Judicial report: SUPPLEMENTARY:

1) Wanganui Greyhounds 21-10-2020 M Flipp reported to the Stewards that SAHARA PIPPA has a torn pin muscle on the right side.

2) Wanganui Greyhounds 7-10-2020, B Goldsack advised Stewards that blood tests taken from BARBAROSSA BOY have shown no abnormalities.

JUDICIAL:

1) UNO ELEVEN race 12 # 5 (N Udy) has been retired.

2) NOAH RAPPER (B Marsh) completed a satisfactory trial in blinkers is now cleared to be nominated.

3) Following the running of race 1 the meeting was put back one race for the remainder of the meeting.

4) Race 1 was declared a No-race pursuant with Rule 52.1 when the Greyhounds were left in the starting boxes for what the Stewards deemed to be an excessive amount of time before the lure opened the lids. It was determined that the Lure Driver (R Gurney) was not in his correct position in the lure drivers room when the all clear to start the race was given by the Starter.

5) Lure Driver, R Gurney, admitted a breach of Rule 62.1o in that he was not in his correct position in the lure drivers room when the all clear to start the race was given by the Starter with the Greyhounds being left in the starting boxes for an excessive amount of time which necessitated in the Stewards declaring Race 1 a No-race. The admitted Information has been forwarded to the JCA to determine penalty.

Race 1	WELCOME TO HATRICK C0 - C0 - 305	This race was declared a no race due to the time the lure took to open the lids.
Race 2	AON CPF INSURANCE C0 FINAL - C0f - 305	SHOT OF CLASS (1) - was tightened and ran onto the heels of TIGER CHURN into the bend going back on runners being pushed along on his haunches for a few strides. Recovered his balance to finish onto the lure and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. KINA MAGIC (2) - slow away then ran abruptly outwards across heels then angled inwards onto CLIFF TOP MOLLY into the bend. ALAMEIN BEAUDEN (3) - slow away and was hampered as KINA MAGIC ran out across her line. TIGER CHURN (4) - angling across into the bend when clipped from behind going down on her haunches she recovered back into stride. She was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR HARLOWE (5) - severely tightened and checked then fell into the bend. Recovered to her paws to finish onto the lure and was referred to the vet and found to have pain in the right hind quadriceps muscle. WIFI SOPHIE (6) - racing from the start she was severely tightened and jostled between runners for some strides and checked again entering the bend. ALLEGRO OLIVE (7) - ran into interference and fell racing into the bend. Recovered to her paws to finish onto the lure and was referred to the vet with no injury found, however stood down under the GRNZ fallen Greyhound protocol. CLIFF TOP MOLLY (8) - angled across from the jump causing herself to be jostled then angled in further tightening several runners into the bend.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C0 - C0 - 305	CLIFF TOP ROSIE (2) - racing across the top bend she angled in across the line of BIG TIME BOOTS. HURRICANE AYLA (4) - came out over heels into the bend and was hampered for a stride or so as TUI TONIGHT contacted her in the hindquarters and dictated this dog wide into the home straight. BIG TIME BOOTS (6) - fav- racing across the top bend he was forced to abruptly check out over heels. TUI TONIGHT (7) - was held up when unbale to clear heels racing onto the top bend. She was hampered when dictated wide into the home straight.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C0D - C0d - 645	TAIAPU (5) - stood when the lids lifted and was slow away by 5 or so lengths. BIGTIME AVA (6) - soon after the start was dictated in onto OH MISS JORDIE for a couple of strides. TAKAKAWE (7) - soon after the start she was tightened in onto BIGTIME AVA for a couple of strides. ODNOC ANKIE (8) - angled across soon after the start hampering runners to his inner for a couple of strides. OH MISS JORDIE (9/4) - was tightened and crowded for a couple of strides in the run to the home straight on the first occasion.
Race 5	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C1 - C1 - 520	BIG TIME TOMMEY (2) - began awkwardly. RACE ME HOME (5) - tightened and crowded racing into the first turn losing ground back towards the rear. OPAWA VIOLET (6) - forced to angle outwards off heels racing into the first turn. Was clipped from behind into the far bend losing momentum. TEKKI JIM (7) - tightened and checked racing into the first turn losing momentum back towards the rear. Ran onto heels losing more ground racing into the far bend. BIG TIME HARRY (8) - attempted to angle across and was checked racing into the first turn.
Race 6	FIRST SECURITY C2 - C2 - 305	OPAWA JODY (1) - began awkwardly rolling into IDOL WILSON coming off the mats. She was tightened into the bend checking out wide across heels to race extremely wide onto the top bend. IDOL WILSON (2) - ran onto heels and went back onto OPAWA JUDY racing into the bend. SHAMROCK GREEN (3) - angled across the line of IDOL WILSON racing to the bend. SO SEVERE (4) - hampered for several strides racing into the bend as PRETTY BELINDA angled in onto his shoulder. HOMEBUSH YURI (5) - awkwardly placed on heels racing into the bend losing ground. Bumped with PRETTY BELINDA nearing the home turn as this runner came back. GOTCHA MARSHALL (6) - went high in the boxes and was awkwardly into stride. PRETTY BELINDA (7) - angled across in the run to the bend coming in onto the shoulder of SO SEVERE for several strides. Came back off heels nearing the home turn and was bumped as HOMEBUSH YURI improved to her inner.
Race 7	HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY BIGTIME SAM C2 - C2 - 305	IDOL ZIGGY (1) - fav- dwelt at the jump. Was severely tightened making hard contact with the rail into the bend was then forced to abruptly check out off heels going into the line of BIGTIME SAM. Was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BAILEY AND CREAM (2) - severely crowded and tightened into IDOL ZIGGY racing into the bend then contact soon after. BIGTIME SAM (3) - contact and checked going sideways for a stride or so into the bend as he angled inwards was then checked as IDOL ZIGGY checked outwards. SIDELINE SALLY (6) - soon after the start she angled across between runners severely crowding runners on the inner racing into the bend then needing to check back off heels.
Race 8	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" Ht1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	GOLDSTAR AUBURN (1) - bumped and jostled for some strides then checked into the bend as DILLER angled across. DILLER (3) - angled inwards into the bend across the line of GOLDSTAR AUBURN. IDOL STEFFIE (4) - racing off the mats was checked as TELLTALE SIGNS angled across his line. He was contacted in the hindquarters racing into the bend. TELLTALE SIGNS (5) - angled across the line of IDOL STEFFIE racing off the mats ALAMEIN GRAEME (6) - went up in the boxes as the lid lifted and was last into stride and bumped as IDOL STEFFIE ran outwards. Contacted hindquarters of IDOL STEFFIE racing into the bend.
Race 9	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	TRUTH HURTS (3) - angled outwards soon after the start running into the shoulder of HOMEBUSH MAREE for several strides. HOMEBUSH MAREE (4) - soon after the start was tightened and pushed outwards going back onto heels then angled inwards across the face of KINETIC REBEL. THREE OF HEARTS (5) - soon after the start she was caught in very tight quarters being bumped and jostled for some strides losing momentum and ground. KINETIC REBEL (6) - soon after the start was crowded between runners then severely checked going down on his haunches. Recovered back to his paws and was referred to the vet and found to have pain in her right hind quadriceps muscle. AHUROA WHIZZ (7) - angled across soon after the start catching heels checking and was unbalanced for a stride or so losing ground.
Race 10	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 Ht3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	PARADOX PRINCE (1) - went up with the lids then angled outwards onto the shoulder of GEMMAS DILEMMA for several strides. GEMMAS DILEMMA (2) - crowded between runners soon after the start. Checked into the bend angling out across heels. CHECKPOINT (4) - bumped racing off the mats going in onto TARANAKIE BRIE for a couple of strides and was crowded and jostled between runners into the bend then dictated wide into the home straight. MY BENTLEY (5) - went up with the lids.
Race 11	BOOK YOUR XMAS FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 Ht4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	OPAWA LARA (1) - checked and lost momentum racing into the bend checked again soon after when running onto the hindquarters of BIG TIME ELLISH. NELLIE MARJEN (3) - racing towards the bend she was contacted in the shoulder and unbalanced for a few strides losing momentum and ground. HOMEBUSH CAPTAIN (5) - bumped with BIG TIME ELLISH coming off the mats soon after angling across onto NELLIE MARJEN checking this runner and was checked as BIG TIME ELLISH angled inwards and checked again a couple of strides on. BIG TIME EILISH (6) - bumped with HOMEBUSH CAPTAIN racing off the mats angled into the bend contacting HOMEBUSH CAPTAIN soon after was checked again losing momentum and ground was referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 12	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C1 Ht5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	UNO ELEVEN a scratching has been retired. ALAMEIN SAM (1) - hampered for some distance in the run to the bend when catching heels and unbalanced as BOOT CAMP TIARA was pushed inwards into his line. BOOT CAMP TIARA (2) - racing towards the bend she was pressured inwards and jostled for some strides. DOUBLE WHAT (3) - in the run to the bend he was severely crowded causing him to run up on heels checking and losing ground after bumping with IDOL LITTLE GIRL into the bend. IDOL LITTLE GIRL (6) - soon after the start she was dictated inwards across the line of COOL WOLF and then checked into the bend when bumping with DOUBLE WHAT. DANGEROUS DI (7) - soon after the start was crowded and jostled between runners and was hampered racing into the bend as CHIC IN TIME angled in across her line. COOL WOLF (9/5) - racing from the start was tightened and came back off heels then angled out wide into the bend.
Race 13	PRESIDENTS SPRINT C1 Ht6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	HARDCORE KOBE (3) - from the jump she was bumped and ran ran out across the face of MILO TONIGHT. Contact in the hindquarters nearing the home turn when pushed inwards. MILO TONIGHT (4) - slow then checked as she came off the mats catching heels and was hampered into the bend when contacted in the hindquarters. Nearing the home turn she ran into the hind of HARDCORE KOBE for a stride. HOMEBUSH VASSY (5) - angled inwards coming together with HARDCORE KOBE nearing the home turn. CLANSMAN DOUGLAS (7) - came back off heels and went in onto MILO TONIGHT for a couple of strides racing into the bend.
Race 14	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 Ht7 - C1q - 305 Heat 7	HOMEBUSH JOZIE (4) - jostled for a couple of strides into the bend. OPAWA DAWN (5) - fav- hampered for a stride or so soon after the start forced to angle back off heels into the bend and was jostled for a couple of strides. Was hampered again turning in when jostling with DOUBLE CHANGE. GO LADYBIRD (6) - hampered for a couple of strides into the bend when coming together and jostling with OPAWA DAWN. DOUBLE CHANGE (8) - angled inwards turning in coming together and jostling with OPAWA DAWN and being tightened in onto the heels of BIGTIME COCO.
