Trainer P.Freeman admitted a breach of Rule 88.1 o when he placed the wrong rug on the dog NOBLE OSTI. He was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1
Kennel Steward M.McCourt was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1 on each of two charges under Rule 88.1 o when she admitted breaches of the Rules when not checking that the correct rugs were placed on FLAMING PRINCE in race 8 and NOBLE OSTI in race 9.
Starter S.Gardner admitted a breach of Rule 88.1 o when not ensuring that FLAMING PRINCE was wearing a rug before being placed in the starting boxes. She was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 88.1 o
Trainer W.T.Hodgson was found guilty of a breach of Rule 88.1 o when he failed to place a rug on FLAMING PRINCE. He was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1.
In reaching those penalties, it was taken into account that the weather was inclement and the dogs were wearing covers over the rugs.
