1). Selected greyhounds competing in solo training trials were required to provide a sample of urine for the purpose of out of competition testing.

Race 2	Happy Birthday Chris Earl Sprint - C0 - 295	URI BALE (1) - ran wide final turn. TOBY MCGILL (2) - tightened by outside runners into bend then ran outwards and was checked by ROWDY ESMAY losing ground. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. ROWDY ESMAY (4) - slow to jump. Checked outwards off the hind quarters of TOBY MCGILL into bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH BLUEY (5) - came up with the lids and leapt in the air losing its footing on landing settling a clear last. Stewards viewed the videos and were satisfied that the Greyhound was slow away by its own accord and authorised placings. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.. CHANELLE (6) - tightened by PRINCELY ASSET into bend. PRINCELY ASSET (7) - ran inwards into bend tightening inside runners. JO GO JO (8) - pushed wide final turn.
Race 3	kiwikiwihounds.co.nz Adoption PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	KNOCKA KNOW HOW (3) - badly checked by ALMOST EXACTLY into bend losing chance. GOLDSTAR DEVON (4) - contacted by HOMEBUSH HERO early stages losing ground. Badly checked by ALMOST EXACTLY into bend losing chance. HOMEBUSH HERO (5) - ran inwards early stages contacting GOLDSTAR DEVON. ALMOST EXACTLY (6) - pushed down the track by LONELY GUY into bend and hit the rail in consequence losing chance and checking trailing runners. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. LONELY GUY (7) - ran inwards into bend pushing ALMOST EXACTLY down the track. OPTIONAL EXTRA (8) - raced wide around bend.

IRISH COFFEE (3) - pushed wide by OPAWA PEGGY first turn then ran inwards tightened that runner. SMASH DEVIL (4) - ran outwards early stages contacting CALL THE TUNE on two occasions losing ground. Ran wide home straight. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. CALL THE TUNE (5) - contacted by SMASH DEVIL on two occasions early stages. Ran outwards final bend pushing REPLICA RULER wider. PARIS BANDIT (6) - last on jumping. REPLICA RULER (7) - pushed outwards in run to first turn. Pushed wide by CALL THE TUNE wider.
Race 5	Suck It Up Ltd PBD Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH JENNIA (J McInerney) was a late scratching when found to be in season (subsequently rescinded on 21 June). GOLDSTAR JUBILEE (2) - contacted SMASH GRENADE on the bend when improving to the inside of that runner. SMASH GRENADE (4) - contacted by GOLDSTAR JUBILEE on the bend as that runner improved to its inside and pushed wide in consequence. BALDRICK (5) - brushed with JAYCEE BALE early stages. Tightened by JAYCEE BALE on bend losing ground. JAYCEE BALE (6) - brushed with BALDRICK early stages. Ran inwards on bend tightening BALDRICK.
