HOMEBUSH ROXY (4) - when questioned in regards to the improved performance handler J McInerney Jnr stated that the kennel had put more weight on the bitch for today. He added that she picked the jump and was aided by considerable interference behind her in the back straight. BASHFUL BUFFY (5) - contacted by GOLDSTAR ROYAL early stages. GOLDSTAR ROYAL (6) - checked by FEAR ALL POUNAMU early stages losing ground and contacting BASHFUL BUFFY in the process. FEAR ALL POUNAMU (7) - ran inwards early stages checking GOLDSTAR ROYAL. Pushed outwards by TREMONTI back straight and on bend. IMPRESSIVE AMY (8) - very slow to jump and remained a clear last throughout. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury.

Dragged down for a stride by SMASH GRENADE into bend. Contacted by OPA'S DREAM final turn. MULBERRY SOX (3) - clear last on jumping. GOLDSTAR DAWSON (4) - heavily contacted by HOMEBUSH SAYER back straight. MITCHAM KING (5) - ran inwards into bend tightening HORSE RANGE GOLD. Ran wide final turn. OPA'S DREAM (6) - contacted HORSE RANGE GOLD final turn. Faltered in home straight losing ground. Assessed by vet and found to have a fractured hock.
