Judicial report: This meeting was run under Level 2 Government restrictions and Greyhound Racing New Zealand Work Safe Covid-19 protocols.

General:

1) A selection of greyhounds performing training trials prior to the race meeting were subjected to having samples taking for the purpose of Out of Competition testing.

BANDIT BILLY (3) - weakened late in the run home with a Veterinarian examination revealing no clinical abnormalities. OPAWA ROWAN (6) - hindquarters raced on early stages. SUGAR TIME (7) - collided with the hindquarters of OPAWA ROWAN early stages before being forced down the track by OPAWA ANDY. OPAWA ANDY (8) - forced OPAWA ROWAN down the track early stages.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Bruce Dann Sprint - C0 - 295	GOLDSTAR WARRIOR (1) - slow early. HOMEBUSH SNOOP (2) - crowded entering the bend losing momentum. PACK THE PEWS (3) - came together with HOMEBUSH RIO early stages. GOLDSTAR FREYR (5) - slow early. Hindquarters raced on in the run to the finish. OPAWA ANDREW (6) - awkwardly placed to the outside of PACK THE PEWS entering the bend losing ground. DOUBLE MAJOR (7) - raced on the hindquarters of GOLDSTAR FREYR in the run to the finish. HOMEBUSH RIO (9/4) - came together with PACK THE PEWS early stages.
Race 3	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C1 - 295	BALDRICK (3) - raced in tight quarters early stages. BARBER CUBED (7) - slow to jump. WRINKLY WAYNE (8) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground.
Race 4	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph0272719588 Dash - C0 - 295	OHOKA TOREY (3) - hindquarters raced on early stages becoming unbalanced. Checked and lost ground entering the bend. SMASH VISION (4) - raced on the hindquarters of OHOKA TOREY early stages. HOMEBUSH SNOW (7) - raced in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. MABRUK BALE (10/6) - checked and lost ground entering the bend.
Race 5	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C0 - 295	GOLDSTAR BINGO (1) - raced in restricted room rounding the bend. GOLDSTAR SHAGGY (5) - slow early. SOZIN'S PRINCESS (6) - hindquarters raced on early stages. HOMEBUSH BUN (7) - raced on the hindquarters of SOZIN'S PRINCESS early stages. Lost balance when improving into a marginal gap rounding the bend. GOTCHA COBY (8) - began awkwardly shifting down the track onto HOMEBUSH BUN.
Race 6	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 295	KNOCKA KNOW HOW (2) - hindquarters raced on early stages. AMURI RURU (3) - raced on the hindquarters of KNOCKA KNOW HOW early stages. Obligated to check off heels exiting the bend. WON'T BE TODAY (4) - collided with HOMEBUSH ARIANA early stages. TABBY (5) - considerably slow early. HOMEBUSH ARIANA (6) - collided with WON'T BE TODAY early stages.
Race 7	Springston Hotel Sprint - C0 - 295	CULVIE BUN (2) - hindquarters raced on in the run to the bend. HOMEBUSH LEAH (3) - raced on the hindquarters of CULVIE BUN. OPAWA LILLY (6) - slow early before being placed in restricted room. Checked when awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. AMURI BURN (7) - crowded early stages. GOLDSTAR PORTIA (8) - crowded inside runners early stages.
Race 8	Travel Bug Charlie On Instagram Stakes - C1 - 520	MILAN (1) - clipped the heels of INFINITY ONE approaching the first bend. Shifted outwards off heels rounding the final bend. CARLOS JEWEL (2) - slow early. Checked entering the first bend. ADOBE NINJA (7) - raced on the hindquarters of INFINITY ONE in the run to the first bend. Hampered entering the first bend. OPAWA RANGER (8) - turned outwards exiting the final bend. INFINITY ONE (9/5) - hindquarters raced on in the run to the first bend. Heels clipped approaching the first bend. Raced on the hindquarters of OPAWA RANGER exiting the final bend.
Race 9	greyhoundauctions.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 295	GOLDSTAR NOLAN (1) - slow early. KNOW KERATIC (4) - turned inwards when hindquarters raced on entering the bend. HOMEBUSH JET (5) - hindquarters raced on in the run to the bend. Raced in restricted room entering the bend. ADOBE FLINTSTONE (7) - raced on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH JET early stages. Awkwardly positioned to the outside of KNOW KERATIC entering the bend losing ground. IMPRESSIVE AMY (8) - hampered entering the bend losing momentum.
Race 10	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520	CAPTAIN TIM (1) - checked when crowded losing ground approaching the first bend. OPAWA NUT (2) - crowded CAPTAIN TIM approaching the first bend. ADOBE FOX (3) - shifted up the track early stages clipping the heels of LENNY BEE before colliding with OHOKA MEGAN. LENNY BEE (5) - heels clipped early stages. Jostled briefly with PARIS BANDIT first bend. OHOKA MEGAN (7) - awkward early. Contacted from the inside by ADOBE FOX early stages. PARIS BANDIT (8) - jostled briefly with LENNY BEE first bend.
Race 11	Sandridge Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295	MACCY'S GIRL (3) - shouldered with HOMEBUSH SPARKLE early stages. HOMEBUSH SPARKLE (4) - shouldered with MACCY'S GIRL early stages. Contacted from the outside by KNOW MAJORITY in the run to the bend. AMURI EARLY (5) - crowded and obligated to check off heels entering the bend.
