Judicial report: Due to the On Course Veterinarian being unavailable for the first half of kenneling greyhounds presented to race at this time were weighed and kenneled with a Veterinary examination taking place upon retrieval from their race kennels. Stewards appointed Mr D Fahey as an Approved Person to examine greyhounds competing in race 6 that required this examination due to the On Course Veterinarian attending to a welfare issue from race 5.

Warnings:

1). A Roberts - cautioned for failing to arrange a catcher for DARLA BALE in Race 5.

Race 2	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1 - 520	MAYHEM MADE (4) - crowded for racing room entering the first bend having to check. BALDRICK (6) - boxed first. HOMEBUSH SAYER (7) - crowded the racing room of MAYHEM MADE entering the first bend. HOMEBUSH CARTER (9/1) - boxed first.
Race 3	Farewell Apatche Jet Sprint - C2 - 295	BLAZING BANJO (2) - boxed first. AMURI LIV (3) - checked from behind entering the bend. SOZIN'S SYMPHONY (4) - proved difficult to load. Jostled briefly with STARR BLUEBLOOD early stages. Checked off heels prior to the bend colliding with OPAWA ROWDY. STARR BLUEBLOOD (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Placed on heels prior to the bend. OPAWA ROWDY (6) - jostled briefly with STARR BLUEBLOOD early stages before briefly racing on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH RAPPER. Contacted from the inside by SOZIN'S SYMPHONY prior to the bend. HOMEBUSH RAPPER (7) - shifted down the track in the run to the bend and had hindquarters raced on briefly by OPAWA ROWDY. Lost ground when placed in tight quarters entering the bend. MITCHAM RYDER (9/8) - climbed on heels entering the bend losing momentum.
Race 4	Clarkson's Sign Studio Dash - C3 - 295	KIWI GUNN (2) - lost ground when placed in restricted room entering the bend. HOMEBUSH GAMBLER (4) - began awkwardly when going down on its hindquarters losing considerable ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH ARIANA (7) - jostled with BILLY RAY in the run to the bend. CADILLAC MACK (9/5) - collided with BILLY RAY exiting the bend. BILLY RAY (10/6) - jostled with HOMEBUSH ARIANA in the run to the bend. Collided with CADILLAC MACK exiting the bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA LYN (1) - shifted up the track early stages forcing HUMBLING up the track. HUMBLING (2) - forced up the track early stages. Jostled with OPAWA GIRLS GET first bend. OPALA BALE (4) - onto the hindquarters of DARLA BALE. Clipped from behind exiting the final bend shifting outwards and faltering losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have sustained a fractured right hock. GREAT WORK (6) - crowded for racing room early stages. OPAWA GIRLS GET (7) - crowded for racing room early stages. Jostled with HUMBLING first bend. OPAWA JANE (8) - crowded the racing room of inside greyhounds early stages before racing on the hindquarters of DARLA BALE. DARLA BALE (9/5) - contacted from the inside early stages after checked by OPAWA JANE being terminally checked as a result. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. MACADOODLE (10/3) - clipped the heels of OPALA BALE exiting the final bend.
Race 6	Springston Hotel Dash - C2 - 295	GRACIE LEE (1) - shouldered with MITCHAM ROB prior to the bend. Lost ground when being crossed by MITCHAM ROB entering the bend. SEFTON DOUBLE (2) - slow early. Coursed wide exiting the bend shifting off heels. OPAL NORA (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground. MITCHAM ROB (5) - shouldered with GRACIE LEE prior to the bend. KINGI REIGNS (6) - bumped down track early stages. CRYSTAL CANDY (7) - bumped down track early stages. Checked outwards off heels in the run to the bend. Awkwardly placed rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH MACHO (8) - bumped with CRYSTAL CANDY early stages.
Race 7	Hart Family Greyhound Racing Stakes - C3 - 520	YOEL BALE(1) was a late scratching at kenneling. QUEENA BALE (6) - jostled with RIPSTORM prior to the first bend. RIPSTORM (7) - jostled with QUEENA BALE prior to the first bend. HOMEBUSH FONZIE (9/5) - lost ground when placed on heels prior to the first bend.
Race 8	Casswoods for Carpet Binding & Mats Dash - C5 - 295	SELECT TRICK (3) - lost momentum when being crossed early stages. HOMEBUSH CAESAR (6) - shouldered down the track early stages. Placed on heels entering the bend losing momentum. SONJA (7) - squeezed for racing room on jumping being obliged to shoulder with HOMEBUSH CAESAR. EVER RESTED (8) - crowded inside runners on jumping.
Race 9	The Fitz Sports Bar Stakes - C4/5 - 520	HOLY GRAIL (1) - checked prior to the first bend. Placed in tight quarters rounding the first bend losing momentum. OPAWA SLICK (2) - awkwardly placed between runners prior to the first bend. OSTER BALE (3) - placed on heels entering the first bend. OPAWA TODDY (4) - obligated to race on the hindquarters of ROCK ON JOHN early stages. ROCK ON JOHN (7) - shifted down the track having its hindquarters raced on early stages.
Race 10	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph0272719588 Dash - C3 - 295	PUNTERS LAST (1) - raced in restricted room entering the bend. GARY (7) - began awkwardly. Placed on heels rounding the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian as a precaution and cleared of injury. M'LADY SADIE (9/3) - slow early. Checked from behind rounding the bend.
Race 11	O'Shea's Public House Dash - C5 - 295	ARCHIE JOHN HILL (1) - placed on heels rounding the bend. AMURI MAGIC (2) - slow early.
Race 12	RE-ENERGISE Sprint - C4 - 295	HOMEBUSH VELMA (2) - checked inwards off heels early stages. MR MUPPET (3) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Checked off heels entering the bend losing ground. Again checked off heels exiting the bend colliding with ULYSSA BALE as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a mild sprain right wrist. MISS ADOBE (6) - turned inwards in the run to the bend. ULYSSA BALE (7) - contacted from the outside by MAXIMUS SPEED on jumping. Raced on the hindquarters of MISS ADOBE in the run the bend. Contacted and bumped up the track exiting the bend. MAXIMUS SPEED (8) - collided with ULYSSA BALE on jumping. Heels clipped exiting the bend.
