BASHFUL BUFFY (J McInerney) - application was made under GRNZ Rule 56.9 to have this greyhound re-examined after being stood down as a result of a fall on Tuesday. The greyhound was found to be free of injury with the stand down rescinded.

Race 3	Balcairn Stockfoods & CopRice Dog Food Dash - C3 - 295	CLAWS IN LEO (1) - slow to jump. Tightened into bend losing ground. HOMEBUSH HOTSHOT (2) - stumbled for a stride early stages. Badly tightened into bend dropping to rear. HILTON HOPE (3) - the muzzle came adrift in the boxes and hung loose throughout the race. Checked outwards off heels of MAFFRA DAISY into bend losing momentum. KNOW NUGGET (5) - pushed down the track by RING CLOWN back straight. RING CLOWN (6) - ran inwards back straight pushing KNOW NUGGET down the track. HORSE RANGE (7) - raced wide final turn.
Race 4	Suck It Up Ltd Dash - C4 - 295	HOMEBUSH GAMBLER was subjected to a pre race vet check after falling to the track prior to the race. MULBERRY ROCK (1) - last on jumping. Ran outwards final bend pushing runners wider. SOUFFLE SUE (3) - pushed outwards by MULBERRY ROCK final bend and then ran outwards pushing runners wider. LITTLE KRAKATOA (4) - contacted by outside runners late in run home when well back. HOMEBUSH GAMBLER (5) - tightened early stages losing ground. Pushed wide by SOUFFLE SUE final bend. SHE'S FOR US (6) - badly tightened into bend by outside runners and went off stride losing all chance. Assessed by vet and found to have a torn gracilis and a dislocated toe. CARLOS (7) - ran inwards into bend tightening SHE'S FOR US. Pushed wide final bend.

PERFECT PAYTON (4) - checked by OPAWA BOYS PAID and turned sideways losing ground. Ran inwards final turn contacting MISS ADOBE. OPAWA BOYS PAID (5) - contacted by NIGHTHAWK FRENZY early stages then checked PERFECT PAYTON. Ran wide back straight. NIGHTHAWK FRENZY (6) - contacted by CREME BRULEE early stages checking OPAWA BOYS PAID in consequence. Dragged down by CREME BRULEE into first bend and ran wide losing chance. Assessed by vet and cleared of injury. CREME BRULEE (7) - ran inwards early stages contacting inside runners. Dragged NIGHTHAWK FRENZY down into first bend and ran very wide losing chance. Ran outwards early in run home pushing MARAKESH MAX wider. MARAKESH MAX (6) - pushed wide by CITIZEN AGUERO early in run home. SOZIN'S AZURE (7) - pushed wide by GO GUNNA into bend. COME A GUSTER (8) - pushed wide by inside runners into bend.
