Stewards questioned trainer E Potts in regards to the seemingly disappointing performance of her bitch. Ms Potts could offer no explanation with a Veterinarian examination revealing no obvious abnormalities. Stewards will follow up the recovery in the coming days. JINJA JAY (8) - slow early. Coursed wide down the back straight. Referred to the Veterinarian were it was reported to have sustained a broken toe on its left fore foot. Must trial prior to resuming. |
