Judicial report: Trials.

1 - CASH STACK (L Cole) - completed a satisfactory trial as required and is now eligible to be nominated to race.

2 - CASH STACK (L Cole) & ZIPPING SCOOT (J & D Bell) were both nominated to be swabbed at the completion of their trials.

Late scratching's.

BIGTIME FUZZ & BIG TIME ZIGGY were late scratching with both dogs ( in season ).

BIG TIME PRADA after sustaining an injury in the kennel block.

Fines.

3- (J T McInerney) kennels were fined $ 50- 00 per rule 44.6 after being late to kennel runners in race 2.

Weight infringements.

4- (GOTCHA MURPHY) K Lincoln Papuni was 1.6 kgs up from his last race start. This is the fourth offence for this kennel in the previous 120 days and has been referred to the Adjudicative committee for consideration.

Race 1	WELCOME TO HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	MOTHER'S TOUCH muzzle came loose in the running. RAPID RENEGADE (1) - dwelt at the jump soon improved along the inner and was crowded and checked back to the rear entering the bend. OPAWA GRAVEL (2) - bumped and jostled with RAPID RENEGADE for some strides in the run towards the bend and was tightened and checked back onto RAPID RENEGADE as they entered the bend. Abruptly checked over heels and ran wide nearing the home turn. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BIG TIME MELODY (3) - began awkwardly coming out of the boxes and was hampered for several strides in the run to the bend. Checked and lost ground JUSTIN LINCOLN (4) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. dictated inwards across the line of OPAWA GRAVEL entering the bend. MOTHER'S TOUCH (5) - in the run towards the bend she was dictated inwards and checked back entering the bend. Checked over heels and ran into OPAWA LYNDSAY nearing the home turn and came together again with this runners as they turned into the straight. The muzzle on MOTHER'S TOUCH was loose as she jumped away and continued to flap around her face throughout the race. After examining the film of the running it was determined that MOTHER'S TOUCH chased hard throughout and this event did not have an impact on the finishing position. TRUE TESTAMENT (6) - soon after the start he angled across pushing MOTHER'S TOUCH inwards hampering this runner for some strides ,then checked her back as they raced into the bend. OPAWA LYNDSAY (7) - slow away and was last into stride. Checked across the top bend as OPAWA GRAVEL checked ahead losing momentum and jostled with MOTHER'S TOUCH for several strides.
Race 2	ACCELL LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	TESTING TIME (4) - dwelt at the jump then angled across bumping with HERE'S HEMI for some strides then angled across this runners line entering the bend. PAVING WAY (6) - Hampered for some strides in the early running when bumping with OPAWA JODY. Angled over heels racing wide into the bend. OPAWA JODY (7) - hampered in the early stages when bumping with PAVING WAY. Hampered racing onto the top bend when looking to clear heels. HYPOTHETICAL (8) - raced handy into the bend and ran wide forcing OPAWA JODY wider. HERE'S HEMI (9/1) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run towards the bend where he was checked and lost ground.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C2 - C2 - 305	BIG TIME PRADA was a late scratching when presented for pre race presentation when found to have a laceration to the near fore. MY BENTLEY (1) - soon after the start he was jostled for some strides as BIG TIME QUINN was tightened inwards. Tightened and checked entering the bend and was hampered for some strides when looking to clear heels. BIG TIME LORNA (2) - vying for the lead on the inner of ZARA CHEEBEE on the home turn when coming together with this runner being unbalanced for a couple of strides. BIG TIME QUINN (3) - checked racing off the mats as BIG TIME PAISLEY angled inwards. Checked again soon after bumping with MY BENTLEY as BIG TIME PAISLEY crossed her line. BIG TIME PAISLEY (4) - angled inwards coming off the mats checking BIG TIME QUINN to her inner. Referred to the vet after opening an old wound at the lure. Was attended to by the vet with a 14 day stand down recommended. ADOBE SPINNER (5) - hampered racing into the bend when catching hindquarters and was unbalanced for a stride or so. Unbalanced on straightening and was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right hind gracilis muscle .A 21 day stand down was recommended. ZARA CHEEBEE (6) - vying for the lead on the home turn when coming together with BIG TIME LORNA and went sideways for a stride or so losing momentum. SHOT OF CLASS (7) - forced to race widest into the bend racing wide thereafter. BIG TIME PRADA (8) - late scratching
Race 4	LANCE GREEN ACCOUNTANT C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	POWER BOOM (1) - improved into a tight gap entering the far bend and was hampered for several strides before getting clear running. CLASSIC RAPPER (2) - bumped and checked outwards racing into the first turn losing momentum and ground. BIG TIME JIMMY (3) - bumped and pushed outwards onto CLASSIC RAPPER racing into the first turn as POWER BOOM forced a run along his inner. BIG TIME RIPPER (6) - hampered for a few strides racing from the start. Improved in the run onto the top bend angling inwards checking BIG TIME IZZY. BIG TIME IZZY (8) - came back off heels in the run across the top bend as BIG TIME RIPPER improving to her outer angled inwards.
Race 5	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C5 - C5 - 305	BIGTIME ZIGGY was a late scratching due to a seasonal complaint. BIG TIME FUZZ was a late scratching at kenneling due to coming into season. WIFI BOLT (5) - contact soon after the start and jostled for a few strides. Tightened between runners entering the bend running outwards jostling with BIG TIME NALA for some strides and lost some ground. SPOOK (6) - came together with BIGTIME LEO coming off the mats. He then went in across heels and was severely tightened making contact with the rail entering the bend Referred to the vet cleared of injury. BIGTIME LEO (7) - came together with SPOOK coming off the mats. He was then tightened and dictated inwards going in across heels towards the rail tightening in onto SPOOK for several strides entering the bend. BIG TIME NALA (8) - angled inwards from the jump tightening several runners to her inner for some strides. Vying for the lead wide into the bend when pushed outwards by WIFI BOLT losing momentum and ground for several strides.
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C4 - C4 - 305	BIG TIME JEWEL lost her muzzle soon after the start and it bounced in the air and over the back of the field. No other runners were affected by this incident. BIG TIME SMILE (4) - came back off heels on the home turn. BIG TIME TED (5) - bumped soon after the start. BIG TIME JEWEL (6) - lost her muzzle soon after the start when in the lead. After reviewing the running of BIG TIME JEWEL the Stewards determined that the dog was not affected in the running. DENUTO (7) - bumped with BIG TIME TED soon after the start.
Race 7	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	This race was held up for 3 minutes to allow remedial work to be carried out on the track due to a heavy downpour during the previous race. BIG TIME ATOMIC (1) - severely tightened making contact with the rail entering the first turn going back towards the rear. referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BIG TIME ODETTE (2) - severely tightened between runners and forced back as they raced into the first turn. tangled with JILLIBY JAC and lost ground in the run around the first turn. DAPPER RAPPER (3) - bumped in the run to the first turn going inwards tightening in onto BIG TIME ODETTE and BIG TIME ATOMIC. Contact and came back off the hind of BIG TIME LANTAO racing into the first turn becoming awkwardly placed and caught heels as he balanced up. BIG TIME BRYNN (5) - began awkwardly for a stride or so and was then checked as BIG TIME HARLEY ran into him .Contact and went sideways for a stride or so racing around the first turn BIG TIME HARLEY (6) - checked racing off the mats as BIG TIME LANATO angled across checking him onto BIG TIME BRYNN. He lost momentum back to the rear and was checked again racing around the first turn racing out wide then made rapid ground up into midfield along the back straight. BIG TIME LANTAO (7) - angled across from the jump causing tightening to several runners to her inner . JILLIBY JAC (9/4) - soon after the start she was severely tightened and jostled for a couple of strides but was able to keep a handy position. Nearing the post on the first occasion she was tightened again and pushed sideways losing some momentum and ground entering the first turn. Tangled with BIG TIME ODETTE in the run around the first turn losing momentum.
Race 8	LANCE GREEN ACCOUNTANT C3 Ht1 - C3q - 305 Heat 1	COOKIE BISCUIT (1) - bumped and jostled by YESENIA for several strides in the run towards the bend. ELUSIVE ALIBI (2) - fav- soon after the start he moved outwards tightening MIMI for a couple of strides. MIMI (3) - soon after the start she was bumped and severely tightened between runners being back catching heels becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides. YESENIA (4) - went up in the boxes as the lids lifted and began awkwardly. Unable to clear heels in the run to the bend coming back off heels to the rear racing into the bend. ALLEGRO KYLE (5) - soon after the start he angled across bumping into MIMI angled further in coming together and jostling with ELUSIVE ALIBI for a few strides. ALAMEIN BOB (6) - checked racing from the start as YARN SISTER angled across. Awkwardly placed entering the bend making good ground thereafter to the line. YARN SISTER (7) - angled inwards from the jump checking ALAMEIN BOB. BORN TRIXIE (8) - raced widest into the bend.
Race 9	PEARSONS FARMS C3 Ht2 - C3q - 305 Heat 2	KAY'S LAST (2) - awkwardly placed entering the bend having abruptly check out over the heels of ELSA BLUEBLOOD across the face of BAILEY AND CREAM. BAILEY AND CREAM (4) - soon after the start she was checked as MACHINE GUN angled across running into her. racing onto the top bend she was checked as KAY'S LAST angled out across her line. BAILEY AND CREAM lost momentum and ground. MACHINE GUNN (7) - soon after the start he angled across running into BAILEY AND CREAM.
Race 10	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C4 - C4 - 305	BIG TIME KATY (2) - hampered for some distance across the top bend and into the home straight going sideways for a strides or so when pressured and jostled by WEBBER COME. WEBBER COME (4) - began awkwardly and was slow into stride by several lengths. Held up when unable to clear heels across the top bend and came jostling with BIG TIME KATY for some strides. BIG TIME GWYN (5) - awkwardly placed in the early stages. Angled across heels into the bend coming together with ZAMAH to her outer for some strides. ZAMAH (8) - forced to race widest into and around the bend bend making good ground to the line.
