Track: Good After heavy rain leading up to the meeting the track was assessed as Dead for the early part of the meeting then upgraded to good for the remainder of the programme. The track was well maintained throughout.

Race 1	WELCOME TO HATRICK C0 - C0 - 305	SO LIKE ME was a late scratching due to showing symptoms of Diarrhoea on being readied to leave for the track. HARDCORE BRUTE (2) - contact in the hindquarters and checked into the bend. AHUROA LADY (3) - angled outwards from the jump tightening runners to her outer. Checked out off heels into the bend and was clipped from behind . GOLDSTAR HARLOWE (4) - checked back soon after the start catching heels and checking as she went back. Checked wide out over heels into the top bend. KINA MAGIC (5) - bumped and jostled soon after the start checked into the bend when catching the heels of AHUROA LADY. MITCHAM LIAM (6) - began awkwardly.
Race 2	AON CPF INSURANCE C0 - C0 - 520	WAITING GAME (7) - angled to the rail into the far bend checking runner to her inner. BIG TIME PORSCHE (8) - began awkwardly and was last into stride settled back. Came back off heels racing into the far bend.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C2 - C2 - 305	TELLTALE SIGNS (1) - began awkwardly with her inside leg spreading on an awkward angle and settled back thereafter and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. LUCY LINGERS (2) - hampered in the run across the top bend when clipped from behind for a couple of strides. LIONEL KEEPING (5) - fav- dwelt slightly at the jump. Angled into the body of the field into the bend soon running onto heels and checking. Was unable to get clear ground until straightening for the run home.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C2 - C2 - 305	This race was delayed 3 minutes due to heavy rain falling before going onto the track. YARN SISTER (2) - checked on the home turn when well back. BIGTIME SAM (5) - bumped and jostled between runners for a couple of strides in the run into the bend. Contact with YARN SISTER on the home turn. IDOL STEFFIE (6) - slightly hampered on the home turn as HOMEBUSH SUSAN abruptly checked outwards across her line. Leapt up high and contacted the lure arm hard and fell onto her back at the pullup and was referred to the vet and was found to lame plus pain at head of triceps& sartorius muscles. HOMEBUSH SUSAN (7) - dwelt at the jump. Bumped racing into the bend.
Race 5	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C1 Final - C1f - 520	RACE ME HOME (1) - went up with the lids. BIG TIME TOMMEY (3) - caught between runners being jostled and pushed sideways into the first turn. BIGTIME ALFIE (4) - racing to the first turn he was bumped and jostled going back from between runners OPAWA VIOLET (5) - soon after the start she was tightened and jostled between runners for some strides. Angled inwards around the first turn contacting KING THEODEN and went sideways for a couple of strides and was clipped from being as following runner caught a heel. BIG TIME ODETTE (6) - fav- angled across from the jump tightening in onto runners to her inner. BIG TIME JARRED (7) - dwelt at the jump. Forced to abruptly checked wide back off heels into the first turn and lost ground. WIFI INGA (8) - checked in the run around the first turn as OPAWA VIOLET came out into his line. KING THEODEN (9/2) - tightened and checked in the run around the first turn as OPAWA VIOLET angled into him.
Race 6	FIRST SECURITY C1 - C1 - 305	THRILLING ARNOLD (4) - bumped and jostled with GOTCHA MURPHY for some strides to the bend. GOTCHA MURPHY (5) - dwelt slightly. Bumped and dictated wide into the bend angled back inwards nearing the home turn. WIFI ROBYN (6) - angled outwards from the jump bumping into AHUROA WHIZZ stayed wide thereafter.
Race 7	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C1 - C1 - 520	ILLICIT (5) - fav- hampered for a couple of strides in the early running then dictated wide into the first turn. THREE OF HEARTS (7) - contact between runners racing into the first turn and dictated extremely wide into the back straight.
Race 8	HATRICK DASH C1 - C1 - 305	AL'S WITCH (2) - attempted to angle outwards soon after the start causing herself to be pushed sideways and lose ground into the bend. Soon after was severely checked as a runner came back losing momentum and ground. MIDNIGHT FAITH (3) - soon after the start she was tightened and jostled between runners for some strides into the bend and was severely tightened and checked again losing momentum and ground. HARDCORE JET (4) - caught heels soon after the start angled inwards and was awkwardly placed racing on the inner into the bend. TARANAKI BRIE (5) - fav- in the run to the bend she was bumped and jostled for some distance losing ground. IMPRESSIVE MOOD (6) - hampered racing into the bend was then contacted in the hindquarters and checked racing onto the top bend. PARADOX PRINCE (8) - went up with the lids.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 - C1 - 305	ELITE BUBBLE (1) - fav- ran outwards from the jump into the shoulder of RAINEY RIVER and lost ground back to the midfield. BAILEY AND CREAM (2) - checked racing from the start as ELITE BUBBLE angled outwards. Tightened between runners and checked into the bend. RAINY RIVER (3) - bumped and checked soon after the start. OPAWA MARCIE (4) - soon after the start was bumped and checked. PUNCH ON SCOOBY (5) - came out off BAILEY AND CREAM bumping with BIG TIME RICKY into the bend. DOTTIE BELL (6) - kennel representative J Bell advised Stewards that DOTTIE BELL has benefited from recent racing and making better starts to her races. BIG TIME RICKY (8) - angled across towards the bend and was bumped and dictated wide for a few strides.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA JODY (2) - angled over heels when improving into the shoulder of MILO TONIGHT on the home turn and into the home straight. ALLEGRO LINCOLN (3) - fav- settled into the body of the field into the bend and came back off heels back onto following runner. COOL BEANS (5) - contact racing from the start. Held up into the bend was checked and lost momentum across the top bend as ALLEGRO LINCOLN came back on him. MILO TONIGHT (6) - improving around runners when bumped and checked on the home turn and into the home straight.
Race 11	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C1 - C1 - 305	ELSA BLUEBLOOD (1) - bumped and jostled with BIG TIME ELLISH into the bend. BIG TIME EILISH (2) - bumped and jostled with ELSA BLUEBLOOD into the bend going back contacting hindquarters checking abruptly losing momentum. Came together with AHUROA PRINCESS bumping and jostling for some strides in the run down the home straight. PORCELAIN PANDA (3) - angled outwards from the jump coming together with CHIC IN TIME nearing the bend. AHUROA PRINCESS (7) - began awkwardly and was last into stride. Improving between runners into the bend when bumped and checked and was unbalanced for a stride or so. Soon after was clipped from behind momentarily then came together bumping and jostling with BIG TIME ELLISH for some strides in the home straight. On further review of the film the Stewards found that the dogs racing conduct onto the top bend was unsatisfactory and after contacting trainer R Murray the dog has been stood down to complete a satisfactory trial. SMALL PAIGE (9/5) - checked into the bend as BIG TIME ELLISH caught her hindquarters pushing her sideways and bumping with AHUROA PRINCESS to her inner.
Race 12	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 - C1 - 305	ESTER (2) - hampered soon after the start when forced inwards across heels losing some ground. Contact on the home turn as JETLAG JAG angled inwards. BIGTIME HANNAH (3) - bumped tightened and pushed inwards soon after the start and was forced across heels losing momentum and ground back to the rear. ALAMEIN PUDLY (4) - soon after the start angled across onto BIGTIME HANNAH and lost momentum and ground. HARDCORE KYLIE (5) - bumped soon after the start. JETLAG JAG (7) - angled inwards from the jump across the face of JETLAG JAG and into the shoulder of HARDCORE KYLIE. Angled inwards on the home turn contacting ESTER. MISS COWDREY (9/6) - checked racing from the start as JETLAG JAG ran across his line.
