Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer MJ Lozell was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when KYLASI weighed in at 31.6 kgs which was 1.3 kgs above his last race weight on 6 November 2008.
Trainer BRD Cole received a final warning under Rule 88.1.q in regards to the turning off of his cellphone when handling his dog.

Race 1 RASMAH REASON - C2/3 - 318 THRILLING ELROY ran inwards to the rail tightening BEACH STREET, DREAM A WIN and DEVIL'S COUNTY in the early stages with DEVIL'S COUNTY dropping out to a clear last. Into the bend the favourite TRIAL BAY was checked by CAWBOURNE CARD wide on the track and then was dragged down by an improving DEVIL'S COUNTY with both dogs dropping out to tail the field home. Post race veterinary checks were carried on TRIAL BAY and DEVIL'S COUNTY revealing no injuries.
Race 2 THE ALAMO BAR & TAB SIX PACK - C1 - 527 THRILLING TEX and FANCY KATE came together on two occasions on the first bend with both dogs losing ground. THRILLING CELIA (K Sutch-Jones) was a late scratching at kennelling with an abscess to left hind digit 2. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 3 December 2008.
Race 3 PELORUS TRUST DISTANCE - C1d - 603 ULTRA MAGNUS came into contact with CALM RIP into the first bend and was pushed wide losing ground and settling at the rear.
Race 4 BIG SAM JUNIOR - C4 - 318 KING JOKER and ROYAL ESCORT came together in the run to the bend with both dogs losing ground. Shortly after MISS COOL DASH was squeezed out of a gap losing her place with BIGTIME NEV being pushed wide as a result.
Race 5 CAWBOURNE BARON - C5 - 318 CAWBOURNE KERRY and LONGFORD ANNIE were both tightened up between TESS TOKAAM and THRILLING GAME into the bend with the former pair dropping to the rear.
Race 6 AUSSIE OPAWA - C1 - 318 ONIE'S LAD was last to jump from the inside. Into the bend KYLASI was tightened and dragged down as ONIE'S LAD improved on the inside between him and THRILLING WEB. This caused KYLASI to run outwards taking THRILLING WEB, BIG ARCHIE and BIGTIME TEDDY wider with these dogs losing their chances. A post race veterinary check was carried out on KYLASI that revealed no injury.
Race 7 NEW ZEALAND SHOOTOUT - SPEC - 527 RIDDLE MAN moved off the rail in the back straight which tightened ROCKABYE LAD for a stride. ATLANTIC BALE (DL Roberts) sprained left wrist. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 9 December 2008.
Race 8 JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS - C2/3 - 527 KILLER TOUCH was last to jump and remained well back throughout.
Race 9 CAROL'S TAB STAKES - C5 - 527 LOBBY LLOYD was tightened into the first bend and appeared to clip the running rail. He dropped out down the back straight and finished a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing muscle soreness and a minor hock strain with a ten day stand down recommended. RIDDLE MAN (BDF Craik) starter in Race 7. LOBBY LLOYD (AJ Schneider) minor hock strain and general muscle soreness. Rule 82.1. 10 days up to and including 6 December 2008.
Race 10 BROWNZY SPORTS BAR - C5 - 318 WINSOME NOVA was tightened between runners into the bend losing her spot. As she recovered she ran outwards checking NEW CLEAR POWER who lost ground and her chance.
