Track: Good Due to the timing system malfunctioning, several races later in the programme had no time taken.
Scales: Correct at checked weights.
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: 1) Trainer B Mitchell has advised Stewards that TUFF TEMPTRESS has been retired.

2) A Turnwald kennel representative P Freeman has advised Stewards that ZIPPING RUSSELL has been retired.

Stand Downs:

1) ZIPPING RUSSELL - 12 months and to complete a satisfactory trial for Marring in Race 2.

Buffeted, then tightened entering the bend, appearing to contact the rail and lose ground. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed moderate pain over right front shoulder. BIGTIME BRODY (3) - bumped TUFF'S MY MUM shortly after the start. Contacted nearing the bend then buffeted and tightened TUFF'S MY MUM entering the bend when attempting to cross to the rail, becoming unbalanced and losing ground. Raced wide through the home straight. BIGTIME ROD (5) - tightened nearing the home straight, needing to check across heels to gain clear racing room. CUMBRIA LAD (6) - began awkwardly, settling several lengths behind the field. Tightened BIGTIME ROD nearing the home straight. BIG TIME JIMMY (7) - contacted BIGTIME BRODY nearing the bend. Awkwardly placed behind runners nearing the home straight. BIG TIME BRIE (8) - raced wide at various stages throughout.
Race 2	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C2/C3 - C2/3 - 457	RAPID FIRE (2) - slow away. Inconvenienced entering the home straight. Obliged to race wide through the home straight due to ZIPPING RUSSELL marring JILLIBY SOPHIA which was racing to the inside of RAPID FIRE. MYSTERY VIKING (3) - tightened at the start. BIG TIME ROONIE (4) - tightened MYSTERY VIKING at the start. JILLIBY SOPHIA (5) - marred by ZIPPING RUSSELL shortly after the start and again entering the home straight and through early stages of the home straight, being dictated wide and forcing RAPID FIRE and BIG TIME EDEN to race wider as a result. ZIPPING RUSSELL (6) - turned his head outwards, making muzzle contact with JILLIBY SOPHIA shortly after the start, and again entering the home straight and through the early stages of the home straight, in turn dictating JILLIBY SOPHIA wide. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed no injuries. Charged pursuant with Rule 55.1(a), Marring, and stood down for 12 months and required to complete a satisfactory trial. BIG TIME EDEN (7) - obliged to race wide entering the home straight and through the early stages of the home straight due to interference from marring runner to her inside. ILLICIT (8) - a post race veterinary examination was carried out later in the meeting at the trainer's request which found a laceration requiring a stitch.
Race 3	Greyhounds As Pets C0 - C0 - 410	XANTHONE (1) - bumped BIG TIME RITA shortly after the start. Appeared to contact the rail nearing the bend, losing ground as a result. Moved up the track entering the home straight inconveniencing BIG TIME RITA. Raced wide through the home straight. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed pain over both shoulders. BIG TIME RITA (2) - bumped shortly after the start. Awkwardly placed behind runners entering the bend, losing momentum. Inconvenienced entering the home straight. GOLDSTAR HARLOWE (3) - jostled, briefly, with BIG TIME MILO shortly after the start, losing some ground. BIG TIME MILO (4) - jostled, briefly, with GOLDSTAR HARLOWE shortly after the start. Buffeted nearing the bend. ENGINE ROOM (5) - began awkwardly, bumping BIG TIME WOLFIE at the start. BIG TIME WOLFIE (6) - bumped at the start. Buffeted BIG TIME MILO nearing the bend, eventually losing some momentum as a result. TUFF DYNAMO (7) - coursed wide through the latter stages of the home straight. BIG TIME YONKERS (8) - angled across the field at the start.
Race 4	Bigtime Paddy at Stud C0 - C0 - 457	FEDERAL RANGER (3) - bumped shortly after the start. LOST IN PACE (4) - slow away, and bumped at the start. Raced very wide throughout, losing ground as a result. A post race veterinary examination was carried out which revealed a laceration on upper pad. Trainer M Goodier advised Stewards that LOST IN PACE would be sent for a brief spell. SWEENEY TODD (5) - slow away, and bumped LOST IN PACE at the start. BIG TIME GLORY (7) - bumped FEDERAL RANGER shortly after the start.
Race 5	Kernow Construction Distance C2 - C2d - 660	DOUBLE THAT (7) - bumped on the point of the first bend. Raced wide through the back straight. TEKKI JIM (8) - bumped DOUBLE THAT on the point of the first bend.
Race 6	Creative Catering C1 - C1 - 457	BIG TIME FALCON (2) - slow away. HOMEBUSH SURGEON (5) - contacted shortly after the start. Tightened nearing the bend, losing some momentum. Moved up the track to race wide through the bend. LIBERTY TAKER (6) - heavily bumped at the start, then contacted HOMEBUSH SURGEON shortly after the start. Tightened HOMEBUSH SURGEON nearing the bend. DOUBLE HEADER (7) - began awkwardly, heavily bumping LIBERTY TAKER at the start. Appeared awkward in her action thereafter, with a post race veterinary examination being carried out which revealed pain over left hind gracilis muscle. JUST LIKE LUCY (8) - raced very wide through the back straight. Raced wide through the home straight.
Race 7	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 410	KAY TUESSO (2) - raced wide through the home straight. ROSE AND CROWN (5) - moved up the track shortly after the start, bumping SLAM IT. BIG TIME HARRY (6) - jostled, briefly, with SPRING FOX nearing the bend. Tightened entering the bend, needing to check across heels to gain clear racing room. Coursed very wide through the latter stages of the bend and through the home straight. SPRING FOX (7) - jostled, briefly, with BIG TIME HARRY nearing the bend. Tightened BIG TIME HARRY entering the bend. SLAM IT (8) - bumped shortly after the start.

YESENIA (4) - contacted OPAWA LARA shortly after the start. JETLAG JAG (5) - contacted from behind shortly after the start. Placed in restricted room nearing the bend. JACK MARJEN (6) - contacted JETLAG JAG from behind shortly after the start, then contacted ARM TURNER. ARM TURNER (8) - began awkwardly. Contacted from behind shortly after the start. Placed JETLAG JAG in restricted room nearing the bend.

Contacted SCREAMING VIKING on the point of the bend. ZAMAH (4) - bumped nearing the bend. Contacted WIFI BOLT entering the home straight. SUB TWENTY THREE (5) - bumped ZAMAH nearing the bend. Bumped BIG TIME ROCKET entering the bend. Buffeted nearing the home straight, becoming momentarily unbalanced. SCREAMING VIKING (6) - contacted at the start. Race 12	Total Bodyshop Supplies C1/C2 - C1/2 - 410	BIG TIME TOMMEY (1) - began awkwardly. MOTHER'S TOUCH (2) - began quickly, moving up the track to race wide for the remainder of the event. MY BENTLEY (6) - jostled with ESTER through the back straight, eventually becoming unbalanced and losing ground entering the bend.
