1) B Mitchell runners today were withdrawn from the meeting on compassionate grounds.

2 ) BIGTIME ODETTE ( L Cole ) race 2

3 ) Randomly selected greyhounds competing during the pre race trials were subjected to swabs for the purposes of out of competition testing.

Race 1	Greyhound As Pets C2/C3 - C2/3 - 457	BIG TIME JIMMY (2) - hampered and went back a couple of lengths racing into the bend. BIG TIME DOUBLE (3) - Settled back of midfield. Came together with VAN IVAN and was pushed sideways for a stride or so racing into the home straight. VAN IVAN (4) - began awkwardly. He then came together with BIG TIME FLAME and jostled for some strides. Checked into the home straight when running into the side of BIG TIME DOUBLE. BIG TIME FLAME (6) - hampered racing from the start as THREE SHIRT DAY angled across her line. She came together with VAN IVAN for some strides She ran wide into the bend and was unable to get into contention thereafter. THREE SHIRT DAY (7) - angled in across the line of BIG TIME FLAME racing from the start.
Race 2	Mayhounds Rehoming Group C4 - C4 - 457	BIG TIME ODETTE was a late scratching at kenneling. BROKE BRAD (7) - hampered racing from from the start as BIG TIME MAPLE angled in across his line. He raced wide thereafter. BIG TIME MAPLE (8) - racing from the start she angled in across the line of BROKE BAD.
Race 3	$30,000 457m Feature Final Here Feb. 11th C5 - C5 - 457	FREEDOM LEAGUE (2) - racing off the mats she came together with CUMBRIA LAD and was checked as CUMBRIA LAD caught her hind quarters. She quickly recovered her stride to race into the lead. CUMBRIA LAD (3) - racing off the mats he was severely tightened between runners and fell he quickly recovered to his paw's to finish onto the lure and was referred to the vet and found to have pain over his left gracilis muscle. A 10 day stand down period was recommended. BIG TIME KAYLEE (4) - ran inwards from the jump running into BIG TIME KAYLEE and going back outwards onto BIG TIME PLUTO. BIG TIME PLUTO (6) - hampered for a couple of strides racing from the start when coming together with BIG TIME KAYLEE for a couple of strides. Checked when running into the hind of BIG TIME STUNNER BIG TIME STUNNER (7) - awkwardly placed enterign the bend and was checked when catching heels going back onto BIG TIME PLUTO. He lost momentum and ground at this point and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. MUSTANG CHARLIE (8) - racing from to the rail. the star the angled in across heels. Bumped with BIG TIME HARLEY entering the bend and soon after ran onto the hind of BIG TIME KAYLEE and checked outwards.
Race 4	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C0 - C0 - 410	BIG TIME MYSTIC (1) - dictated inwards and checked losing ground in the run towards the bend as BIG TIME MYSTIC angled inwards. BIG TIME RARE (2) - soon after the start she angled inwards coming together with BIG TIME MYSTIC. She was forced to abruptly check entering the bend running outwards dictating BIG TIME FLUTTER wide and bumping with her. Was referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury. BIG TIME GUCCI (4) - began very awkwardly jumping away almost going onto her nose. She recovered quickly into stride. She was crowded and held up for a couple of strides into the bend .Ran wide into the home straight losing some ground. BIG TIME FLUTTER (9/8) - racing handy into the bend when forced wide and checked when coming together with BIG TIME RARE. FEEL THE CHARM (10/5) - began awkwardly leaving the boxes.
Race 5	Total Bodyshop Supplies C1 - C1 - 410	BIG TIME PEGGY (1) - hampered for several strides in the run into the bend as BIG TIME SPRING angled inwards. BIG TIME SPRING (5) - racing handy when angling into the bend across the line of BIG TIME PEGGY and was awkwardly placed for a couple of strides, then was forced to abruptly check off the hind of BIG TIME MOSSEY losing 4 lengths, BIG TIME CHARM (6) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. Angled across to the rail. She was hampered nearing the home turn when jostled losing some ground. BIG TIME VELMA (8) - sat back and went up in the boxes as the lids lifted and was last into stride by 5 lengths. She made ground into the body of the field in the run across the top bend and jostled with BIG TIME CHARM nearing the home turn. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 6	$30,000 720m Distance Feature Final Here Feb. 11th C1 - C1 - 410	BIG TIME USAIN (1) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. BIG TIME VIOLET (7) - hampered for some strides when jostled as BIG TIME EDDIE lay inwards in the run into the bend. BIG TIME EDDIE (8) - angled across laying inwards onto BIG TIME VIOLET for some strides in the run into the bend. Racing to the top bend he was held up when attempting to clear heels. Made good ground in the latter stages to the line.
Race 7	Greyhounds Make Great Pets C2 - C2 - 410	BIG TIME HARMONY (1) - hampered for some strides in the run to the bend as CHECK ME OUT worked his way across into the lead. YESENIA (2) - angled outwards soon after the start was then severely tightened back inwards contacting the rail on entering the bend. She lost momentum and ground. ran on in the run to the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BIG TIME HOTSHOT (4) - soon after the start he was tightened between runners and forced inwards onto YESENIA as BIG TIME MUHAMAD angled across in the run to the bend. He lost momentum and ground and was unable to get back into contention. WAITING GAME (5) - began awkwardly running into the shoulder of BIG TIME MUHAMAD racing from the start. BIG TIME MUHAMAD (6) - checked racing from the start then he angled across causing severe tightening and checks to several runners for some distance into the bend.
Race 8	Outback Trading Company Final C3 - C3f - 410	AHUROA PRINCESS (1) - away well early stages. Angled wider and lost ground into the bend. ALLEGRO BANDIT (2) - fav- hampered racing from the start as SEDGEBROOK SALLY was tightened across onto him, and was further hampered as ENTREE ONLY angled across to the rail. SEDGEBROOK SALLY (3) - racing from the start she was tightened and dictated across onto ALLEGRO BANDIT for a couple of strides. strides. ENTREE ONLY (4) - racing from the star the angled inwards causing tightening to several runners for some strides. BIG TIME FAYE (8) - dwelt and was slow away by several lengths. Settled back in the rear racing into the bend RHODES WORTHY (10/6) - dictated wide into the bend and was obligated to race wide when improving. he made good ground in the run to the line.
Race 9	Paul Claridge Electrical C3/C4 - C3/4 - 410	ZAMAH (1) - hampered for a couple of strides entering the bend. as BIG TIME JONIE was checked on his outer. Hampered again when racing wide into the home straight as BIG TIME JONIE contacted his hind for a stride or so. BIG TIME JONIE (2) - began awkwardly for a stride or so .Handy when checked entering the bend and lost a length or so. Handy into the home straight and ran into the hind of ZAMAH and soon after dropped and fell to the track short of the lure. He was referred to the vet and was found to have severely cramped and has been stood down for 10 days. BIG TIME LEBRON (5) - began awkwardly and was slow into stride. WATERLOO PINK (6) - tightened and checked entering the bend as BIGTIME BRODY angled inwards. Soon after she bumped with BIGTIME BRODY and was unbalanced for a couple of strides. THRILLING MAPLE (7) - racing into the bend she bumped with BIGTIME BRODY and was unbalanced for a couple of strides running out wide , she then was checked as BIGTIME BRODY was checked and went outwards across her line where she lost momentum and ground. BIGTIME BRODY (8) - in the run into the bend he tightened in onto WATERLOO PINK and was awkwardly placed for a couple of strides. Soon after he bumped with WATERLOO PINK and went out running into and out across the line of THRILLING MAPLE
Race 10	$15,000 Sprint Feature Final Here Feb. 11th C5 - C5 - 410	SO EXCITED (2) - began very awkwardly for a couple of strides ,then angled outwards running into tight quarters entering the bend and checking losing some ground. BEES AND BIRDS (5) - hampered momentarily entering the bend when contatced in the hind quarters. BIG TIME NALA (7) - tightened and contacted hind quarters entering the bend and checking becoming awkwardly placed for a couple of strides, soon after he lost ground and finished in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. XANTHONE (8) - contacted in the hind quarters entering the bend becoming severely unbalanced and ran wide for several strides. Referred to the vet and was found to have pain on both stopper bones. A 7 day stand down was recommended.
