Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition being well maintained throughout the meeting. All other equipment operated well.

Judicial report: SPECIAL REPORT:

This meeting was run under Level 2 Government restrictions and Greyhound Racing New Zealand Work Safe Covid-19 protocols.

1- WIT AND WISDOM # 2 race 2 was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice.

2- OHANA LAD # 8 race 12 has been retired.

3- L BELL was fined $100.00 rule ( 45.11 ) DOTTIE BELL was presented to race 1.6 kgs up from her last race.

4- WIFI ROBYN # 3 race 7 was called to be vetted after the race. Due to a communication error the Fredrickson kennel rep was not informed with the dog leaving the track before Stewards were informed.
The Stewards contacted Trainers G & S Fredrickson who will advise the Stewards of any issues that may arise with the dog in the coming days.

Race 1	WELCOME TO HATRICK C0 - C0 - 305	ZAMAH (1) - fav- dwelt slightly. Worked towards the lead heading to the bend where he became awkwardly placed and unbalanced for a stride or so and was contacted as BIG TIME BOOTS angled across. he recovered back in to stride and finished best. Was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BIG TIME BOOTS (2) - angled across in to the bend and made contact with ZAMAH to his inner as this runner came outwards. BIG TIME BOOTS checked and lost momentum and several lengths. TELLTALE SIGNS (4) - hampered for a couple of strides racing from the start. Contact in to the bend and soon after forced to abruptly check out over heels .Came together with WIFI SOPHIE and bumped in to the home straight when making ground . HURRICANE AYLA (5) - tightened nad jostled between runners racing in to the bend resulting in her being checked and forced extremely wide on to the top bend. WIFI SOPHIE (6) - improved wide in to the bend and was contacted and unbalanced for a stride or so. Came together with TELLTALE SIGNS in the run in to the home straight. TUI TONIGHT (7) - checked in to the bend running on to the hind of ENDLESS STYLE losing momentum and all chance from there on in. ENDLESS STYLE (8) - in the run to the bend angled across the line of TUI TONIGHT and was almost dragged down losing all chance there after. Was referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 2	AON CPF INSURANCE Final C0 - C0f - 520	WIT AND WISDOM was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice. ALFIE DAMAN (1) - improving along the inner racing in to the first turn when forced to check outwards off heels hampering following runner. Ran extremely wide in to the back straight losing his position was unable to improve to the line. MYSTERY VIKING (4) - tightened and checked racing in to the first turn . Soon after was then hampered when running on to heels. Recovered quickly to keep his position in the running. DERRY BLUES (5) - handy racing in to the first turn.Was hampered soon after when moving out to avoid heels checking following runner. KIOSK (6) - Dwelt at the jump. Checked racing in to the first turn. Settled back checked in to the far bend. Steadily lost ground from there on in. Was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. IDOL ANDY (7) - dictated across in to the first turn bumping in to KIOSK to his inner. he lost some momentum and raced wide in to the back straight. He angled across in to the far bend hampering runner to his inner. was unable to make ground to the line TAIAPU (8) - making ground wider out to the first turn where he angled across forcing IDOL ANDY over on to KIOSK. He was then hampered for a few strides when clearing runners to angle inwards.
Race 3	LASER PLUMBING C0 - C0 - 305	UNWRITTEN LAW (4) - checked and bumped racing in to the bend .Lost ground and was unable to improve to the line. was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in right hind calf muscle ARIANA SUNSET (5) - hampered for several strides when between runners in the early stages. ran wide in to the bend. Moved out on the home turn coming together with ALAMEIN SAM to her outer checking going sideways losing several lengths. ALAMEIN SAM (7) - dwelt and was last in to stride. hard contact with ARIANA SUNSET on the home turn when both runners moved ground. Was unable to make ground to the line. AL'S WITCH (8) - fav- racing handy to the home turn where she angled outwards becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides losing ground. Ran on once balanced up.
Race 4	ADEPT ACCOUNTANTS C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	THRILLING IVY (2) - severely checked and fell after the line and was referred off to the vet where the dog was found to be deceased due to her injury. PUNCH ON RUBY (3) - angled outwards soon after the start and was contacted in the hindquarters. Jostled between runners in to the bend. Moved ground inwards in the latter stages of the run to the line resulting in being run in to from behind soon after the line by a strong finishing IDOL DUKE. Was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. IDOL DUKE (4) - dwelt at the jump. Angled inwards checking SAHARA DREAM in to the bend. Finished off strongly to the line and was severely checked and fell after when running on to the hind of PUNCH ON RUBY this caused THRILLING IVY following to be unable to avoid the falling runner .Was referred to the vet cleared of injury .Has been stood down for 5 days as per the race fall policy.
Race 5	WWW.RACINGTIPS.CO.NZ C1 - C1 - 520	BIG TIME ABBI (2) - away well in the early stages. Came back off heels from between runners racing extremely wide in to the back straight losing ground. Raced widest thereafter finishing in the rear at the line. PENNY MOWHAWK (3) - hampered for some strides in the run to the first turn. Settled back in to the back straight. Attempted to make ground across the top bend but was unable to clear heels finishing towards the rear at the line. BEHIND THE SUN (4) - handy when tightened and checked racing in to the first turn. Lost ground back towards the rear in the run to the back straight. TUFF KNIGHT (5) - angled across racing in to the first turn tightening and checking BEHIND THE SUN .
Race 6	FIRST SECURITY C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	SAHARA PIPPA (3) - virtually fell out of the boxes and was last in to stride by 7 lengths. She ran out extremely wide to the bend where she improved on to the back of the field racing wide. She appeared to be uncomfortable in her galloping action turning finishing towards the rear at the line .She was referred to the vet and was found to several area's of muscle pain- triceps- left fore- hamstring- left hind & whip muscle right hind. CHOICE SISTER (5) - hampered racing in to the bend as TRUE TESTAMENT angled inwards being pushed sideways for a couple of strides TRUE TESTAMENT (6) - jostled for some strides in to the bend. Contacted the hind of CHOICE SISTER and checked. Soon after he angled in across the line of PORCELAIN PANDA. PAVING WAY (9/2) - tightened between runners and checked back losing ground in to the bend. Soon after was forced to abruptly check out off heels losing momentum and ground.
Race 7	ACCELL "LEADING THE WAY IN CANINE THERAPY" C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	WIFI ROBYN (3) - racing handy to the bend when severely crowded and pushed sideways losing momentum and ground back towards the rear. Nearing the home turn she angled out across heels racing wide in to the home straight. SO SEVERE (4) - racing to the bend was tightened and crowded between runners going back off heels towards the rear. Checked on the home turn as WIFI ROBYN checked out across his line. THREE OF HEARTS (6) - slow in to stride. Ran on to heels and angled outwards racing in to the bend. settled midfield was unable to make ground to the line. BORN FAB (7) - began awkwardly and was last in to stride by several lengths. He was forced to check abruptly out off heels in to the bend. Angled outwards nearing the home turn running in to PORCELAIN PANDA bumping with this runner for some strides in to the home straight. MANIMAL (8) - attempted to angle across in the run to the bend causing tightening and crowding to runners to his inner for some strides. PORCELAIN PANDA (9/5) - tightened and crowded then forced back from between runners racing in to the bend. Ran widest across the top bend and was bumped out wider as BORN FAB improved to his inner. Raced widest in to the home straight.
Race 8	HATRICK STAKES C1 - C1 - 520	JILLIBY SOPHIA (1) - fav- ran outwards racing from the start bumping in to TUFF TEMPTRESS. She was then hampered and lost some ground as SUPER REX angled across to the lead .She settled handy in to the back straight weakened across the top bend to the line. MAINLINE LIL (2) - began awkwardly. Hampered in the run to the first turn when dictated across and checked.She settled in the rear and was unable to make ground thereafter. TUFF TEMPTRESS (3) - bumped soon after the start and went back. Raced widest out over heels around the first turn. Made ground wide in to the midfield along the back straight. Effort told in the run to the line. BIGTIME AVA (5) - forced to check to avoid heels racing in to the first turn losing some ground. Made good ground in the run to the line. SUPER REX (6) - angled across to the lead racing to the first turn causing tightening to several runners for some strides.
Race 9	WANGANUI TOYOTA C1 Ht1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	BIG TIME BEAT (2) - slow away. Soon improved up along the inner making good ground to the line. JACK MARJEN (3) - began awkwardly for a stride or so.bumped and lost ground racing in to the bend. Was unable to get back in to contention. PUNCH ON REX (5) - dwelt at the jump and settled back. Checked in to the bend and went out bumping with CHECKPOINT losing momentum and ground. was unable. to get back in to contention. ZARA DAIKEN (7) - soon after the start was bumped and jostled between runners for several strides. angled in sharply between runners racing in to the bend to get handy. Was unable to make ground in the run to the line. CHECKPOINT (8) - attempted to angle across in the run to the bend bumping and jostling with runner to her inner. Soon after she was checked as PUNCH ON REX came out off heels and lost momentum racing widest on to the top bend. was unable to make ground to the line.
Race 10	PALAMOUNTAINS SCIENTIFIC NUTRITION C1 Ht2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	UNO ELEVEN (4) - fav- racing to the bend was severely tightened and crowded between runners being checked back in to the bend. He was bumped again racing on to the top bend and did make some ground to the line. WIFI SAPPHIRE (5) - in the run to the bend she was tightened bumped and jostled for some strides.She was able to make ground in to a handy position in the run across the top bend making good ground to the line. IDOL JAN (6) - Raced widest in to the bend. ELSA BLUEBLOOD (10/1) - hampered racing from the start. Soon after he attempted to make ground in between runners and came together jostling with ALWAYS DIZZY for some strides. He was unable to clear runners finishing towards the rear to the line.
Race 11	HATRICK DASH C1 Ht3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	MY EMMETT (4) - soon after the start he was severely tightened and crowded going back towards the rear. Angled out over heels heels entering the bend checking following runners finishing towards the rear at the line. HOMEBUSH JOZIE (5) - soon after the start she was severely checked and tightened as ALAMEIN GRAEME attempted to force his way across.She was checked and went back catching heels stumbling for a stride losing ground. Was unable to get back in to contention. IDOL WILSON (6) - racing from the start he was severely tightened and checked. As he went back he was clipped from behind and unbalanced for a stride or so losing momentum and ground in to the bend. Entering the bend he was forced to abruptly check out off heels losing all chance thereafter. ALAMEIN GRAEME (7) - ran in sharply coming off the mats causing severe crowding and checks to several runners to his inner. Soon after he was checked as he caught heels and ran wide before angling back inwards as the field entered the bend.He was then tightened and checked back from between runners finishing in the rear at the line. ZARA FAB (9/2) - angled outwards from the start bumping in to LESLIE ALBERT. Recovered quickly back in to stride to challenge for the lead around the bend to the home turn where she ran wide losing ground. She finished on to the line.
Race 12	SEE YOU FRIDAY C1 Ht4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	OHANA LAD a scratching has been retired. TIDDY CASH (1) - checked entering the bend as runners came back on to him. He was unable to make ground to the line. HARDCORE KYLIE (2) - tightened and checked in to the bend going back on to following runners. OPAWA JODY (3) - bumped soon after the start. Improved along the rail towards then bend when on entering she was forced to check out abruptly off the heels of ELITE BUBBLE forcing I'LL BE LOYAL to the outside of the track. OPAWA JODY lost all chance in this incident finishing in the midfield at the line. Was referred to the vet and was found to be clear of injury. ELITE BUBBLE (4) - jumped well than worked his way to the lead. Angled in across the line of OPAWA JODY in to the bend causing this runner to take evasive action to clear his heels. I'LL BE LOYAL (6) - away well racing handy but wide in to the bend where she was severely checked and forced widest to the outer fence losing all chance from there on in. ALLEGRO LINCOLN (7) - checked entering the bend going back on to following runners. Made good ground thereafter to the line.
Race 13	KERNOW CONSTRUCTION C1 Ht5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	CLANSMAN DOUGLAS (2) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. Recovered quickly in to stride to race up handy entering the bend and was crowded losing some ground back to midfield. Made some ground in to the midfield in the run to the line, HARDCORE JET (3) - jostled with HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF for some strides in the run to the bend. HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF (5) - jostling with HARDCORE JET racing to the bend when forced to abruptly check off heels as CHIC IN TIME angled in across his line. HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF soon after was checked again as GOTCHA MURPHY angled in across his line and he was unable to make ground thereafter. GOTCHA MURPHY (7) - angled inwards racing in to the bend and became unbalanced when clearing HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF and was unable to make ground to the line.
Race 14	PRESIDENTS SPRINT C1 Ht6 - C1q - 305 Heat 6	OPAWA MARCIE (4) - fav- raced handy in to the bend. Drifted back in the run towards the home turn finishing in the rear at the line. She was referred to the vet and was found to have pain in the right fore triceps. PARADOX PRINCE (6) - awkwardly placed when looking to improve in to the bend. he was forced to angle out off heels racing on to the top bend and was contacted in the hindquarters and was unable to make ground thereafter. IMPRESSIVE MOOD (8) - racing handy but widest to the bend when contacted in the hindquarters and unbalanced for a couple of strides. She lost momentum and was checked again on the top bend when catching hindquarters of runner moving ground just ahead. She lost more ground and finished towards the rear at the line.
Race 15	BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ HATRICK C1 Ht7 - C1q - 305 Heat 7	SUMMER GLEE (2) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. Soon after was jostled for a few strides settled in the midfield made good ground to the line. MICKEY MOWHAWK (4) - soon after the start was tightened and checked when catching heels. Settled in the rear ran wide on to the top bend was unable to make ground to the line. RAPID RENEGADE (5) - soon after the start angled across coming together and jostling with SUMMER GLEE for a few strides.Awkwardly placed on the inner in to the bend .Ran on to heels and checked losing momentum and ground nearing the home turn finishing in the midfield at the line. XANTHE JEWEL (7) - following the leader on to the top bend when forced to abruptly check out over heels. Was unable to finish on in the run to the line. BIG TIME MAY (8) - dwelt at the jump. Improved entering the bend was obliged to race wide covering extra ground. Finished on strongly to the line in to 2nd placing.
