| Race 1 | EL CHEAPO CARS - C2/3 - 525 | The favourite SCOTTALOT was last away and raced toward the back until entering the last bend at which point he received a check when HOMEBUSH BILL moved in to the rail. From there SCOTTALOT dropped out to finish last. The dog was examined by the vet and cleared of any injury. The second favourite HILLTOP CUTIE had every chance but failed to perform up to expectations and finished near the rear. |
| Race 2 | ANUKA ELECTRIC SMOKER - C1 - 295 | UNO A WHISPER moved in on the first corner and caused checks to one of the favourites HOMEBUSH DIESEL who went back checking MYSTERY MOSS and they never recovered and finished well back. |
| Race 3 | ANUKA/ A WORLD FIRST PRODUCT - C1 - 525 | HOMEBUSH HOPE was scratched due to suffering from diarrhoea. One of the favourites TO LIVE BY was slow away and lost several lengths. He then received a clear run through to finish in 2nd place. CHAMPAGNE JEWEL raced onto the heels of HOMEBUSH FINN on the first corner and they lost ground. The favourite CELESTIAL raced back in the field and only battled to finish in 6th place. | Race 7 | AUTO AUCTIONS LTD - C3/4 - 295 | JETSET TOKEN was scratched due to an injury. JO JO SAM ( Reserve ) was scratched under the distance from track Rule 254. SEXY BABE was galloped on and dragged down by PACIFIC JAZZY on the first corner and LOVE THE HABIT and JESSTA LARRIKIN were brought down in the incident. SEXY BABE suffered a serious back injury and was transferred to the emergency clinic for further treatment and a 30 day stand down was imposed. LOVE THE HABIT and JESTA LARRIKIN were examined and cleared of injury. JETSET TOKEN G.Caffell Rule 259 Suffering from a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 30 days to and including 25.03.05. JO JO SAM L.Bell Rule 254 Distance from track rule. SEXY BABE S.Drysdale Rule 329 Suffered a serious back injury and stood down for 30 days to and including 26.03.05. |
| Race 8 | WELLINGTON STAYERS CUP - FINAL - C2df - 758 | SHINING COMET and FRANNY HALL ran wide on the first bend, covered extra ground and never recovered. They filled the last two places at the finish. |
| Race 9 | BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS - C2 - 295 | DURAN PHOENIX ran out on the first corner and HOMEBUSH OPAL and MYSTIC DANCER were pushed out and lost a little ground. MISS CHEEKY dropped back soon after the start, ran wide on the bend and finished in last place. |

GINGER TYLER and NOVEMBER BEAR came together and jostled for a few strides in the race to the first corner with GINGER TYLER eventually dropping back to last and he never recovered.
