Crowded for racing room when attempting to shift up the track in the run to the bend losing ground. Clipped the heels of HOMEBUSH BUN entering the bend. RAIN AND SHINE (2) - dictated down onto HOMEBUSH YOSHI early stages. Collided with HOMEBUSH RIVER exiting the bend. HOMEBUSH RIVER (3) - dictated RAIN AND SHINE down onto HOMEBUSH YOSHI early stages. Crowded the racing room of HOMEBUSH YOSHI in the run to the bend. Collided with RAIN AND SHINE exiting the bend. IMPRESSIVE CHARM (4) - hindquarters raced on early stages. HOMEBUSH BUN (5) - raced on the hindquarters of IMPRESSIVE CHARM early stages. Heels clipped entering the bend losing momentum. HOMEBUSH RANGER (6) - considerably slow to leave the boxes.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Kerry O'Conner Sprint - C2 - 295	PENNY JANE (4) - began awkwardly shifting up the track making contact with YANIRA BALE. Jostled with this runner for a period approaching the bend. Placed in restricted room entering the bend having to check and lose ground. YANIRA BALE (5) - contacted from the inside early stages impeding the racing line of JUST STAGGER as a consequence. Jostled with PENNY LANE for a period approaching the bend. Raced on the hindquarters of TAIERI SNAPSHOT entering the bend. JUST STAGGER (6) - hampered early stages having to check off heels. TAIERI SNAPSHOT (8) - hindquarters raced on entering the bend being turned outwards as a consequence.
Race 3	Casswoods For Carpet Binding & Mats Stakes - C0 - 520	EPIC GALAXY (2) - slow away shifting up the track making contact with the hindquarters of FRANK. FRANK (4) - began awkwardly before having its hindquarters raced on by EPIC GALAXY. Crowded for racing room entering the back straight and again entering the final bend. IMPRESSIVE SONIC (6) - awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the first bend. SNIPPET JEWEL (7) - began awkwardly losing considerable ground.
Race 4	kiwikiwihounds.co.nz Adoption Dash - C2 - 295	GOLDSTAR ARIA(1) - was a late scratching after being found to have split a webbing upon retrieval from its kennel. HOMEBUSH ARIANA (2) - crowded entering the bend. SMASH GRENADE (5) - jostled with SCARDINY approaching the winning post. SEA SPRAY ASH (6) - boxed first. Placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground before making contact with the running rail. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. OPA'S MATE (7) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Awkwardly placed to the outside of SEA SPRAY ASH entering the bend. SCARDINY (8) - crowded the racing room of OPA'S MATE early stages. Jostled with SMASH GRENADE approaching the winning post.
Race 5	Springston Hotel Stakes - C1/2 - 520	GREAT WORK (1) - jostled with EPIC ADDI exiting the final bend. GOLDSTAR TUDOR (2) - obligated to check off heels entering the first bend. DARLA BALE (7) - crowded on jumping and had to check outwards off heels. EPIC ADDI (8) - crowded the racing line of DARLA BALE on jumping. Jostled with GREAT WORK exiting the final bend.
Race 6	Clarkson Sign Studio Dash - C2 - 295	SPICE SPICE BABY (1) - jostled with GOING GORILLAS in the run to the bend. ADOBE DERULO (2) - slow early. GOING GORILLAS (3) - jostled with SPICE SPICE BABY in the run to the bend. Lost ground when awkwardly placed between runners entering the bend. TONKAWA (5) - box first. Bumped with HOMEBUSH ROXY on jumping shifting down the track as a consequence. HOMEBUSH ROXY (6) - bumped with TONKAWA on jumping. Lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend.
Race 7	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph.0272719588 Dash - C2 - 295	AMURI JOSIE (3) - lost ground when placed in tight quarters entering the bend. Assessed by vet and found to have a strained hock. ZOLA BLACK (6) - shouldered with GORILLA'S SMILE early stages. GORILLA'S SMILE (7) - shouldered with ZOLA BLACK early stages.
Race 8	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C3 - 295	AMURI MAGIC (2) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. DELAROCHE (3) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. Again placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT (4) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend. TAIERI FINN (5) - box first. Shifted down the track in the run to the bend crowding inside runners and being turned outwards as a consequence. PRINCE ROHIT (6) - placed in restricted room early stages. BELFAST DEMO (8) - shifted up the track rounding the bend.

MACADOODLE (5) - jostled with DALISHA BALE in the run to the first bend. Held up final bend. DALISHA BALE (6) - forced down onto MACADOODLE in the run to the first bend.
