Due to Trackside staffing difficulties this meeting was filmed with limited coverage which disabled the ability to view races from all angles and report races to the usual standard.

Race 1	Follow Auckland GRC on Facebook Sprint - C0 - 318	ROWDY RIOT (1) - crowded entering the bend. made possible contact with the running rail rounding the bend losing ground. referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have triceps pain in its right foreleg with a 10 day incapacitation issued. KAPAI LISA (2) - crowded early stages before shifting off heels and coursing wide approaching the bend. RED CONQUEST (8) - slow early.
Race 2	Tracey & Lisa Craik AGRC Trainers of the Year Sprint - C4 - 318	MIRKO (3) - crowded early stages losing ground. Awkwardly positioned between runners prior to exiting the bend. ZIPPING SAINT (5) - jostled with WHEELS ON FIRE approaching the bend before losing ground when placed in tight quarters. WHEELS ON FIRE (6) - jostled with ZIPPING SAINT approaching the bend. Shifted inwards across heels entering the home straight.
Race 3	Dog Speed PBD Sprint - C1 - 318	BIG TIME GOAT (2) - collided with LIVE STREAMING approaching the bend. LIVE STREAMING (3) - slow early. Collided with BIG TIME GOAT approaching the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the home straight after being dictated wide. CAPPIELLO (7) - heels raced on entering the home straight after being dictated wide. CREAMING SODA (8) - shifted up the track exiting the bend forcing LIVE STREAMING and CAPPIELLO wide.
Race 4	MPS Fencing Sprint - C2 - 318	PORTLAND GRACE (1) - slow early. BIG TIME LOST (2) - slow early. Checked when racing in tight quarters entering the bend losing ground. CUT AND DRY (4) - lost momentum when having heels clipped entering the bend. THRILLING RAPPER (9/7) - hampered entering the bend.
Race 5	Know Keeper AGRC Distance GOY Stakes - C2/3 - 527	ZIPPING LOCKETT (2) - dictated up the track entering the first bend. JAM PACKED (3) - crowded exiting the final bend contacting the hindquarters of SODA SPLIT. DARK HAZARD (6) - turned outwards entering the first bend losing ground.
Race 6	Mayhounds Greyhound Rehoming Group PBD Sprint - C1 - 318	THRILLING GRAY (1) - crowded entering the bend. Shifted outwards across heels exiting the bend. BUCKLAND RIG (6) - awkwardly placed to the outside of runners entering the bend losing its balance and losing ground. Failed to gallop comfortably thereafter and pulled up. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a long head triceps injury with a 42 day incapacitation issued. Must trial prior to resuming.
Race 7	Opawa Kirk AGRC Middle Distance GOY Stakes - C1 - 527	TAI PO (5) - checked from behind entering the first bend. Collided with GO EVE rounding the first bend losing ground. GO EVE (6) - checked entering the first bend. Collided with TAI PO rounding the first bend losing ground. BIG TIME DOUBLE (7) - raced on heels entering the first bend.
Race 8	Otaki River AGRC Sprinter of The Year - C3/4 - 318	BARNEY PARROT (1) - placed in restricted room rounding the bend having to check. MIDNIGHT FAITH (6) - crowded entering the bend. ALLEGRO RORY (9/3) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend losing its balance and ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have pain in its tensor fascia muscle with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
Race 9	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C4/5 - 527	A false start was declared after the boxes failed to open. All greyhounds were subjected to a Veterinary examination and were passed fit to take their place in the restart. OPAWA ALBERT was ordered to be boxed first after proving difficult to load in the first attempt and will remain on the box first list for its immediate races after again proving difficult to box in the restart. SERBIAN ACE (1) - checked off heels approaching the first bend before contacting OPAWA KIRK. OPAWA ALBERT (4) - boxed first. OPAWA KIRK (8) - contacted from the inside entering the first bend.
Race 10	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C5 - 318	UP YOUR QUOTA (1) - crowded entering the bend. BUDDY BOOM (3) - hampered entering the bend. BIG TIME LOVELY (7) - collided with OTAKI RIVER in the run to the bend. OTAKI RIVER (9/2) - collided with BIG TIME LOVELY in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels approaching the bend. Checked outwards off heels entering the bend shifting up the track.
Race 11	Otaki River AGRC NZ Bred GOY Stakes - C2 - 527	DOUBLE MAJOR (2) - crowded entering the first bend. THRILLING TESSA (3) - lost ground after crowding the running line of DOUBLE MAJOR first bend. LETHAL ANGEL (4) - weakened final bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stewards spoke with co-trainer J Udy regarding the performance, Mr Udy explained the bitch was a young greyhound and that it would derive benefit from racing over today's distance. BIG TIME CRUSADE (6) - slow early before checking off heels. Crowded entering the final bend having to check. ABOUT TO DO (8) - lost ground after becoming awkwardly placed on heels exiting the first bend.
Race 12	Sportsbowl Function Centre Sprint - C3 - 318	KAY'S LAST (3) - hampered and lost momentum approaching the bend. GO CLIFFORD (4) - raced in restricted room early stages losing ground. TURF BURNER (5) - raced in restricted room early stages losing ground. PORTLAND PEARL (6) - awkwardly placed on heels approaching the bend having to check. Shouldered with COOLIBAH KID exiting the bend. COOLIBAH KID (7) - shouldered with PORTLAND PEARL exiting the bend.
