CONTINUE soon after.
Race 6	Speight's Six Pack - C0d - 645	DANCING POWER, GIMME A DREAM and WAVE YA HAND came together after the start with GIMME A DREAM and WAVE YA HAND losing ground. MISS SNOW ANGEL was forced wide as a result. Around the bend into the back straight MOANING MOANY ran out colliding with DANCING POWER.
Race 7	David Emerson Consultancy Stakes - SPECA - 520	All clear.
Race 8	Barron's Supplies New Zealand Stayers Cup - C2df - 732	KNOW BEST was checked after the jump when crossed by SUDDEN SAM. GENISTA SUMMER was tightened between dogs into the first bend. Into the front straight KNOW BEST and BONNIE BOUCHEA collided losing ground.
Race 9	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295	FIREMAN'S RAFFLE, BLAST FURNACE, MARLENE'S BABE, RUDE RODNEY and CAWBOURNE LORNA lost all chance when checking as a result of general tightening into the bend.
Race 10	Barron's Supplies South Island Championship - C5f - 520	WINSOME BUCKS and WATMOUGH came together into the first bend losing ground. At the end of the back straight WATMOUGH lost ground when checking off the heels of SPEED TICKET. Into the home straight SPEED TICKET and WINSOME BUCKS came together when racing near the rear.
Race 11	Flair Stakes - C4/5 - 520	OPAWA PATTY checked outwards into the first bend when tightened by EXCELLENT BEC, taking SHAKEY BAKE and CHARLIE STUBBS very wide, these three losing all chance.
Race 12	www.containersdirect.co.nz Sprint - C5 - 295	RON'S SAINT was slow to jump. Soon after the jump BABE'S BOY ran out colliding with MISS IDOL. Into the bend RON'S SAINT was squeezed between dogs coming back on PAREORA DOLL who was forced to check outwards losing ground.
