1) Trainer B Mitchell re-presented TUFF ADMIRAL after being stood down for Failing To Pursue per Rule 55.4 and was found to have 21 day or more injury with the Failing To Pursue endorsement being removed pursuant with Rule 55.5. TUFF ADMIRAL is still required to complete a satisfactory trial.

General:

1) An inquiry was opened and adjourned into an incident during pre-race day qualifying trials.

1) J McInerney - $100 - presented COOL BEANS down 2.1kg from his most recent start.

VEGAS CHOPS (4) - bumped OSCAR'S REALITY nearing the bend, then tightened OSCAR'S REALITY becoming unbalanced and losing some ground as a result. AGENT ANNIE (5) - moved up the track shortly after the start, bumping ODYSSEUS. Jostled with ODYSSEUS shortly after the start and nearing the bend. Checked entering the bend in turn checking ODYSSEUS. Coursed wide through the home straight. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed to have pain left side deltoid muscle. ODYSSEUS (7) - bumped shortly after the start. Jostled with AGENT ANNIE shortly after the start and nearing the bend. Checked entering the bend and almost dragged down. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. PACHINKO (8) - boxed first. Coursed wide through the bend and home straight.

BIG TIME TASTY (3) - squeezed between runners shortly after the start becoming very unbalanced and losing ground. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed pain on deep pectrol muscle BIG TIME ATOMIC (6) - squeezed BIG TIME TASTY shortly after the start. Contacted on the point of the first bend. Tightened BIG TIME AUBREY nearing the back straight. ALLEGRO KAIRO (8) - raced wide through the back straight.

Bumped BIG TIME AIDEN entering the home straight. BIG TIME AIDEN (2) - contacted from behind nearing the home straight. Bumped entering the home straight. IMPRESSIVE GIFT (3) - tightened nearing the bend. Squeezed between runners entering the bend, losing ground. ELLE (4) - slow away.
