HOMEBUSH BINGO (5) - checked into bend on two occasions dropping to a clear last. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH LEANA (6) - checked into bend losing ground. ADOBE UNDERWORLD (7) - badly held up into bend losing ground. ALPACA LUNCH (8) - ran inwards and was checked into bend losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.
Race 2	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C2 - 295	GOLDSTAR TOOKIE (1) - ran outwards into bend tightening outside runners. DOUBLE THUNDER (2) - tightened between runners back straight. Tightened by GOLDSTAR TOOKIE into bend contacting outside runners. Badly tightened on bend losing ground. Assessed by vet and found to have a dislocated toe and a sprained toe ligament with a 42 day stand down recommended. Must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. HOMEBUSH HARPER (3) - tightened into bend losing ground then ran outwards checking WENDY PEFFERCORN. HOMEBUSH SHADOW (4) - contacted by DOUBLE THUNDER into bend. Contacted by inside runners on bend losing ground. TAIERI SNAPSHOT (5) - awkward in early stages losing ground. Pushed wide around bend. WENDY PEFFERCORN (6) - checked by HOMEBUSH HARPER into bend losing ground. I'M A ARMADILLO (8) - last on jumping. Ran outwards on bend tightening DOUBLE THUNDER.
Race 3	Happy Birthday Kirsty Taylor Stakes - C0 - 520	SWEET SILVER (4) - slow to jump. Badly checked by HARLEY JOHN first turn losing chance. GOLDSTAR BENJI (5) - dropped out concluding stages. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. Trainer R Evans advised Stewards that GOLDSTAR BENJI would be restricted to sprints in its immediate engagements. SWEET RED (6) - ran outwards back straight DROUGHT (7) - ran wide first turn. HARLEY JOHN (8) - very slow to jump. Ran inwards first turn and was badly unbalanced when contacting SWEET SILVER falling in consequence. Assessed by vet and found to have wrist soreness with a 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 4	Congratulations 2022 Trainer of the Year Lisa Cole Sprint - C2 - 295	FALLON JEWEL (C Roberts) was a late scratching at 9am when found to be in season. KING KALI (1) - clear last on jumping. AMURI EARLY (2) - tightened into bend losing ground. KNOW TACTICS (4) - had heels clipped on bend. GOLDSTAR QUINN (6) - ran outwards back straight pushing HOMEBUSH BENTLEY outwards. Ran wide final turn. HOMEBUSH BENTLEY (8) - pushed outwards by GOLDSTAR QUINN back straight. Got on heels on bend losing momentum.
Race 5	Real Pet Foods Rolleston Stakes - C1 - 520	SWEET LISA (1) - tightened and contacted by CLAWS IN LEO first turn then dropped away and failed to complete the event. Assessed by vet and found to have a torn triceps muscle with a 42 day stand down recommended. Must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. CLAWS IN LEO (2) - ran inwards first turn contacting SWEET LISA. GOLDSTAR SHARON (5) - ran outwards first turn pushing TOBY MCGILL outwards. DIAMOND CRUSADE (6) - ran outwards early stages hampering outside runners. MAYFIELD MANU (7) - hampered by DIAMOND CRUSADE early stages losing ground. Ran wide first bend. TOBY MCGILL (8) - hampered by inside runners early stages losing ground. Pushed outwards first turn.
Race 6	Congratulations 2022 Strike Rate Trainer Samantha Phillips Dash - C2 - 295	MINE HUNTER (1) - tightened into bend by STARR BLUEBLOOD and ran outwards badly checking HOMEBUSH STASSER. Again checked soon after losing chance and pushed HOMEBUSH RED wide. GOLDSTAR GRAELIN (2) - slow to jump. STARR BLUEBLOOD (3) - ran inwards into bend tightening MINE HUNTER. Ran outwards soon after checking HOMEBUSH STASSER. SMASH JAGGER (5) - slow to jump. Hampered by checked runners into bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH STASSER (6) - badly checked by inside runners into bend losing ground. Turned sideways soon after and lost chance dropping away. Assessed by vet and found to have a torn gracilis with a 42 day stand down recommended. Must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. HOMEBUSH RED (7) - terminally checked by HOMEBUSH STASSER into bend then pushed wide by MINE HUNTER losing chance.

OPAWA NEVILLE (6) - ran outwards final turn checking KNOW EGO. SILKY ADOBE (8) - ran inwards early stages contacting KNOW EGO. Ran inwards first turn contacting OPAWA NEVILLE becoming unbalanced and losing ground. Pushed wide first bend. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. KNOW EGO (9/7) - contacted by SILKY ADOBE early stages and pushed down track losing ground. Pushed wide first bend. Checked by OPAWA NEVILLE final turn.
Race 8	Suck It Up Ltd Sprint - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH PEACH (J McInerney) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. GOLDSTAR HARPER (2) - ran outwards back straight checking NIGHTHAWK SWIFT. Checked outwards off heels of SIR CLIVE into bend checking ONESIE. Checked outwards off heels of KNOW SMOKEY final turn. Race 10	Good Luck to all Finalists of GRNZ Board Award - C3 - 295	AMURI PATTI (J McInerney) was a late scratching after escaping from its handler at stir-ups and reaching the lure. SOUR LEMON (2) - clear last on jumping. DENARAU DELIGHT (4) - had heels clipped by KNOW PICK on bend. KNOW PICK (6) - got on heels of DENERAU DELIGHT on bend losing momentum.
Race 11	Racing Again Monday 19 September Sprint - C2 - 295	There was a slight delay to this Race due to a Lure malfunction. All dogs were removed from the boxes and checked by the Vet prior to the start. LAREDO JEWEL (2) - slow to jump. Ran outwards into bend and was turned sideways when contacting GOLDSTAR CHEWY losing its chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR CHEWY (3) - turned sideways into bend when contacted by LAREDO JEWEL losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. IMPRESSIVE SONIC (5) - collided with HOMEBUSH KIAN early in run home. HOMEBUSH KIAN (7) - collided with IMPRESSIVE SONIC early in run home. GOLDSTAR TOMMY (8) - raced wide through the back straight. FLY HIGH BUDDY (9/6) - slow to jump.
