Race 1	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C0 - 375	THRILLING SOLO was a little slow to begin losing 2 lengths. BAYLISS BALE J.Woolston-Bell Rule 64 Suffering from gastroenteritis and stood down for 3 days to and including 28.10.08.
Race 2	WIZARD HOME LOANS HEAT ONE - C1q - 457 Heat 1	OUR PRICE was slow to get into stride and dropped back to be racing several lengths behind the other runners but did make up some ground to finish just behind the 2nd last runner. CAWBOURNE OPAL ran inwards from the start and bumped BIGTIME MILLY and soon after also bumped FLY WITH ACTION and they both lost a little ground.
Race 3	DECOART PRINTED PRODUCTS,LEVIN - C1 - 375	The hot favourite MODERN WINDOW was last away and then made a forward move but was checked on the first corner. He then received a check in the home straight and finished in last place and was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury.
Race 4	BILL BOYD & ASSOCIATES SPRINT FINAL - C1f - 375	CAWBOURNE WHIZZ ran in from the start and checked SUZY MAC who fell and BEARLY MOVIN' who lost a little ground. CAWBOURNE WHIZZ also lost ground in the incident and dropped back to last and then made up some ground to finish 4th. SUZY MAC was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 5	WIZARD HOME LOANS HEAT 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	FOUR WHITE SOX ran out from the start and continued out to race wide on the track over extra ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 6	WENHAM GRAIN & SEED - C2 - 375	The well supported FANCY SPIDER was checked back to last on the first corner but recovered to finish well for 4th place.
Race 7	GRANT IRVINE PHARMACY - C3/4 - 457	The hot favourite JOHNNY MIDNIGHT was last after a few strides but then made up some ground but only battled in the straight and finished in 5th place. JOHNNY MIDNIGHT was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. GO GROOVY was difficult to box again and his papers were endorsed and he will be boxed first in future. GO GROOVY was checked on the bend and dropped back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 8	GROUP 1 NANCY COBAIN MEMORIAL - C2df - 766	MR JAZZ came out of the boxes in last place and obviously suffering from an injury and he tailed the field throughout by a long distance and finished well behind the other runners. MR JAZZ was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with a femur injury. SHEZA SHERIE checked off the back of TEEGAN on the first bend and moved out checking KING JACK and they both lost ground and never recovered. MR JAZZ J & D Fahey Rule 82 Suffered a femur injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 02.11.08.
Race 9	DELTA DRAINAGE & WATER SERVICES - C5 - 375	SHIFTY DOONS was checked on the first corner and again approaching the home turn and lost ground as a result and he finished in 3rd last place.
Race 10	KERB & CONCRETE MIDDLE DISTANCE - C5 - 457	AUSSIE OPAWA was slow to begin and was then bumped from the outside and never recovered the lost ground and finished in last place. TURBINE BALE was checked on the bend losing ground and then ran on for 4th place. THRILLING SKITZ D.Macauley Rule 64 Suffering from a dew claw injury and stood down for 5 days to and including 29.10.08. PORCELAIN GIRL L.Ahern Rule 64 Suffering from a spike wound to a webbing and stood down for 5 days to and including 31.10.08.
