Judicial report: Stewards spoke with the Club management regarding their responsibilities to ensure GRNZ's Covid level 2 protocols were complied with for future meetings.

Supplementary Report:

Christchurch GRC - 15 February 2021.

1). Trainer A Lee had reported that OVER TO YOU had presented with a sprained hock this morning after racing at this meeting and as a consequence would now be retired.

Satisfactory Trials:

1). TOKYO BIRD (A Roberts) - completed a satisfactory trial and is now eligible to be nominated to race.

Late Scratchings:

1). HOMEBUSH FANTA (J McInerney) - at 11.20am after being found to be In Season.

2). CRYSTAL CANDY (J McInerney) - after being retrieved from the kennels and found to be In Season.

Warnings:

1). J & D Fahey - failing to have catchers for runners in race 9.

BASHFUL BUFFY (8) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground.
Race 2	mayhounds.org.nz Rehoming Group Sprint - C1 - 295	DOROTHY BE GOOD (3) - contacted the hindquarters of MITCHAM HAMISH in the run to the bend. BIG TINY (4) - awkwardly placed on heels in the run to the bend. Squeezed and obliged to check entering the bend. KNOW BEAST (5) - shifted down the track and off the heels of BIG TINY early stages. Climbed on heels rounding the bend. MITCHAM HAMISH (6) - hindquarters raced on in the run to the bend being turned outwards as a consequence. DARK AND DUSTY (7) - inconvenienced early stages. Checked from behind and lost ground rounding the bend. BILLY BUDD (8) - began awkwardly shifting down the track and impeding the racing line of DARK AND DUSTY.
Race 3	Amber Cleaning Services Dash - C1 - 295	ADOBE FLINTSTONE (1) - slow early. BOUND UP (2) - slow early. Placed in restricted room entering the bend. MITCHAM KING (4) - shouldered with SMASH SURPRISE early stages. KNOW SMOKEY (6) - hampered early stages. SEA SPRAY ASH (7) - boxed first. Hampered early stages. STANWYCK (8) - began awkwardly. SMASH SURPRISE (10/5) - shouldered by MITCHAM KING early stages shifting outwards hampering KNOW SMOKEY and SEA SPRAY ASH.
Race 4	Camside Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	SMASH DEVIL (3) - checked first bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR SHARON (5) - checked off heels first bend. RIEKO (7) - checked from behind entering the first bend losing ground. SHERMO BALE (8) - checked inwards off heels prior to the first bend.
Race 5	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph0272719588 Dash - C1 - 295	PRINCELY CASH (1) - crowded and lost ground entering the bend. KNOW KERATIC (2) - shifted off heels and coursed wide rounding the bend. NIGHTHAWK THORN (3) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. Lost further ground rounding the bend when placed on heels. DIAMOND WARRIOR (6) - slow early stages. JINJA TONI (7) - slow early stages.
Race 6	Flair Feature - C1 - 295	KHATIA (2) - crowded entering the bend losing momentum. HOMEBUSH DREAM (4) - collided with CRYSTAL CILLA in the run to the bend having to check and lose ground. CRYSTAL CILLA (6) - collided with HOMEBUSH DREAM in the run to the bend. KNOW HINDER (8) - slow early.
Race 7	Sandridge Hotel Sprint - C1 - 295	ROCCO JEWEL (1) - crowded the racing line of MITCHAM BECKY entering the bend. MITCHAM BECKY (3) - crowded entering the bend checking outwards off heels and causing an inconvenience to HOMEBUSH MACHO. BELLA FORTUNA (4) - awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend losing momentum. TAIERI TERRA (5) - obliged to check off heels early stages. HOMEBUSH MACHO (6) - awkwardly positioned on heels rounding the bend having to check. HOMEBUSH JEWEL (7) - shifted up the track hampering the racing line of KNOW PICK through the initial stages. KNOW PICK (8) - racing line impeded through the early stages.
Race 8	greyhoundauctions.co.nz Sprint - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH FINN (1) - crowded rounding the bend losing momentum. FIDGETY FEET (4) - shouldered with MITCHAM MANERING in the run to the bend. Checked from behind entering the bend. MITCHAM MANERING (5) - shouldered with FIDGETY FEET in the run to the bend. Lost ground when awkwardly placed on this runners heels entering the bend. HOMEBUSH FAIRY (8) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. OPAWA DI (9/2) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend.
Race 9	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C3 - 520	OPAWA BOYS PAID (5) - placed in tight quarters entering the first bend losing ground before being checked and shifting up the track. OPAWA GIRLS GET (7) - crowded and lost momentum entering the first bend before being checked up the track. TROUBLESOME KEV (9/4) - placed in restricted room in the run to the first bend. Awkwardly placed entering the first bend. HOMEBUSH BOMBER (10/2) - lost ground with the field when racing down the back straight. Performance noted.

GOLDSTAR MAUNEY (10/2) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing momentum. Again lost momentum after losing balance when placed on heels rounding the bend.
