Judicial report: This meeting was run under Level 3 Government restrictions and Greyhound Racing New Zealand Work Safe Covid-19 protocols.

General:

1). Trainer's A Christiansen and A Lawrence were both reminded of there obligations under the Level 3 Protocols when racing their Greyhounds at this venue.

2). SHANMARIE (A Lawrence) - was a scratching from race 1 after a technical error failed to regrade the greyhound after its win the previous week making it ineligible.

Race 2	CopRice Working Dog Chicken Sprint - C1 - 375	BIG TIME JARRED (2) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. SMASH ZONE (3) - hindquarters brushed approaching the bend. Raced in restricted room entering the bend. RAMBLIN' ANDRE (4) - shifted across heels approaching the bend brushing hindquarters as a consequence.
Race 3	Nightrave Rehoming Agency for Greyhounds Sprint - C2 - 375	THRILLING SNIPER (3) - crowded and raced on hindquarters entering the bend losing ground. DARK HAZARD (4) - hindquarters raced on early stages. Crowded inside runners having hindquarters raced on before falling to the track. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury with a 5 day stand down imposed as a precaution. DUBLIN EXPRESS (5) - placed in restricted room early stages. Terminally checked entering the bend. ISN'T SHE BLISS (6) - raced on hindquarters early stages. Terminally checked entering the bend. BIGTIME ALFIE (7) - slow early.
Race 4	Yvette Bodiam Photography Sprint - C1 - 375	BOOT CAMP TIARA (1) - held up rounding the bend. MEANDERING (2) - shouldered outside greyhound on jumping. MAYBE MEGAN (3) - shouldered inside greyhound on jumping. RAMBLIN' HARDY (7) - jostled in the run to the bend. BIG TIME TASTY (8) - jostled in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend losing ground.
Race 5	Mayhounds Greyhound Rehoming Group Sprint - C2 - 375	SMASH MISFIT (1) - forced down the track early stages. Raced in restricted room entering the bend. BIG TIME TATUM (2) - forced down the track early stages. MARGAUX (9/5) - crowded inside runners early stages.
Race 6	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C1 - 457	IN THE CLINCH (5) - jostled briefly in the run to the bend. HARDCORE BART (6) - jostled briefly in the run to the bend. Shifted off heels approaching the bend losing ground.
Race 7	Farmlands CopRice Sprint - C1 - 375	ALLEGRO VEY (1) - raced in restricted room rounding the bend. GINGER MASCARA (2) - shouldered with outside runner in the run to the bend. Lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend. BIG TIME BERT (3) - shouldered with inside runner in the run to the bend. Lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend. BRANDI CHASER (6) - slow early. SPRING FORWARD (7) - slow early.
Race 8	Garrards Horse & Hound Sprint - C3 - 375	TAMANTHA (2) - shouldered with outside runner prior to the finish line. ALLEGRO LEXXI (5) - placed in restricted room early stages losing ground. checked off heels exiting the bend. MADE A WISH (6) - race din tight quarters early stages. Had to check and lose ground when placed on heels approaching the bend. OPAWA CAMERON (7) - raced on hindquarters early stages. Shouldered with inside runner prior to the finish line. THRILLING TESSA (8) - hindquarters raced on early stages.
Race 9	Vetora Cambridge Sprint - C4/5 - 375	OPAWA PHIL (6) - shouldered outside runner early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. MIDNIGHT FAITH (7) - shouldered inside runner early stages. THRILLING WATSON (8) - slow early. Hampered when awkwardly placed to the outside of runners entering the bend.
