Judicial report: Trainer N.Clark elected to admit a breach of Rule 88.1 q and he was fined $ 200-00 after it was alleged that he had banged the door of the starting boxes after loading his dog DANDALOO BLUE in Race 6. Mr Clark had been issued with a warning the previous day at Auckland for a similar offence.
The inquiries which had been made by Steward M.Austin following an alleged incident in the kennels at Manawatu on 19.10.09 were concluded and no further action deemed necessary due to the lack of conclusive evidence to support the complaint.

Race 1	Quality Presentations Ltd Maiden Sprint - C0 - 375	KNIGHT INVADER was away very well and led to the first corner but collided with HOMEBUSH ACE and they dropped back and TINY TITCH who was following was also checked and they finished in the last three places. CRYSTAL KATIE was nominated for a post race swab but was released due to a possible security breach when the dogs kennel mat was mixed with the remainder of the runners mats following the race.
Race 2	Charlie Boyce, Foxton Vet Maiden Middle Distance - C0 - 457	BOSTON JAZZ went up with the box lids as they opened and he lost several lengths and tailed the field throughout to finish in last place.
Race 3	Grant Irvine Pharmacy Sprint - C2 - 375	FIVE KAY KAT was racing towards the rear on the bend but was checked losing several lengths and he finished in last place. RAISINS ran in from the start and checked SHARIMORE and CATCH THE BREEZE who was the most affected and she lost four lengths.
Race 4	Bill Boyd & Associates Middle Distance - C1/2 - 457	All clear.
Race 5	Delta Drainage & Water Services Middle Distance - C1 - 457	FINN'S ANGEL was the slowest to begin and raced into the bend three lengths behind the 2nd last dog but did make up some ground to finish in 6th place.
Race 6	Thrilling Kennels Sprint - C5 - 375	DANDALOO BLUE and CIRALDO collided when jumping from the boxes and they settled at the rear. DANDALOO BLUE made up ground to finish in 3rd place but CIRALDO stayed well back and finished in 7th place.
Race 7	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz Sprint - C4 - 375	LOTTO BALLS was slow to begin and then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 2nd last place. FIND PEDRO was checked and lost ground on the first corner and he also ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 8	Nancy Cobain Memorial Final, Group 1 - C2df - 766	SHEA SHERIE ran out soon after the start and continued to race wide over extra ground throughout but finished well for 2nd place. BEILPAJAH PRINCE ran in soon after the start and caused jostling and checks to MR BONZALAS, GROOVY FINANCE and SPRING ADMIRAL who all lost ground and were the last three on the first corner and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company Ltd Middle Distance - C4/5 - 457	SHOWBAGS was a late scratching when the fields which were faxed to the Schofield kennels did not show the dog as an entrant in the race and the dog was not brought to the meeting. A message left on the Schofield home telephone by the Club advising that SHOWBAGS was in the field was not received and no penalty was imposed under the circumstances. The race was all clear.
Race 10	Wenham Grain & Seed Middle Distance - C3 - 457	THRILLING ALERT moved out on the first corner and STARFIRE BOY received a slight check but recovered to run on for 2nd place.
