Placed in tight quarters between runners entering the bend having to check and lose ground before bumping with EDISON. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. STIR FRY (3) - came up with the lid and was slow to jump. Squeezed for racing room early stages. SIR CLIVE (4) - shouldered briefly with AMURI BURN through the early stages and again approaching the bend. Heels clipped entering the final straight. EDISON (5) - contacted from the outside on jumping before jostling with HOMEBUSH PEPPA for a period leading into the bend. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend having to shorten stride. Contacted entering the bend by AMURI BURN. Shifted in off heels entering the final straight. HOMEBUSH PEPPA (6) - collided with EDISON on jumping before continuing to jostle with this runner for a period leading into the bend.
Race 2	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C1 - 390	CHICAGO HEAD (1) - boxed first. Placed in tight quarters entering the bend. DANNY HA HA (2) - placed in tight quarters entering the bend losing ground. GRACIE LEE (4) - shifted up the track in the run to the bend. PUNCH ON JESSIE (6) - boxed first. BLAZING BANJO (8) - boxed first.
Race 3	MR WHIPPY SOUTHLAND - C1 - 390	WHITMAN (1) - checked entering the bend. HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT (2) - jostled with ROSE THORN approaching the bend. ELITE BLUEBLOOD (3) - contacted from the outside early stages before being crowded entering the bend and losing ground causing checks to WHITMAN and ROSE THORN. ROSE THORN (4) - forced down the track and onto ELITE BLUEBLOOD early stages. Jostled with HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT approaching the bend. Checked entering the bend. HOMEBUSH MACHO (7) - came down the track abruptly early stages forcing ROSE THORN inwards and onto ELITE BLUEBLOOD.
Race 4	HAPPY 85th BIRTHDAY DAWN MCLEOD - C1/2 - 457	HOMEBUSH FUDGE (2) - crowded entering the bend. CLAWS IN LEO (6) - jostled briefly with ZIPPING MARLIN in the run to the bend. ZIPPING MARLIN (7) - jostled briefly with CLAWS IN LEO in the run to the bend. Awkwardly positioned on heels entering the bend losing ground. BIG TINY (8) - hampered entering the bend.
Race 5	HAPPY 70TH BIRTHDAY BEVERLY GARTHWAITE - C1 - 390	SCARDINY (1) - heels clipped entering the bend. HOMEBUSH MILLIE (3) - hindquarters raced on entering the bend shifting down the track clipping the heels of SCARDINY and placing AMURI JOSIE in restricted room. AMURI JOSIE (4) - slow early. Placed in restricted room entering the bend falling to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury stood down as a precaution for 5 days. NIPPA ENOUGH (5) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend before being checked by falling runner. HOMEBUSH MIST (7) - slow early. TOBY'S CHOICE (8) - raced on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH MILLE entering the bend before being checked by falling runner.
Race 6	ORETI BEACH RUN - C1 - 457	MITCHAM ILA (3) - slow early. MATERIAL MEG (4) - collided with AMURI SMOKE in the run to the bend AMURI SMOKE (5) - collided with MATERIAL MEG in the run to the bend. Weakened late in the run home. IMPRESSIVE AMY (8) - slow early.
Race 7	TONI@BODYAUDITSOUTH PH021657001 - C2 - 390	MITCHAM HAMISH (2) - crowded entering the bend. MITCHAM BOULT (3) - shouldered with OPAL NORA early stages placing HOMEBUSH ARCHIE IN restricted room. HOMEBUSH ARCHIE (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages losing ground. OPAL NORA (5) - shouldered briefly with MITCHAM BOULT early stages placing HOMEBUSH ARCHIE in restricted room. Placed in tight quarters entering the bend losing momentum. PRINCE ROHIT (6) - made heavy contact with the running rail after the winning post before being awkwardly placed at the lure. Referred tot he Veterinarian where it was reported to have a lacerations to the inside of its left leg.
Race 8	MARK TURNER PAINTER PH021737111 - C1 - 457	SPRING ARMOUR (3) - crowded entering the bend being obligated to check off eels and course wide. EPIC CRUZE (4) - briefly shouldered with YOUNG MASE approaching the bend. Crowded the racing room of SPRING ARMOUR entering the bend. YOUNG MASE (6) - briefly shouldered with EPIC CRUZE approaching the bend. EPIC QUEEN (7) - slow to jump. Failed to impress in the run to the bend making up marginal ground in the run home. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Performance noted.
Race 9	GORE TOWN & COUNTRY CLUB SPRINT - C2/3 - 390	SOUTHERN ANGEL (2) - hampered early stages checking outwards off heels. Crowded entering the bend. NASSOR (3) - hampered rounding the bend. FOXY ROSE (7) - began awkwardly.
Race 10	ADDED ENERGY SPRINT - C3/4 - 390	MR FESTUS (2) - crowded and obliged to check entering the bend. REGAL VALIANT (3) - shifted inwards off heels in the run to the bend. CITIZEN AGUERO (6) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend. EZRA BLUEBLOOD (8) - slow early.
