The JCA has given their decision in regards to the adjourned informations issued to trainer L Cole for presenting BIG TIME HARLEY and FEDERAL MORGAN down in weight for their respective races at this meeting.
The JCA imposed fines of $350.00 for BIG TIME HARLEY(4th offence within the allowable 120 day period) and $500.00 for FEDERAL MORGAN (5th offence within the allowable 120 day period)

Made slight contact with ADOBE BROOKE entering the bend. DOTTIE BELL (3) - collided with KINA MAGIC early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the bend. OPAWA GRAVEL (4) - shouldered with BIG TIME BLAIR rounding the bend. ALFIE DAMAN (5) - raced in restricted room early before shifting outwards across heels. BIG TIME MELODY (6) - shouldered briefly with ADOBE BROOKE entering the bend. ADOBE BROOKE (7) - awkwardly placed to the outside of BIG TIME MELODY entering the bend losing momentum. Contacted shortly afterwards from the inside by KINA MAGIC before faltering, becoming awkward in its gait and losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have pain and bruising to its left tricep with a 14 day incapacitation issued. BIG TIME BLAIR (9/1) - shouldered with OPAWA GRAVEL rounding the bend.
Race 2	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C1 - C1 - 520	BIG TIME PORSCHE (2) - lost ground when placed in restricted room first bend. BIG TIME DIOR (3) - checked off heels first bend. BIG TIME SCOOTER (4) - began awkwardly. COSSIE COOPER (5) - contacted from the outside early stages by ALLEGRO RUBY. Checked off heels first bend bumping with BIG TIME RITA. ALLEGRO RUBY (6) - crowded early stages and forced down onto COSSIE COOPER. Lost momentum when positioned on heels approaching the first bend. BIG TIME RITA (7) - crowded the racing line of ALLEGRO RUBY early stages forcing this runner down onto COSSIE COPPER. Contacted from the inside first bend.
Race 3	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C2 - C2 - 305	ARTICULATOR (2) - contacted from the outside by SAHARA DREAM. SAHARA DREAM (4) - jostled with LIGHT CRUISER early stages before checking inwards off heels and colliding with ARTICULATOR. LIGHT CRUISER (5) - jostled with SAHARA DREAM early stages. Crowded for racing room entering the bend.
Race 4	LANCE GREEN ACCOUNTANT C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	BIG TIME HAUTU (3) - crowded for racing room early stages. BIG TIME BRYNN (4) - came down the track on jumping crowding BIG TME HAUTU. Jostled with FEDERAL FEAR approaching the bend. Raced in restricted room entering the bend. Raced on heels entering the back straight. Again raced in restricted room entering final bend. ALLEGRO PEACHES (5) - checked from behind early stages. Raced in restricted room entering the bend. BIG TIME AMIE (6) - climbed on the heels of ALLEGRO PEACHES early stages. Shifted outwards across heels in the run to the first bend. FEDERAL FEAR (9/2) - jostled with BIG TIME BRYNN approaching the bend.
Race 5	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C5 - C5 - 305	WIFI BOLT (2) - crowded the racing line of WATERLOO PINK early stages before jostling briefly with TRUTH HURTS. Shouldered with this runner entering the bend. Shifted off heels rounding the bend coursing wide. WATERLOO PINK (3) - placed in restricted room early stages. Dictated wide rounding the bend. TRUTH HURTS (4) - crowded the racing line of WATERLOO PINK early stages before jostling briefly with WIFI BOLT. Shouldered with this runner entering the bend. BIG TIME FROSTY (7) - jostled briefly with THRILLING MILLIE exiting the bend. THRILLING MILLIE (8) - awkwardly positioned on heels for a stride entering the bend. Jostled briefly with BIG TIME FROSTY exiting the bend.
Race 6	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C2 - C2 - 305	BIG TIME QUINN (4) - shouldered with HOMEBUSH MANDY entering the bend. CHIC IN TIME (5) - hampered entering the bend. TRUE TESTAMENT (7) - awkwardly positioned on the hindquarters of CHIC IN TIME approaching the bend. OPAWA JODY (8) - hampered entering the bend. HOMEBUSH MANDY (9/2) - shouldered with BIG TIME QUINN entering the bend before being placed in restricted room losing ground and hampering the running of CHIC IN TIME and OPAWA JODY.
Race 7	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C5 - C5 - 520	BIGTIME COOPER (2) - contacted from the outside by BIG TIME SMILE early stages. BIG TIME SMILE (3) - raced in restricted room early stages being forced down onto BIGTIME COOPER. BIG TIME HARPER (4) - crowded the racing room of BIG TIME SMILE early stages forcing this runner down onto BIGTIME COOPER. Jostled briefly with BIG TIME HARLEY in the run to the bend. BIG TIME HARLEY (5) - shouldered briefly with BIG TIME HARPER in the run to the first bend. Checked outwards off heels rounding the final bend.
Race 8	LASER PLUMBING C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	BIG TIME HAZEL (3) - jostled with BIG TIME KATY early stages. SPOOK (4) - left the boxes awkwardly. BIG TIME KATY (5) - jostled with BIG TIME HAZEL early stages. Placed in restricted room and had to check losing ground entering the bend. BIG TIME TED (8) - slow early.
Race 9	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C4 - C4 - 520	BIG TIME VEGAS (2) - crowded entering the final bend. Weakened thereafter. CLASSIC RAPPER (3) - began awkwardly before being contacted from the outside by BIG TIME ODETTE. FEDERAL RANGER (4) - appeared to shorten stride in its gallop during the later stages of the race. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported tohave pain on flexion to its right carpus. A further Veterinarian check when the greyhound had cooled down revealed mild swelling and moderate lameness to this area with a 21 day incapacitation issued. BIG TIME ODETTE (5) - heavily contacted from the outside early stages being obligated to check off heels and make contact with CLASSIC RAPPER. BIG TIME BABY (6) - collided heavily with BIG TIME ODETTE early stages.
Race 10	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	OPAWA GYPSY (3) - shifted off heels early stages. Shouldered for a stride with YARN SISTER entering the bend. DENUTO (5) - came up with the lid and was slow to jump. ALLEGRO SMOOCH (7) - bumped with YARN SISTER early stages. YARN SISTER (8) - bumped with ALLEGRO SMOOCH early stages. Shouldered with OPAWA GYPSY entering the bend.
Race 11	LANCE GREEN ACCOUNTANT C3 Ht1 - C3q - 305 Heat 1	LUCKY SCAR (2) - crowded for racing room approaching the bend making contact with the running rail. Raced on the hindquarters of KIOSK rounding the bend losing balance for a stride. Turned its head inwards in the run to the finish placing its attention to GOTCHA COOPER before marring this runner. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 3 months and pending a satisfactory trial for Marring. GOTCHA COOPER (3) - crowded the racing room of LUCKY SCAR approaching the bend. Marred from the outside by Lucky Scar in the run to the line. BIG TIME SPOT (4) - crowded and obligated to check off heels in the run to the bend. CLIFF TOP MOLLY (5) - shouldered with KIOSK early stages. Faltered and became awkward in its gallop in the run to the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a tear to its left tricep with a 28 day incapacitation issued. KIOSK (6) - shouldered with CLIFF TOP MOLLY early stages. Lost ground after having its hindquarters raced on rounding the bend. HIP HOP RAPPER (7) - shifted down the track abruptly in the run to the bend crowding inside runners. HYPOTHETICAL (8) - raced wide exiting the bend.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C3 Ht2 - C3q - 305 Heat 2	BAILEY AND CREAM (4) - slow early. Dictated wide entering the bend effectively losing any competitive chance it may have had in the event. BUTTER CHURN (5) - crowded for racing room early stages before racing on the heels of ELITE BUBBLE in the run to the bend. Again raced on the heels of this runner entering the bend being obligated to race up the track. CRIMINAL JUSTICE (6) - crowded BUTTER CHURN and ELITE BUBBLE in the run to the bend. ELITE BUBBLE (9/3) - crowded early stages being obliged to check off heels. Had its heels raced on in the run to the bend and again entering the bend. Unable to regain it balance due to this and coursed up the track forcing BUTTER CHURN and BAILEY AND CREAM up the track. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
