| Race 1 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C2 - 318 | A combination of GRADUATED CLASS running outwards and REVELRY heading to the rail caused VALUE PACK, SYDENHAM PRETTY and DEVILS MARBELS all to be tightened in the run down the back straight with these dogs losing ground. |
| Race 2 | David Schofield Trainer of the Year Sprint - C0 - 318 | ROLL UP came up with the lids losing many lengths. Into the bend THRILLING ROBYN was held up for a run and checked losing ground. |
| Race 3 | Karen Walsh Strike Rate Trainer Stakes - C0 - 527 | YAMBLA BOB was a bit sideways on jumping with the dog appearing to be looking for the lure. He recovered quickly and finished second. Into the first bend SUCH HOPE was dragged down for a stride by OUR MAC. SUCH HOPE dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 4 | Carol's TABs Sprint Series - C5q - 318 Heat 1 | NEW CLEAR POWER was tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear. |
| Race 5 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318 | GEORDIE BOY and ALEIRON were the last to jump. Into the bend LUCK NOW FLOOD checked PRINCESS SNOWY for a stride from behind with both dogs losing some ground. GEORDIE BOY ran wide to avoid these dogs and pushed LUCK NOW KID and ALEIRON wide around the bend. At this point ALEIRON appeared to shorten stride finishing a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing ligament damage and a small fracture to his right hock with a ninety day stand down recommended. |
| Race 6 | Trophies Plus Stakes - C1 - 527 | TRICKY DAISY ran inwards and hit the running rail with a lap to go losing some ground. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. On the first bend THRILLING PETRA ran outwards checking littermates BENGINEER and CARMIA MATANNA for a stride. |
| Race 7 | New Zealand Racing Series Distance Final - NZRSdf - 779 | TIPPY TIPSTAR was last to jump. Into the first bend TEEGAN was dragged down from behind dropping to the rear. She did well to make ground for fourth with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 8 | Pacific Sheet & Coil (NZ) Stakes - C2/3 - 527 | RIDDLE MAN was last to jump while MOST EXCUSED and FANCY GIRL were tightened into the first bend and lost ground. |
| Race 9 | Waterloo Cup Group 1 Final - C5f - 527 | The two favourites WATMOUGH and SEASWIFT came together and were both dragged down into the first bend with both runners losing all chance at this point. These dogs were subject to post race veterinary checks that revealed no injury to WATMOUGH but skin lacerations requiring sutures to SEASWIFT with a seven day stand down recommended. KID DELANEY was also checked in this incident. |

| Race 11 | Magic Spike Greyhound of the Year Stakes - C4 - 527 | SHINE FOR US and SPY POWERS came together on the home turn when both runners were close to the pace with SHINE ON US losing some ground. |
